Munib Shahid (son of Sadr Ansarullah) was Mohtamim Maal at the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (MKA) in 2021-2022. He was the one who came up with the idea of test centres. His company “Alpha Solutions GbR” (co-owned by Munib Shahid, Waleed Ahmed, and Umair Bajwa) earned millions between 2021-2022 by billing Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya large sums. They set up this company Alpha Solutions GbR as a service partner of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya that ran the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya test centres for MKA (As only MKA had the official license to run test centres due to their public status). So they had test centres running under the name of MKA where they made up thousands of tests out of nowhere. Munib Shahid was Naib Sadr + Mohtamim Maal at that time; he was basically controlling both sides of this deal. During that time MKA would get paid by the government for the tests they supposedly conducted (numbers were provided by Munib Shahid/Alpha Solutions GbR) which were highly manipulated. And Alpha Solutions GbR (owned by Munib Shahid) would bill MKA as they were the service partner of MKA that was supposedly actually running the test centres for MKA. That’s how they made 7-figures in just a year or two. Involved were also: Waleed Ahmed (his brother used to be Naib Matmad) and Umair Bajwa (his brother is currently Mohtamim Amoomi). Safeer Najam, a medical doctor, was and is still Mohtamim Tarbiyyat and he was providing know-how to them on how to manipulate test centre figures etc. He was convicted last year of fraud of test centres in his home town. This guy is still in the National Amla of the MKA Germany. Munib Shahid’s father is Sadr Ansarullah. Nobody actually understands why he wasn’t kicked out of the MKA Amla. It is probably due to his father’s connections with Muballigh In Charge Sadaqat Ahmad who is protecting the Shahid family.
Please understand that this is not about Ahmad Kamal. Ahmad Kamal was thrown out due to a small technicality. He lied to Hudhoor about something he did not have to lie about. He said that an apartment for the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany was “bought with the profits the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya had made with the corona test centres”. The problem is that at that point in time when the apartment was bought they had just started the test center: Therefore it could not have been bought by the test center money. Instead it was actually bought with Khuddam Chanda money. But the apartment was a good investment as the rent that Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany is earning on that apartment is quite high. Nevertheless, Ahmad Kamal was kicked for lying. What he meant to say was, that Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany had earned enough money over the course of 1-2 years after the initial investment through test centres to cover the initial cost of the apartment. Lying is unacceptable even if it’s not actually untrue what he said but the way he said it was wrong.

It is crucial to understand that the root of the problem does not lie within the teachings or any similar aspect. Rather, it is the political dynamics that are inflicting damage upon our organization.
I wish to express my concerns and shed light on a matter of great significance:
The echoes of Tariq Zafar’s predecessor, Ahmad Kamal, can still be heard in the history of his leadership. There seems to be a subtle orchestration of personal ambitions that becomes apparent. This compels us to question why the true culprits continue to hold their lofty positions. It is deeply unsettling to think that these individuals have managed to evade the full consequences of their actions. Have they, by any chance, undergone any form of rehabilitation?
Indeed, genuine “service” cannot be claimed if one’s wealth has been amassed through unscrupulous means over the past three years.
Allow me to elaborate further on this matter:
Alpha Solutions GbR, the entity in question, was established by Waleed Ahmad and Umair Bajwa. Waleed Ahmad, a promising individual from Frankfurt, has extensive influential connections. Notably, his brother, Danial Ahmad, serves in the esteemed Shoba Aitmad. Additionally, Munib Shahid, son of Sadr Ansarullah, and Mudassar Ahmad, Naib Mohtamim Waqar-e-Amal, are counted among his closest confidants. (During Ahmad Kamal’s final years, Munib Shahid served as Mohtamim Maal and controlled the financial matters of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya. Mudassar Ahmad held the position of Mohtamim Jaidaad at that time.)
Similarly, Umair Bajwa boasts his own impressive network, being closely associated with Munib Shahid and being the brother of Mohtamim Amoomi, Ahmad Bajwa. Interestingly, Ahmad Bajwa was convicted of theft and assault around ten years ago.
A fascinating connection emerges when we discover that Alpha Solutions GbR shares its premises with Alpha Parks – Valet Parking Service, which is under the proprietorship of Munib Shahid.
It becomes necessary to question the reasoning behind diverting substantial profits, amounting to millions of euros, from Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany’s testing centers into the coffers of Alpha Solutions GbR.
My utmost dismay and profound concern are directed towards the continued presence of Safeer Najam, a medical practitioner with a questionable reputation, within the distinguished ranks of the National Amla. Specifically, he assumes the weighty responsibility of Mohtamim Add. Tarbiyyat. It is an undeniable fact that Dr. Najam has been convicted by a German court for acts of fraud related to his test centers in the peaceful town of Eppelheim. One may wonder why Safeer Najam still retains his position within the Amla. Could it be due to his relation as the nephew of the Private Secretary Sahib?
Furthermore, the persistence of Munib Shahid and Mudassar Ahmad within the Amla raises pertinent questions. Why do individuals implicated in power abuse and conflicts of interest continue to hold influential positions? Equally puzzling is the inclusion of Waleed Ahmad’s brother, Danial Ahmad, in the esteemed Shoba Aitmad. Are these instances indicative of a broader issue of misconduct? Should we believe that Munib Shahid’s family ties, as the son of Sadr Ansarullah Mubarak Ahmad Shahid, have shielded him from scrutiny within the Jamaat?
Is it conceivable that Tariq Zafar Sahib is blissfully unaware of these developments?
The prevailing impression is much more disconcerting, suggesting that Tariq Zafar Sahib himself lacks the authority to make decisions concerning these individuals.
As someone who has traversed the highest levels of our esteemed organization for an extended period, I find myself compelled to voice my deep-seated frustration with the continued admiration bestowed upon those who have shamelessly enriched themselves. It is disheartening to witness their unwavering acclaim solely based on their lofty positions.
Does Tariq Zafar truly grasp the gravity of the situation? To what extent does his competence extend? If he has indeed uncovered this intricate web of deceit, why has he not taken decisive action to dismiss Munib Shahid, Danial Ahmad, Mudassar Ahmad, and Safeer Najam for their transgressions and abuses of power? Is he perhaps constrained by external pressures? Alternatively, could it be that he seeks to maintain leverage over these individuals?
The lack of control on Tariq Zafar’s part is evident in his unwavering determination to retain within his Amla the very individuals who have been preoccupied with self-enrichment over the years.
Above all, my primary concern lies in safeguarding the well-being of our esteemed Jamaat. In the noble pursuit of justice and in the name of upholding the impeccable reputation of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany, it is our duty to demand the immediate and irrevocable removal of those who have been proven guilty of such serious transgressions. Let it be known, with unwavering determination, that we cannot, in good conscience, tolerate the continued association of individuals tainted by dishonorable acts. Their presence not only threatens the sanctity of our esteemed organization but also undermines the faith and confidence entrusted to us by our esteemed members and the broader community we faithfully serve.
