MGA was desperate to claim that he had no teacher and had learned arabic in one night, in a split second. In this pursuit, he claimed that Muhammad (Saw) was the first Mahdi and that Muhammad (saw)’s parents died while he was only 6 months, this was in 1898. However, 10 years later, in Pagham-e-Sulh, MGA claimed something similar. However, after MGA died, his sons disagreed with their father, thus proving that Ahmadi’s don’t even follow the writings of MGA.
This is another case of faulty history from the MGA himself. I think it’s important to connect these historical events with the eventual theological opinions created based off them. It is unfortunate that one has to list all steps A through Z, but it is important. In an ideal world, Ahmadis would have to accept that someone who learns religion from God won’t be making blunders with respect to religious history, religious terminology, or any other detail. But in this world, they make that claim. So one has to trace the steps from faulty knowledge of history, terminology, sciences all the way to it’s impact on theological opinion to help them realize. They may still simply ignore.

“The Prophet was not able to learn the mother tongue from his parents because both of them had died when he reached six months of age, and in this incident lies the secret of the matter of the Mahdism, that is, the one who did not receive the parent’s education to learn the language. The fact that his eloquence and rhetoric is unrivaled even among the Arabs, is a matter from which a secret is clearly understood that when God had instilled in him the matter of Mahdism, he did not make him in need of anyone, even in the matter of language learning, which is the first level of humanity.”

“”””Muhammad (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was that same orphan whose father died shortly after his birth and whose mother passed away leaving him behind as a child of only a few months. That child on whom God had extended His hand of support was nurtured in His care without any other patronage. During those hard times of orphanhood, he tended goats belonging to others. None was his mentor except God. And even up to the age of twenty-five, none of his uncles were willing to offer their daughter’s hand in marriage to him as it appeared that he would be unable to meet even the basic household expenses.””””

In the footnote of the page there’s 2 narrations. The first a shia hadith by a liar narrator, Waqidi (see footnote at end) who says his mother died when he was 4 months. The second a narration from ibn Hisham that says his mother died when he was 6 years old.
