Since at least 2020, Bashir Ahmad Malik is the Principal Officer of Humanity First USA. Sahibzada Waleed Ahmad is listed as the Director and seems to be working 40 hours per week in his official job capacity (see page 7). Sahibzada Waleed Ahmad is the Vice President Human Development at Humanity First USA.
Based on tax records, the main operation of Humanity First-USA is running Nasir hospital in Guatemala, wherein it receives money for services. In 2020, Total revenue was 3.8 million, of which 1.64 million (50%) was charged for services. 1.56 million was donated. (see tax return).
In 2022, the Ahmadiyya movement showed Nasir hospital to be operating at a loss of -600k=2,202,115 (expenses)-1,628,591 (revenue)(see page 2).

In terms of Guatemala, the paperwork shows that the Ahmadiyya Movement spent 2.09 million on this hospital and charged people 1.64 million for services. A shortfall of 400k.
In terms of Liberia, Mali, Tanzania, HF-USA alleges to have funded vocational schools to teach construction, plumbing, electrical work, computers and support. HF-USA alleges to have spent 550k via a grant of 476k (we don’t know where this grant came from). They also allege to have funded medical clinics and opened sewing centers. In terms of Haiti, Mali, Burkina Faso, Malaysia, Guatemala, Tanzania and Indonesia, they allege to have funded primary schools.
174k was spent on “Make America Hunger Free” with a grant of only $1200.
180k was spent on disaster relief from a grant of 62k.
42k was spent on “Water for Life”, from a grant of 42k.
223k was spent on “other” from a grant of 103k. Thus, 223 is unaccounted for.
