Intro
In 2026 (Mar), Ansar Raza sat down with the “Ask Islam” team of Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi’s and discussed the prophethood of MGA. The host is Maulvi Mubasher Ahmad Tishna and Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad is the extra Moorabbi (all 3 are living in Canada).

Ansar Raza says Ahmadi’s believe in a new prophet (MGA) and this is per the Quran and hadith (See the clip on TikTok, Twitter and 7:07). Ansar Raza says that the Quran says 1 nabi will come and the hadith says “Nabi-Ullah” 4 times and there is another hadith which says that there is NO Prophet between Muhammad (Saw) and Eisa (as)(the messiah). Ansar Raza also quoted the famous hadith from Ibn Maja wherein it is stated that “That Ummah can never die which has me at one end, and the Messiah, son of Mary, at the other” (Ibn Maja, Bab Al-I’atisam Bis-Sunnat)(See also Kanzul amal hadith 38671, vol 14 page 266). It is also found in it is found in Kanz al-Ummal (Hadith #38671) and mentioned in Al-Jami’ al-Saghir (#7384). However, it should be noted that this was not found in Ibn Maja and thus, the Qadiani’s lied.

Ansar Raza presents 3:81 (3:82 in the Kadiani Koran) of the Quran and says that this verse proves that a new prophet will come in the future. Ansar Raza also presents 4:69 (4:70 in the Kadiani Koran) and 7:35 (7:36 in the Kadiani Koran). Ansar Raza says these 3 verses prove that after Muhammad (saw) a prophet will come. Ansar Raza even says that it is mandatory (fard) that Muslim’s must accept a new prophet after Muhammad (saw)(See the clip on twitter, TikTok and at 25:28).

–At 1:48, the host Mubasher Ahmad Tish asked Ansar Raza how is it possible that a new prophet will arrive after Muhammad (Saw), since Muslims believe against this.

–At 3:00, Ansar Raza says that in the Quran, Ahmadi’s don’t find any verse which says that Muhammad (saw) is the final prophet.

–At 4:45, Ansar Raza says the LAST prophet is the one who is the last in time.

–At 5:27, Ansar Raza says per the sharia, Muhammad (Saw) is the last law-bearing prophet. Ansar Raza says the LAST prophet per Muslims is Eisa (as). Ansar Raza says that there is a difference between LAST prophet of the era (zamana) and LAST prophet in time. Ansar Raza says that Muslim’s should call Eisa (as) the LAST prophet.

–At 6:33, Ansar Raza says that Muslims incorrectly believe that Muhammad (saw) is the LAST prophet in time. Ansar Raza says that Muslims should see Eisa (As) as the LAST prophet in time (which is wrong). Ansar Raza quotes the famous hadith wherein Muhammad (Saw) said that at the end of his ummah is Eisa (as). Ansar Raza says per this hadith, Muhammad (Saw) called Eisa (as) the LAST prophet in the ummah.

–At 7:07, Ansar Raza says Ahmadi’s believe in a new prophet (MGA) and this is per the Quran and hadith. Ansar Raza says that the Quran says 1 nabi will come and the hadith says “Nabi-Ullah” 4 times and there is another hadith which says that there is NO Prophet between Muhammad (Saw) and Eisa (as)(the messiah).

–At 7:38, Maulvi Mubasher Ahmad Tishna asks Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad about “firqay in Islam” (sects in Islam). Why was Ahmadiyya created as a firqa? Is Ahmadiyya advancing the evil of “firqa-firqa”, or did it solve it? Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that he is happy that Muslims consider Ahmadi’s as a “firqa” of Islam, he sees this as progress. Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that MGA came to end the cycle of “firqa-firqa”. Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that all throughout Islamic history there has been lots of “firqay” (Sects). Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that all of this was before Ahmadiyya, not after. Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that it was prophesied that there would be “firqay”. However, only one would go to heaven.

–At 20:00, Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad starts crying about Ahmadiyya persecution.

–At 25:28, Maulvi Mubasher Ahmad Tishna starts speaking, he asked Ansar Raza to speak. Ansar Raza presents 3:81 of the Quran and says that this verse proves that a new prophet will come in the future. Ansar Raza also presents 4:69 (4:70 in the Kadiani Koran) and 7:35 (7:36 in the Kadiani Koran). Ansar Raza says these 3 verses prove that after Muhammad (saw) a prophet will come. Ansar Raza even says that it is mandatory (fard) that Muslim’s must accept a new prophet after Muhammad (saw).

