Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba),

With due respect and deep concern, we, members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, write to you regarding grave matters that have deeply shaken our trust and created immense pain in the Jamaat.

1. Cases of Abuse and Criminal Conduct
Missionary Muhammad Luqman Rana was convicted in a U.S. federal court and sentenced to 32 years for the production of child pornography and sextortion of five minor victims.
Muneeb Ur Rehman Ahmad, Motamid of Khuddamul Ahmadiyya in Allen, Texas, is accused of grooming and sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy at Baitul Ikram mosque.
Nusrat Jehan Academy (NJA), Rabwah: Teacher Usman Ahmed has been accused of grooming and abusing students over many years, with credible witness accounts indicating dozens, possibly hundreds, of victims. Investigations by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) are ongoing. Witnesses also implicated another teacher (“Sir A”). Reports made to NJA authorities were ignored, and no protective action was taken.
These are not isolated incidents but part of a pattern that exposes severe weaknesses in how the Jamaat protects its children and responds to abuse allegations.

2. Our Demands for Immediate Action
We respectfully but firmly demand that:

Independent Investigations be initiated within the Jamaat, conducted by impartial experts in child protection, not by those with conflicts of interest.
Immediate Suspension and Removal of any office bearers or teachers accused of abuse or covering up abuse until investigations are concluded.
Full Cooperation with Law Enforcement in all relevant jurisdictions (USA, Pakistan, Europe, etc.), including the handing over of evidence and witness testimonies.
Implementation of a Global Child Protection Policy in all Ahmadiyya institutions, including background checks, training, and safe-reporting mechanisms for children.
Past Failures to Act (including the lack of response to the Nida-ul-Nasr audio recording) be openly acknowledged, with accountability for those who silenced victims or ignored complaints.
3. Accountability Before Allah and the Jamaat
As you have often reminded us in your Khutbat Juma, Hazrat Umar (ra) held himself accountable to every member of the community. We, your Jamaat, now ask you to follow that same model of accountability. These crimes are too serious to ignore.

4. Consequences of Inaction
If immediate and transparent steps are not taken, many Ahmadis will lose confidence in the leadership. We will be left with no choice but to demand your resignation as Khalifatul Masih, since silence in the face of such injustice contradicts the very values of Islam and the teachings of the Promised Messiah (as).

Closing
We pray that Allah grants you wisdom and courage to act decisively and with justice. The victims deserve to be heard, protected, and provided with justice. The Jamaat must be cleansed of those who exploit their trust.
