Mirza Ghulam Ahmad thought tying a chicken to someone's head cured high fever

Intro
In 1923, via Seeratul Mahdi (and now in various editions), MGA’s widow (Nusrat Jehan) gave a story to her son (Mirza Bashir Ahmad) about MGA’s paternal cousin, Mirza Nizam ud Din and how he was sick with a fever (in what seems to be 1884-1885) and MGA (who was his neighbor) came and tied a dead chicken to his head and it cured his fever. Maulvi Razi with Ahmadi answers quotes other people in the same era as doing the same thing, and thinks it is equivalent, however, a prophet behaving as such is unexplainable.

“My mother Ummal Mumineen, narrated to me that once Mirza Nizam Ud Din Sahib (The cousin of MGAwho was his opponent) had a very high fever which affected his brain as well. At that time there was no doctor around. The relatives of Mirza Nizam Ud Din informed Mirza Sahib. He immediately went there and did gave him proper treatment. The treatment was that he slaughtered a chicken and tied it on his head (Mirza Nizam Ud Din) after which his condition improved. At that time there was mutual opposition with the family of Nizamudin” (Seeratul Mahdi Page 35/316 Narration #51)
