Intro
In 1935, the Ahmadiyya Movement was totally exposed by J.D. Khosla (a hindu judge in the punjab). He wrote how the 2nd Khalifa ordered murders and was ruthless at Qadian. The Qadiani-Ahmadi’s immediately appealed in terms of some specific remarks of J.D. Khosla and the case was forwarded to a white judge, Justice Coldstream. Justice Coldstream had the majority of the remarks expunged from the record, since he secretly sided with the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s based on their record of loyalty to the British government (See ROR of Dec-1935). He was also mentioned in Qadiani-Ahmadi literature in 1965 (see Truth Prevails).

In 1934, Ataullah Shah Bokhari was involved in this famous court case wherein the lifestyle of the Khalifa was exposed. They even brought up MGA’s use of tonic wine and sex stimulants (see page 174), the 2nd Khalifa testified in court in late March-1935 (see Al-Fazl for March-28, 1935). Khosla also mentions the famous murder Haji Muhammad Hussain by an Ahmadi.
In the Civil and Military Gazette of Wednesday, Oct-23, 1935, it is reported that in the Lahore High Court, Justice Coldstream is hearing the arguments of Sir Tej Bahadur Sapru (who was arguing on behalf of the Qadiani’s), a discussion was taking place in terms on the famous Khosla judgment of June 6-1935, and the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s desire to have comments expunged from the official record. Words like “new fangled”, and other phrases were said to be incorrect. MGA’s takfir was explained as against only those who called MGA a Kafir. Mr. Muhammad Sharif was the opposing lawyer.

The Uganda Herald reports on the famous Khosla Judgement and how the Qadiani’s are trying to get comments expunged by Justice Coldstream. They also mention how Maulvi Fateh Muhammad Sial murdered another ahmadi murrabi, Maulvi Muhammad Amin and got away with it (even though the admitted to it, see Khosla’s judgement), this was 3 years before Bashir Ahmad Misri accused the Khalifa of rape and the subsequent murder of Fakhur ud Din Multani. The murder of a friend of Mistri Abdul Karim is also mentioned. Mistri Abdul Karim was forced to move out of Qadian, his newspaper, the “Mubahila” seems to have disappeared and his house was burned down.