–At 30:00, Maulvi Mubasher Ahmad Tishna asks why Muslims are still being punished in 2026, was this for rejecting MGA? Ansar Raza says that the first Messiah was rejected and now the second is also being rejected.

–At 36:06, Maulvi Mubasher Ahmad Tishna asks some questions to Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad, Tishna asks, if fulfillment of prophecies is the evidence for the proof of MGA, however, some of those weren’t fulfilled in MGA’s life time. Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad says that ALL the prophecies of Muhammad (Saw) weren’t fulfilled in his lifetime either. Maulvi Aneeq Ahmad said that when Allah promises punishment, it is avoidable, if the people repent.

–At 57:36, Ansar Raza says that anyone who lies about getting “wahi” from Allah will get killed by Allah. The same fate is for those who reject a true prophet of Allah.

This Ummah Will Never Be Destroyed

Question

I wanted to know the authenticity of the following Hadith:

“A nation will not perish that I am at the beginning, Jesus the son of Mary is at the last, and the Mahdi is in the middle.”

“That Ummah in whose beginning is me, in whose end is ‘Isa ibn Maryam and in whose middle is al-Mahdi will never be destroyed.”

Answer

This narration has been referenced to Akhbarul Mahdi of Imam Abu Nu’aym and other sources. ‘Allamah Anwar Shah Al Kashmiri (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith sound (hasan) concurring with ‘Allamah ‘Azizi (rahimahullah).

The commentators explain that the word middle used in the Hadith means “Penultimate/second last.” The correct translation of the Hadith will therefore be as follows:

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “That ummah in whose beginning is me, whose end is ‘Isa ibn Maryam and whose penultimate is Mahdi, will never be destroyed.”

(Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 7384, At Tasrih bima Tawatara min Nuzulil Masih, pg. 181, Hadith: 27, As Sirajul Munir, vol. 3, pg. 209. Also see: Al Mudawi, Hadith: 2833)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.

Graduation from Arabic sources

Fayd al-Qadeer:
(7384) – “A nation will not perish in the first place, ‘Isa ibn Maryam at the end of it, and the Mahdi in the middle of it” – he wanted the middle before the other because the descent of ‘Isa to kill the Dajjal would be at the time of the Mahdi and ‘Isa would pray behind him as the news came to him, and a group of good people confirmed him and a fighter said in {and it is for the knowledge of the hour} that he is the Mahdi at the end of time
(Abu Na’im in the book (Akhbar al-Mahdi) i.e., in which he collected the news contained in it (from Ibn ‘Abbas). One of the six which are the offices of Islam, otherwise he would not have been far away from the Naja’ah and the command to the contrary, as narrated by al-Nisa’i among them.

Declaring what happened in the descent of the Messiah: (p. 181)
(27) – Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A nation will not perish that I am at the beginning, ‘Isa ibn Maryam at the last, and the Mahdi in the middle.” Narrated by an-Nisa’i. Abu Na’im in (Akhbar al-Mahdi), al-Hakim and Ibn ‘Asakir in (their histories)). They said: “How can a nation that I am at the beginning of it perish?” As in (The Treasure of the Workers)). It is a good hadith as in (Al-Siraj al-Munir) by al-Azizi.

Al-Siraj al-Muneer Sharh al-Jaami’ al-Saghir in the hadith of al-Bashir al-Nadhir: (3/209)
• “A nation will not perish in the first place, ‘Isa ibn Maryam at the end, and the Mahdi in the middle of it.”

Al-Madawi for the ills of the small mosque and the commentaries of al-Manawi: (2833/7384)
“A nation will not perish in the first place, ‘Isa ibn Maryam at the last, and the Mahdi in the middle.”
Abu Na’im in Akhbar al-Mahdi from Ibn ‘Abbas
said: The commentator said: Narrated by al-Nasa’i and others.
He said in al-Kabir: It seems that he is not in one of the six offices of Islam, otherwise he would not have gone farther away, and the matter is contrary to it, as narrated by the women.
I said: … What was narrated by al-Nasa’i and it was not narrated in his Sunnah was never narrated in the news of the Mahdi.
