Intro
Last night, the Town of Bradford City Council voted to confirm the minutes (see 31:14 to 32:00) confirmed the minutes and conversations and bylaws which were passed during the Jan-21 meeting (wherein “mega events” were banned in Bradford, Canada). This was called COW202504, Jordano and Ferragine seconded the vote and allowed it to be on the table. Jordano asked for a recorded vote. The madam clerk conducted the recorded vote. Giodarno voted Yes! Duhaney voted no, Dykie said yes, Ferragine said yes, Harper said yes, Verkaik said yes, Sandhu said No and Mayor Leduc said NO. That was 5-3, the motion carried and all mega events over 2000 people were officially banned in Bradford, Canada.
Technically, the voting started at 29:01, they mentioned “Adoption of the minutes” and “Committee Recommendations”, via 7.1 (adoption of the Committee Recommendations)(it’s hard to hear what he said)(COW2025-01 to COW2025-08) be approved and the minutes of the meeting on Jan-21 be adopted as printed. This was seconded by Farragine and Sandu. At this point, Sandu asked to have a separate vote on COW202504 (what issue is this?). Thus at 30:09, the entire Bradford Town Council (except Councillor Scott, who was absent) voted to approve the minutes of the Jan-21 meeting and COW2025-01 to COW2025-08 (however, not COW2025-04).
Before this vote, comments were taken from the public, the first comment was by a silly Qadiani-Ahmadi named Bilal, who is a case of immigration fraud and an asylum visa. Asif Khan was there as well as Safwan Chaudhary, they can be seen, however, they didn’t speak.
