Intro
At the recent town hall meeting in Bradford, the council amended the resolution they already agreed upon last meeting, this the version they approved.

I’ve highlighted the amended parts (See the scan). They clarified that these requests are not conclusive. There can be new requests based on the new proposal by AMJ. The original text that was passed had a two public consultation meetings requirement. One with and one without the AMJ. They added that this not only applies to this one request but to any request in the future, and from what happens here, there will be a “mega event” strategy developed, which in the future will have all the rules for such events laid out, and all those events will have a standardized approval process.
