Intro
He is the son of a famous Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi (Farzand Ali) and step-brother of the famous Mehdi Ali Qamar who was murdered by the boyfriends of his own wife in Pakistan in 2014.
He claims to have worked as the private secretary/assistant/ghost writer of Mirza Tahir Ahmad from 1982 to 1995 (and even up til 1999). He said he worked so much that he barely saw his kids. He travelled with Mirza Tahir Ahmad extensively too.
In 1984, He moved to London with the Khalifa on asylum. He was with Mirza Tahir Ahmad via his exodus from Pakistan and was in the caravan of cars to Karachi. He was tasked by Mirza Tahir Ahmad to write a response to the Government of Pakistan’s “White Paper under the title Qadiyaniyyat-Islam kay liyay Sangin Khatrah” (Qadiyaniyyat-A Grave Threat to Islam). He says her personally wrote most of the responses, however, his name is not mentioned at all in any of the books or speeches of Mirza Tahir Ahmad. He was on the committee that revised the English mis-translation of the Quran by Maulvi Sher Ali. He confessed that Ahmadi pilots would bring newspapers to London and give them to Ahmadi Maulvi’s.
In 1991, he was with Mirza Tahir Ahmad during his famous tour of Qadian in 1991. Mirza Tahir Ahmad specifically advised to fly on a non-Muslim airline. It started as a group of 11 Ahmadi’s and grew to roughly 40.
In 2014, his step-brother Mehdi Ali Qamar was murdered in Pakistan.
In roughly 2015, he became the Principal of Jamia-Canada. Maulvi Hadi Ali Chaudhary confesses that when he interviews potential Ahmadi’s to become “Maulvi”, the main thing he checks for is commitment. He also confessed that he doesn’t like any Ahmadi who isn’t totally committed to Ahmadiyya.
The 20th Anniversary Dinner for Humanity First-Canada was held in 2024, see herein. In 2024, Humanity First’s #1 priority is their Refugee Resettlement Program, which is run by Ahmadi only workers. In fact, no other Humanity First in the world has this feature. In this program, they raise money to get Ahmadi’s who are stuck in refugee camps, out of those scenarios. Or they allege to do so. We haven’t seen any balance sheets. Nevertheless, this is how the Ahmadiyya Movement gets Ahmadi’s to the west via asylum. They didn’t give specific countries. Humanity First then gets an allocation from the Canadian government of visas, at which point they decide how to distribute them. Aslam Daud was there, Lal Khan Malik was there, Hadi Ali Chaudhary and Maulvi Daud Ahmad Hanif.
Donation via huge checks were displayed and photo’s taken. They raised 375k+ in total. The Mian family donated 250k to Humanity First Canada. MKA-Canada donated 100k to Humanity First Canada. The Nasir Mahmood/PLC Group donated 25k to Humanity First Canada. Pestend Inc. also donated, the amount is unknown.

In a recent Urdu live stream (June-2025), the Ahmadiyya Mullah team at True Islam UK (Hadi Ali Chaudhary, Maulvi Razi, Maulvi Mansoor Zia and the host) were engaged by Bro Imtiaz.
In 2026 (Feb), Bro Imtiaz sat with Maulvi Razi on a livestream and discussed the possibility of 12 debates with each other and settled on a few topics. However, Bro Imtiaz insisted on quoting Ahmadi murrabi’s like Ansar Raza, Saleem Meer, Hadi Ali Chaudhary, Maulvi Shahid Bhatti [2:55:43 time stamp] and all comments by Murrabi’s on the True Islam UK streams, like Maulvi Raheel Ahmad and Ibrahim Ikhlaf). To this, Maulvi Razi vehemently disagreed and argued that he is not here to defend Ahmadi murrabi’s (See the clip on TikTok and Twitter). In fact, all 12 debates were cancelled over this issue (4:48:12). Technically, Bro Imtiaz had given two options, either make the Quran the judge (Hakam), or every Murrabi will be quoted. The reason Bro Imtiaz wanted to quote Ahmadi murrabi’s is because there is a contradiction in terms of 61:6 (61:7 in the Kadiani Koran), between the statements of murrabi’s like Ansar Raza, Saleem Meer, Hadi Ali Chaudhary, Maulvi Shahid Bhatti, Murrabi’s on the True Islam UK streams, Maulvi Raheel Ahmad and Ibrahim Ikhlaf. Which person is accurately giving the position of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat in 2026? They all seem to differ. At 4:47:53, Maulvi Razi again said he is not here to defend Ansar Raza, Saleem Meer, Hadi Ali Chaudhary.

His brother (Mehdi Ali Qamar) is murdered by his own and her boyfriends.
The brother of a Canadian-American cardiologist who was murdered by religous extremists in Pakistan said that the persecution will not stop him from returning to his home country.
“This is our community and we have that spirit that we have to fight this aggression,” Hadi Ali Chaudhry said at the burial ceremony of his sibling, Mehdi Ali Qamar, on Wednesday.
Dr. Qamar, 51, was killed by two men on motorbikes near his father’s grave and in front of his wife and youngest child while visiting Pakistan last week, where he was volunteering at a hospital for patients who cannot afford treatment.
Dr. Qamar’s death has left the diaspora Pakistani community torn apart and divided. Some will never go back, others see returning to their home country as their duty – all are demanding a new Pakistan and help from Canada and the United States to make it happen.
Dr. Qamar’s family has said he was killed for being a follower of the minority Ahmadi Muslim sect, which is outlawed in the country’s constitution and considered non-Muslim.
About one million people follow the Ahmadi faith globally, and 137 others have been murdered in Pakistan in the past four years. Dr. Qamar was the 10th person in his family to be killed for following the religion.
Such risks mean not everyone in the Ahmadi community is so willing to return.
Naseem Rehmatullah, a physician based in Ohio who worked with Dr. Qamar for about a decade, said he would not go back to Pakistan as is.
“Now my mother is here, so I have no reason to go back,” he said. “There’s nothing there for me … I’m an American.”
Dr. Rehmatullah said he would like Canadian and U.S. officials to press Pakistan to curb the violence that ended his friend’s life.
Conservative MP Chungsen Leung noted that there are limits to Canada’s reach, and that all it can do right now is help those fleeing religious persecution immigrate to Canada.
Dr. Qamar was born in Pakistan but moved to Toronto in 1994 to attend university. He spent the past several years working and living in Ohio with his wife and three children, and was planning to move back to Toronto next year.
His family will return to the Toronto area in the coming months.

Maulvi Hadi Ali Chaudhary is currently working as the Principal of Jamia-Canada. In 2016 (8 years ago), he interviewed at the USA Jalsa of 2016 and was asked about the requirements to be accepted at Jamia-Canada. He says that the max age is 19, however, this isn’t set in stone, he then says that the most important quality that they look for is commitment to Qadianism (6:55 time stamp)(See the clip on tik tok and twitter). This proves that honestly, intelligence, piousness, good character, good morals, being a man of your word and fulfilling your contracts (See 5:1 of the Quran) and etc.
