Intro
In this reference, Maulvi Nooru Din is saying about the (Onanism/masturbation/Hand practice) done by his student in front of him and seems like he also did not stop him. This is what was happening in Qadiani Madrassas (& Similar Stories are heard of rapes till day)

Maulvi Nooru Din says: Once a student masturbate in front of me, which has caused me to vomit. I also left eating food with him. This is how God has given me hate from the curse which is general (See Khutbatay Noor – page 311)(Dated as 26 Dec 1908, this should be from the 1908 Jalsa at Qadian). 

Furthermore, this seems to be at the Talim-ul-Islam High School in Qadian, where there were also issues with open homosexuality.
