It seems that in 1944 (the exact date is unknown), the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmad Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad banned Ahmadi’s from listening to music on the radio. This is the same year that he claimed to be the Musleh Maud.
