Intro
It seems that in 1903, via “”Nasim-e-Da‘wat” (An Invitation), in response to the Christians, MGA accused Maryam (as) of staining the prophecy of the miraculous birth of Eisa (as). MGA said that Maryam (as) was partially to blame for the slander that was said about her because of her mistake. MGA again accuses Maryam (as) of marrying Joseph the Carpenter again too while pregnant. It should be noted that none of this is in the Bible or the Quran. All of this came straight from MGA, these are MGA’s personal views, they have no other source. Razi said that in Ahmadiyya terminology, ilzami Jawab (accusatory answer) doesn’t have to be a fact from any book, it can be made up nonsense. In Muslim terminology, Ilzami Jawab (accusatory answer) is when Muslims used the Bible to argue with Christians, like what Rahmatullah Kairanwi did.
In Islam, Maryam (as) withdrew herself from the public (23:50) and gave birth to Eisa (As), the temple elders didn’t know that she was ever pregnant. In fact, per Chapter 19:20-35 (5:110 and 3:46), Maryam asked the temple elders to ask Eisa (as) and he spoke in the cradle. 19:26 directly tells the world that Maryam remained silent from the point she got pregnant with the angel, to when Eisa (as) was born, and even then, she didn’t speak, she pointed to Eisa (as) and he spoke on her behalf (see 19:30-33). In 1902, MGA quoted 21:91 (21:92 in the Qadiani Quran) of the Quran and claimed that Maryam was called a married woman (Ahsanat). MGA then quoted 4:24, specifically the phrase “wa mushanatoo” and gave it as a parallel.
In the Al-Hakam reference, MGA is interpreting Maryam’s interaction (in Chapter 19) with the Angel as a vision/dream.

Translation
Mary was slandered/accused and this slander humiliated the wonder of the birth of Eisa (as). But in this slander, the Jews alone are not be to blamed, but Mary herself had made a huge mistake, which gave the Jews an opportunity to slander her, and that is when Mary saw the angel in her vision/dream, and when the angel announced the good news of the pregnancy, Maryam deliberately kept this vision a secret, and she never told anyone, because her mother and father had dedicated her to the temple (Baitul Maqdas), she would always stay and work at the temple, and she would not ever marry and will remain a virgin. And she had herself decided that she would not get a husband and would remain in Baitul Maqdas. After having this dream, she had this fear, that if she disclosed this secret, that an angel has given her the good news of a boy, people will think it is a ploy to get married. That’s why, she kept this vision/dream a secret. But that dream was true, she got pregnant at the same time. And Maryam was unaware of this pregnancy for some time. After the 5th month of the pregnancy had passed, then it became famous that Maryam was pregnant, and then Maryam told people about her dream, but at that time it was useless to say so. At the end, her elders (Jewish elders), in an attempt to hide her shame/guilt, they got her married to Joseph the Carpenter. This is how this prophecy was stained””.

MGA is asking a question, he asks, why did Maryam get married when she had been dedicated to the temple? MGA says that he recently read a book by a learned Jew, who explained this matter in full detail.

The Qadiani’s beleive that 3:36 of the Quran alludes to Maryam (as) being partially a man, having sperm and eggs (astagfarullah) – ahmadiyyafactcheckblog
In 1913, the British Government forcibly shut down a major Urdu newspaper of the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s, the Al-Badr. In the obscene article (edited by Mufti Muhammad Sadiq), Maryam (as) is described as having her menses and then immediately seeing an Angel who told her that she was going to have a son (They called it a vision, this is anti-Quran, see 19:17)). The author then indirectly quoted 3:36 and argued that Maryam (as) was partially a man (astagfarullah). This is similar to what MGA wrote in 1908 (See Chashma-e-Marifat). The Ahmadi author of this article continues to argue that even the mother of Maryam didn’t think that Maryam (as) was fully a woman. Ahmadi’s seem to have taken it further and alleged that Maryam (as) got pregnant during her menses or right after. Ahmadi’s also allege that Maryam’s mother kept praying for her. Ahmadi’s allege that Maryam (as) had sperm and eggs in her body. They wrote:
“””So just like men experience nocturnal ejaculations due to certain wet dreams and because excitement of the youth causes a lustful state as during intercourse, so in your (Maryam’s) masculine reproductive powers some sperm secretion took place, and this overwhelmed your mind and in this condition the sperm swam towards the egg and fertilized, and you became pregnant according to the above which is acceptable.”””
It seems that the District Magistrate (of Lahore) asked for money from Maulvi Sanaullah’s as a result of an article in the “Ahl-e-Hadis” magazine of Oct-31, 1913. This seems to be a response to the Qadiani article on the birth of Eisa (As). The grossly obscene Qadiani article appeared in the Al-Badr of Oct-30-1913. Maulvi Sanaullah and his team from his “Ahl-e-Hadis” magazine was forced to pay money as a form of a security. The Al-Badr was also forced to pay 3000 rupees as penalty. Reverend Mr. Howell seems to have also been part of this and he was warned by District Magistrate (of Lahore) and the Bishop of Lahore. Mufti Muhammad Sadiq was mentioned too and let off with a warning.
