Intro
By 2021, we estimate there to be less than 500 Ahmadi’s in all of the scandinavian countries. The 2nd Khalifa sent Kamal Yousuf to the scandinavian countries after his visit to London in 1955. Thus, Kamal Yousuf was directed by Muhammad Zafarullah Khan, an Ahmadi Muslim judge based at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, to open an Ahmadiyya mission in Scandinavia. Kamal Yousuf was appointed as the head of the movement in Sweden. Yousuf arrived in Gothenburg on June 14, 1956, before shortly moving to Stockholm. He ended up managing all of the Ahmadi’s and the temple’s of the Mirza family until recently.
