Intro
Ahmadiyya sources allege that Musleh Shanboor was born in Israel and immigrated to Canada to attend Jamia about 10 years ago. He alleges to have grown up in and around Haifa. This might be the first case of the Jamia-Canada giving a scholarship to an Israeli citizen. He talked about if Ahmadi’s are in the IDF, and he said no. He seems to know Urdu enough to understand, conversate briefly and understand the Khalifa’s speeches.
In 2023, he was also working as National Secretary Waqf-e-Arzi in Canada. In 2024, he is labelled as an Ahmadi missionary.
In 2024, he alleged that Ahmadiyya is the fastest growing sect of Islam (59:19 time stamp). However, I had debunked this myth over 10 years ago. Thus, Musleh Shanboor proved that he is no scholar of any repute. He seems to be a general idiot.
In 2024, I emailed Musleh Shanboor about 22:52 of the Quran (22:53 in the Kadiani Koran) and I asked about if MGA’s statements in terms of the qira’at of Ibn-e-‘Abbas’ of the verse was abrogated after 1901. MGA was accusing Ibn Abbas of adding the word “Muhaddath” and called this an accurate reading. Razi tweeted about this too and posted the English edition. The quote is from 1884, Barahin-i-Ahmadiyya Vol. 4, page 428 of the online english edition. Musleh Shanboor said that report that MGA was referring to was removed from the Bukhari, however, it did exist in previous editons and can be found in Fath-e-Bari. Musleh Shanboor didn’t even answer my question. However, the truth is, it is an abrogated qiraat, it is Ibn-e-‘Abbas’ own tafsir that when he explained, and one of the narrators used the word Ibn Abbas “recited” instead of Ibn Abbas “said”…other narrators recorded Ibn Abbas “said”…..this is not a problem for us as EVEN if it was a qiraat, it is not mutawatir and not acceptable, especially since we don’t have the complete qiraat….we cannot combine words from different Qiraat and make it a belief.
In Dec-2025, Brother Ahmad from “Arise and Warn”, went onto an Ahmadi TikTok livestream wherein Musleh Shanboor was answering questions. Arise and Warn asked about 61:6, however, he specifically asked about the usage of a singular person in grammatic prose, i.e., “wa BiRasulin” (and Rasul). Interestingly, Musleh Shanboor asked “Arise and Warn” if he can read Arabic, “Arise and Warn” tried to respond by Musleh Shanboor misunderstood his response and said that he didn’t ask him to recite anything. This is an example of how Musleh Shanboor misunderstand people whom he deems as hostile. This is a psychological condition. Musleh Shanboor says that this verse if firstly (1:09:05 time stamp) about Muhammad (saw). Musleh Shanboor says that in the first part of the verse, Eisa (as) is telling the Israelites that he is doing Tasdiq (as musadaqin) of (Muhammad, saaw)(1:11:40). Musleh Shanboor says that Muhammad (saw) can’t be directly applied to the second part of 61:6 (specifically “wa mubashirrun wa BiRasulin”), Shanboor translates it as “I am also giving you ‘new’ news” (wa mubashirrun)(1:16:00 time stamp) and Shanboor infers that the second part of 61:6 (specifically “wa mubashirrun wa BiRasulin”) is about MGA (see the clip on TikTok and Twitter). A few days later (Dec-10-2025), after being privately scolded by his supervisors (and Maulvi Razi), Musleh Shanboor was forced to retract his statements, he also admitted to making up his own argument which had nothing to do with MGA (see the clip on Twitter and TikTok).
In 2026, a tiktoker named Free Palestine @freepalestine20252025 engaged @cool_breeze_1889 (aka rodman), on a hadith from the mouth of Muhammad (Saw) wherein it was said that Eisa (As) can be included in the Kalima. The Ahmadi uber driver, @cool_breeze_1889 (aka rodman) alleged that it was kufr to add anyone to the Kalima as such. At that point, @freepalestine20252025 told him that he was accusing Muhammad (Saw) of Kufr. @cool_breeze_1889 (aka rodman) then called his ambulance team and Musleh Shanboor showed up and refused to engage, they then ended the conversation.

Re: Syrian extremists threaten to ‘destroy’ Canada in online video. As a Muslim Israeli citizen studying in the beautiful country Canada, I go home every summer and realize that most Canadians aren’t fully aware of the Middle Eastern reality, and how dangerous the conditions have become. What makes it worse, is that some Muslim Imams are blindly giving teachings to their followers about “Jihad” and are encouraging them to go and fight so that they will enter paradise. Sounds confusing, right? It should be, because that’s not what Islam, or any religion for that matter, teaches.

Professor Shanboor is a graduate from the 2017 batch of Jamia Canada and joined the Jamia as a faculty member in Arabic in 2018. Ibn Abbas said: “There is no nabi nor muhaddath,” referring to the verse “And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke…” Ibn Abbas included the phrase “nor one who is muhaddath.” This was recorded by Sufyan ibn Uyaynah at the end of his collection and by Abdul ibn Humaid through his chain, and its chain of transmission to Ibn Abbas is authentic. The wording from Amr ibn Dinar is: “Ibn Abbas used to recite, ‘And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet nor muhaddath.'”
The reason for specifically mentioning Umar is due to the numerous instances during the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) time where the Quran was revealed in agreement with his views, and he had many correct judgments after the Prophet (peace be upon him).
