Intro
In 1977 (Nov-6), Mirza Nasir Ahmad gave out official Ahmadi attendance numbers for a Khuddam Ijtema of 1973-1977. This was the concluding speech that Mirza Nasir Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih III delivered at the final day of the Annual Rally of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (MKA) at Masjid Aqsa, Rabwah, Pakistan (See “Khilafat and Mujaddidiyyat”).

In 1977 (Nov-6), Mirza Nasir Ahmad said that the numbers were down in 1977, however, he didn’t give the current numbers. Mirza Nasir Ahmad said that in 1973, the numbers were higher, 3810 Khuddam, of which 1,954 foreign Khuddam (outside of Rabwah) and 1,856 Rabwah Khuddam. We have to assume that if there are 4k Khuddam, there must be 6k Ansar (older Ahmadi’s). We find 14k men, boys and children. If we double that number for women, the total is as far as 30k. Even if we assume that only 33% of Ahmadi’s attended Ahmadiyya ijtema’s at Rabwah, the number goes as far as 100k, a super liberal estimate (See “Khilafat and Mujaddidiyyat”).
