Who is Mirza Mahmood Ahmad?

Intro
Mirza Mahmood Ahmad (@MirzaMahmood65)(born in 1965) is the son of Mirza Anas Ahmad and the grandson of Mirza Nasir Ahmad (3rd Khalifa) and thus a great grandson of Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad (2nd Khalifa) and a great-great grandson of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. He seems to be a co-founder of a Pakistani company called “KarMukalba”.

In 2025, his son Mirza Zain Ahmad made news in the world with his marriage to singer Aima Baig (check out my youtube video)(via twitter and facebook, TikTok, Rabwah Times and many shorts on youtube.

As of Aug-2025, he is a trustee of 3 Ahmadiyya charities in the UK:

–Mirza Sharif Ahmad Foundation (3.2 million pounds collected in 2024)
–Humanity First UK (530K pounds collected in 2024)
–Al-Shirkatul Islamiyyah (8.3 million pounds collected in 2024)

Thus, he is an executive in the Mirza family, however, he is not a trustee with the AMJI.

In 2021, Mirza Mahmood Ahmad was mentioned by the USA Ahmadiyya Jamaat as they kicked his wife out of Ahmadiyya (the mother of Mirza Zain Ahmad, Amtul Wakeel Ahmad)(See the letter of ikhraj in the below). Signed off by Mukhtar Malhi, general secretary, Amtul Wakeel Ahmad was kicked out of Ahmadiyya in 2021, member code 20320 and from the Northern Virginia Jamaat of Qadiani’s.

Mirza Mahmood Ahmad currently works at Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd., as Chairman, Al-Shirkatul Islamiyyah, as Secretary & Director, Mirza Sharif Ahmad Foundation, as Director from 2006, Lahore High Court Bar Association, as Member, Minto & Mirza Advocates & Solicitors, as Partner, Punjab Bar Council, as Member, Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, as Member, and Pakistan Bar Council, as Member.

Mr. Ahmad also formerly worked at Sui Southern Gas Co. Ltd., as Non-Executive Director, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd., as Non-Executive Director, Bank Makramah Ltd., as Director, MCB Investment Management Ltd., as Director in 2011, Sitara Peroxide Ltd., as Independent Director from 2019 to 2022, Parks & Horticulture Authority, as Director General, and Lotte Chemical Pakistan Ltd., as Director.

Mr. Ahmad received his graduate degree from the University of Cambridge and undergraduate degree and graduate degree from the University of the Punjab.

The Mirza Zain Ahmad story continues to bubble on social media. Ak Shaikh has revealed that the mother of Mirza Zain Ahmad is most likely Amtul Wakeel Ahmad (2:28 time stamp), who was publicly kicked out of Ahmadiyya in 2021 (she was married to a Mirza Mahmood Ahmad). It is possible that the parents of Mirza Zain Ahmad divorced, however, at this moment we are unsure. Ak Shaikh alleges that Amtul Wakeel Ahmad is the grand-daughter of Mirza Bashir Ahmad. Ak Shaikh also alleges that maybe Mirza Zain Ahmad is the grandson of Amtul Haleem (daughter of Mirza Nasir Ahmad)(1:51 tims stamp). Nevertheless, the scan shows that Amtul Wakeel Ahmad was kicked out of Ahmadiyya in 2021 and she was the husband of Mirza Mahmood Ahmad, member code 20320 and from the Northern Virginia Jamaat of Qadiani’s.
