Intro
Charles H. Kennedy did lots of research on Ahmadiyya from a neutral position. He exposed Ahmadi’s as they planned the terrorist attacks of May 29th, 1974. He wrote:  ‘Towards the Definition of a Muslim in Islamic State: The Case of the Ahmadiyya in Pakistan’. Kennedy shows how Ahmadis were systematically over-represented in the Federal bureaucracy of Pakistan. In the back of the book, Kennedy shows how Ahmadi’s had totally infiltrated government jobs by 1982 via official Pakistan census reports. Furthermore, the Mirza family loves the persecution, they have always called it as free press. Brush showed similar rates of over-representation back in 1955. Ahmadiyya ideas were then pushed upon Africa, as the colonist looked to indoctrinate an entire generation of Africans to obey the British.

“there is evidence that Ahmadis are over-represented in the civilian bureaucracy. An examination of Table 2 reveals that Ahmadis are over-represented in the bureaucracy by a factor of three to eight times their proportional population base.

An explanation of this data

Prior to the constitutional amendments in 1974, Ahmadis had systematically gained posts in high ranking position through corruption and nepotism within the Pakistani politics. Zafarullah Khan and Abdus Salam in a coordinated attempt systematically favored Ahmadis and brought them in high positions in order to bring Pakistan under the control of Ahmadis. Their share in official positions within the Pakistani bureaucracy was much higher than their share in the population of Pakistan. Zafarullah Khan was just one example. As Ahmadis have sworn to follow their leader in all matters of life, those Ahmadi officials were loyal towards their Khalifa leader and not towards the constitution of Pakistan or their fellow Pakistani citizens. Most notably Zafarullah Khan even refused to pray the death funeral of Quaid-e-Azam Baba-i-Qaum Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, as Zafarullah Khan and his Ahmadiyya sect argued, that they did not consider Muhammad Ali Jinnah a Muslim, instead they considered him A Kafir, a Nonbeliever Kufar, as he had not followed the call of the Ahmaidyya founder Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani. That way Zafarullah Khan impressively demonstrated his loyality to his Ahmadi Khalifa leader above his loyality to the founder of the country he was supposed to serve. This was a monumental slap in the face of Muslims, as they had only recently joined forces and under huge sacrifices gained an independent state for the Muslims of the Indian Subcontinent. And now their own Foreign Minister demonstrated to the eyes of the world, that he didn’t consider the Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Baba-i-Qaum Muhammad Ali Jinnah a Muslim and didn’t even deem him worthy to show the respect of his funeral prayer.

Christians and Hindus as of 1982 had a Population of about 13 times bigger than Ahmadis. But despite their bigger share in the Population, Christians and Hindus were considerably less likely to be found in the Federal bureaucracy of Pakistan. Ahmadis were twice as much more often to be found in a high ranking Position in the Federal bureaucracy of Pakistan than Hindus, despite Hindus being 13 Times more populous than Ahmadis in Pakistan.

Please note that this data was from 1982. And many didn’t declare their religion in the statistics. It is Obvious that the situation was even worse than the data above suggests and prior to the constitutional ammendments in the 50’s and 60’s, the situation must have been even worse than the 1982 data suggests.

The constitutional amendments main aim was to drive back this unnatural development and limit the Ahmadis possible influence on the Pakistani democracy to their fair share in the population of Pakistan, which is just a fair and democratic principle, especially for a country that was created as a homeland for Muslims and against totalitarian rule by an Absolute Monarch. Ahmadis work against both of these principles. They undermine the Muslim unity, impressively demonstarted by Zafarullah Khan at the time of the funeral of Pakistans founder and implement another Absolute Monarch, who they Call Khalifa and they want to follow.

In a democracy, the majority of people shall have the say and not a small minority who is just better organized and follows an Absolute dictator, they call “Khalifa” and systematically tries to undercut the political system by installing their loyal followers in positions of power within a state. Where that can lead, could be seen recently in Turkey, where the Gülen Sect tried to violently putsch their way to power in Turkey with the help of a few hundred loyalists in the Turkish Police and Army.
