Intro
During his entire career, MGA and his team of writers always said 3:55 was about Eisa (as). However, after MGA died, in Oct-1908, Barahin-i-Ahmadiyya Vol. 5 was published from Qadian and MGA claimed that 3:55 was about himself. After MGA died, and via Barahin-i-Ahmadiyya Vol. 5 (see page 199, online english edition), MGA claimed that 3:55 was about him and it meant that all sects of Islam, all other religions would decline everyday and Ahmadiyya would grow until it takes over the world.
Ironically, in 1883, MGA got 3:55 as a revelation, MGA translated WAFFA as a “taking”, however, after MGA died and in BA-5, MGA translated Waffa in his revelation to mean death. Further, in 1883, (Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya vol. 4, online english edition, page 398), 3:55 was missing a sentence, in BA-5 this note was made.

The Shining Lamp
Thus, on page 556 of Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya there is recorded
this revelation:
یٰٰیعِِعیْْیسٰٰٓٓسی اِِانِِّّنیْْی مُُمتََتوََوفِِّّفیْْیكََك وََورََرافِِفعُُعكََك اِِالََلیََّّی وََوجََجاعِِعلُُل الََّّلذِِذیْْینََن اتََّّتبََبعُُعوْْوكََك فََفوْْوقََق الََّّلذِِذیْْینََن کََکفََفرُُروْْوا اِِالیٰٰی یََیوْْومِِم
اْْلقِِقیٰٰیمََمۃِِۃ. ثُُثلََّّلۃٌٌۃ مِِّّمنََن اْْ لْاََلْاوََّّوِِلیْْینََن وََو ثُُثلََّّلۃٌٌۃ مِِّّمنََن اْْ لْاٰٰلْاخِِخرِِریْْینََن.
Meaning: O ‘Isa, I will cause you to die a natural death and will raise you towards Me; I will grant predominance to your followers over those who disbelieve. And your followers will be of two types, the earlier ones and the later ones.

MGA claimed that 3:55 was about him and it meant that: “”those who are outside of this Jama‘at shall continue to diminish day by day. All the Muslim sects that are outside this Jama‘at will decline by the day, and will either enter this Jama‘at or become extinct, just as the Jews declined until only a very few are left. The same will be the end of the opponents of this Jama‘at. The people of this Jama‘at will prevail over others in number and in the strength of their faith.””

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad said he came to kill one prophet (eisa [as]) – ahmadiyyafactcheckblog
The Al-Badr of Jan-9-1908 reports that MGA was asked about why he was sent to the world, MGA responded that he was sent to kill one prophet (Eisa [as]) and to kill Satan (See also Malfuzat Vol. 5-Urdu, page 398, 1988 edition and Malfuzat-10-English, online edition, pages 73-74). Bro Imtiaz confirmed this herein. In terms of killing Satan, MGA alleged that no prophet before him was able to do this, however, he (MGA) will. Nevertheless, MGA totally failed, since 125 years later, Satan is still running around unabated. MGA also quoted 3:55 (3:56 in the Kadiani Koran) and argued that his followers would be made superior to all other people on Earth.
