In what seems to be 1997, Mirza Tahir Ahmad gave an answer to a question about the status of those Muslims who have denied MGA. This was at the 21st Jalsa Salana in Mannheim, Germany. Check out the all the references on MGA doing Takfir herein.

In the sight of Allah, if a Muslim rejects even one prophet of Allah, then he is not a “True Muslim”. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that he may continue to call himself whatever he likes. Mirza Tahir Ahmad re-iterates that if there is an Imam appointed by Allah, then everyone must accept him. If a person does not accept, and whether he is called a Muslim or not thereafter is irrelevant. Allah will not accept anyone’s faith, if Allah has sent an Imam and someone dares to reject him. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says, “If Ahmadi’s are right…then anyone who rejects Ahmadiyya, God will not be happy with him, God will not favor him, how can Allah love anyone who rejects the imam of the age?
