Intro
The death of Mr. Fred White on May-13-1940 made it into the “West Australian” newspaper of Saturday, May-25-1940 (page 13). It is alleged that he worked for the “Government Railways”, he then worked overseas with the A.I.F, he returned from service as medically unfit. Before that, in 1920, he pioneered the bus service from Freemantle to Peele Estate in 1920 and later started the Carlisle to Perth route. He leaves a wife, 1 son and 2 daughters. The mayor of Perth was also at the funeral. However, not a single member of the Ahmadiyya Movement from Australia was there, not even Hassan Musa Khan, who was headquartered out of Perth.
