Intro
On page 649, he begins evaluating Islam, he claims that he has read a translation, this translation was rendered into bhasha and then transcribed in Devanagari character and was then corrected by eminent Arabic scholars. It should be noted that Dayananda calls Muslims as “Muhammadans”.

Dayananda briefly covered many 50+ verses of the Quran over 50 pages and via 159 objections (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40, 43, 47, 55, 56, 66, 69, 70, 71, 75, 76, 78, 80, 85, 86, 89, 96, and 97).

While covering Chapter-33 (Ahzab), he accused Muhammad (Saw) of purposely and willfully marrying his daughter-in-law (Zainab)(Naozobillah), however, he doesn’t mention that it was also his first cousin. Dayananda only covered half of the famous verse of Khataman Nabiyeen, 33:40. In terms of Chapter 19, Dayananda accused Maryam of having relations with the Angel Gabriel (naozobillah). Dayananda scoffed at the creation story in all Abrahim faiths (and specifically in Chapter-2 of the Quran) and called them ridiculous and ungodly. He quotes 43:63 about Eisa (as).

Dayananda starts his criticism with Surah Fatiha and the first verse (“In the name of Allah, the gracious the merciful”). Dayananda argues that if this book was truly from God, why is it speaking in the 3rd person? Dayananda then shows his confusion over Muslims killing animals and also saying that Muslims consider their God as merciful, Dayananda says, “how can a merciful God kill animals?”. Dayananda can’t understand the Islamic concept of mercy and says that Allah even allows men to kill men and animals. Dayananda can’t understand the concept of the Day of Judgement, he says why does Allah wait until a certain to deliver justice. Dayananda can’t understand how Allah favors some and not others.

Dayananda continues his criticism with Chapter-2 of the Quran, in terms of verses 1–6, Dayananda can’t understand why Allah is praising himself. Dayananda can’t understand why Muslims see the Quran as superior to the Bible. In terms of 2:9, Dayananda can’t understand why Allah punishes as such. He then jumps to 2:20 and scoffs at the idea of the Samaa Wattay being a covering for Earth. Dayananda can’t understand why Allah punishes with stones and fire in 2:23 and 2:24. Dayananda can’t understand why Allah describes heaven with things that are semi available on Earth and scoffs at this. Dayananda can’t understand why Allah taught Adam (as) names of things and had him show off to the angels via 2:31-33. Dayananda scoffs at 2:34 and doesn’t understand how Allah didn’t know that Iblis wouldn’t prostrate to Adam (as). Dayananda can’t understand how Allah let Adam (as) live in Jannah with his wife and how he was tempted by Satan and then banished from heaven. Dayananda can’t understand how Allah tells people to dread the Day of Judgement as a warning.
