Intro
This was posted on the official Ahmadiyya Press page on instagram in Dec-2023 (Ahmadiyya in Germany) and deleted recently. A few months ago, I covered the entire story herein.
In 2024, the German police seem to have figured out that it was Ahmadi’s who did this in an attempt to defraud their insurance company. Interestingly, this is exactly what Ahmadi’s did to get asylum from Pakistan.

Arrests after fire in Wächtersbach: Insurance fraud suspected instead of right-wing extremist act | hessenschau.de | Panorama
Five arrests Fire in Wächtersbach: Insurance fraud instead of right-wing extremist act suspected
An alleged right-wing extremist arson attack had caused a stir in Wächtersbach at Christmas. According to new findings, however, the case has presented itself differently. Now, among others, the homeowner has been arrested.

An apparent right-wing extremist motive may have led investigators to the wrong track: After the full fire of a residential building in Wächtersbach (Main-Kinzig) on Christmas night 2023, five people are under urgent suspicion, the police announced on Tuesday. Because of the risk of flight, they were provisionally arrested.
A xenophobic motive for the crime has not been confirmed after extensive, covert and “especially in all directions investigations,” it said. The Hanau public prosecutor’s office currently assumes that the suspects tried to steer the investigation onto the wrong track, which led to public expressions of solidarity and vigils.
In the ruins of the fire, “Foreigners out” lettering had been discovered. According to the current state of investigation, these are said to have been left there by the owners themselves.
Owner is said to have set fire himself
Two of the suspects are the 47-year-old Pakistani owner of the burned-down building and his 34-year-old brother-in-law. They are accused, among other things, of joint aggravated arson by means of an accelerant in order to fraudulently obtain insurance payments in the mid-six-figure range.

Because the accused are said to have left the slogan “Foreigners out” in the building and thus gave the impression of a xenophobic motive, they are also strongly suspected of jointly pretending to commit a crime.
The owner of the house was the focus of the investigation shortly after the crime because he had obvious burn injuries during his interrogation. In addition, there would have been further “indications that he could be in connection with this arson,” said the spokesman for the Hanau public prosecutor’s office, Oliver Piechaczek. “And then covert measures and further investigative measures followed.”
Son and wife of the owner also under suspicion
Also suspected is the owner’s 18-year-old son, who is accused of aiding and abetting particularly serious fraud. At the behest of his father, he is said to have reported the damage to the insurance company and to have taken part in an on-site visit with them. The owner’s wife is also suspected of having been involved in the planning of the crime. The 33-year-old is said to have sold various household items shortly before the fire.
An arrest warrant was also issued against a 55-year-old man for attempted obstruction of justice. He is said to have given the building owner a false alibi to the criminal investigation department for the time of the arson.
The five suspects were provisionally arrested on Monday morning and are now to be brought before the magistrate. Investigations by the public prosecutor’s office and the police are ongoing. The presumption of innocence applies, the police emphasized in their statement.
Mayor: Prejudice never announced
Wächtersbach’s mayor Andreas Weiher (SPD) speaks of a “highly criminal and unscrupulous” act, which must be punished accordingly. “But the incident also shows that prejudgment is never the order of the day – no matter by whom and in which direction.” One should not generalize. The investigating authorities had “delivered a clean result”.
City councillor Angelika Silberling-Antoni (Left) had organised a vigil after the fire. At the time, she considered it her duty because of the possible racist backgrounds. “I would do it again every day. I think it’s always the right thing to do, and it can never be wrong to stand up against racism.”

Thia claim, that Ahmadi do these things to get asylum is just a plain lie. The second lie is that Ahmadi do this in Pakistan, when we all know that Pakistani Govt. has destroyed thir places of worship time and time again. You are taking one incident from Ahmadis and applying it to every single ahmadi in the world, is totally gross. How would you feel if I argue that every Sunni Muslim supports what Taliban does. No human being is perfect. While I don’t know if this article ia true or not, but their are bad apples in every religion. Your blog is called factcheck, but you just picked up the 1 article that exists and copy pasted it and then just added your own brainwashed idea about asylum seekers.
