On April 28-2025, Mubarak Ahmed, a Qadiani-Ahmadi, is running for public office in King Vaughan. Mubarak Ahmed is the Liberal Party candidate under Mark Carney. If elected, he will try to get more asylum visas for the AMJ-Canada as they seek to expand their business model in Canada.

Sabahuddin has been living in Thailand since 2013, and in a weird way, has been a member of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat in Canada.
