It’s unclear who Ali Mohammad (B.A. and B.T.) is, he was for surely an editor of the ROR under A.Q. Niaz, and even took over as the main editor for the ROR from Sep-1939 and Oct-1939 and March-1944 to July-1944, and again in Dec of 1945 to May-1946 and again for one month (Dec-1946).

He is working under the new editor, Ali Mohammad Ajmeri. He wrote many editorial notes, for example, he wrote about the 1946 Jalsa Salana at Qadian in the ROR of Jan-1947.
The ROR of Feb-1947 has an essay by him entitled, “Mighty Signs”, Part-2.
He has an essay in the ROR of Aug-1947 entitled, “The Fulfilment of a Wonderful Vision”, this was about the recent Punjab riots. Ali Mohammad (B.A. and B.T.) alleges that the 2nd Khalifa predicted the Punjab riots On Feb-28-1947 and was published in the Al-Fazl of March-20-1947. The 2nd Khalifa fabricated a vision/dream wherein he saw lots of scorpions and etc. The 2nd Khalifa claims that the vision came true in his Friday sermon of July-4-1947.
