Intro
“Mazameen-e-Basheer” seems to have been created in the 1960’s from Rabwah, it is a collection of the writings of Mirza Bashir Ahmad. It corresponds to the Al-Fazl, September 5, 1916, page 6.
Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi Farhan Iqbal recently tried to quote Mazameen-e-Basheer and he lied about the Takfir that was done by the Mirza family in the era of 1911 to 1923. Check out Bro Imtiaz explaining this whole scenario herein.

“””…Now, if after the death of Hazrat Maseeh Maud, any individual or group from the Ahmadiyya circle raises the voice that peace should be made with non-Ahmadi’s, then we can follow the footsteps of our master, with full insight, and say that the greatest condition is that the non-Ahmadi should kill their own Messiah (Eisa [as]) and accept God’s Messiah and Mahdi (MGA), and come under the shadow of his affection. Then, they will again be our brothers. But if they do not accept this condition, as the Hindu’s did not respond to our call, then remember that our peace with the wild beasts and poisonous snakes is possible, but not possible with them, i.e., the non-Ahmadi..”.

“‘If a person says that I believe in Prophet Muhammad (saw) and he is Kalima-Go (reciter of the Kalima), then we have no right to call him an “outwardly” disbeliever of the Holy Prophet (saw). However, if he takes upon himself the outward disbelief of another prophet, then indeed, as I have just proved, he inwardly disbelieved in the Holy Prophet (saw) as well. Because from the outward disbelief of one messenger, the inward disbelief of the rest of the messengers if necessary.”

“”in this way, we consider non-Ahmadi to be disbelievers because of their denial of the Promised Messiah, which means they are outwardly disbelievers of the Promised Messiah, and the inward disbelief of Muhammad (Saw) and the rest of the Messengers. This truth is hinted in the following writing of the Promised Messiah:
–“If you look carefully, these two types of disbelief are included in the same category..”
Then it is written on page 136 of the same book:
“”He who does not believe in me does not believe in God and the Messenger..”””
By looking at all of these references together, it is clear that the Promised Messiah considers his outward disbelief as the inwardly disbelief in Muhammad (Saw). Rather, he considers this (i.e., the disbelief in Promised Messiah) as the disbelief in Allah himself..”
