Intro
In 1905, MGA alleged that it was prophesied in previous scriptures that the prophet of the latter days (MGA himself) would not be killed (See the Al-Badr, vol. 1, no. 24, p. 2, dated 14 September 1905; al-Hakam, vol. 9, no. 33, p. 5, dated 17 September 1905, via Malfuzat-7, online English edition, pages 339-342). MGA then says that the martyrdom of Maulawi ‘Abdul-Latif is greater than the martyrdom of Imam Husain, who showed a very high example of sincerity and faith fulness and whose intense relationship [with Allah] surpassed [that of Imam Husain] due to steadfastness.

In roughly 1988, in the 5-volume official English commentary of the Quran by Malik Ghulam Farid, he argues that in 5:67 (5:68 in the Qadiani Quran)(the Arabic phrase is Kafaf-too), Muhammad (Saw) was also promised protection, however, it never happened, he also quoted 5:11 (5:12 in the Qadiani Quran)(the Arabic phrase is Fakafa) and argued that the early Muslims were promised protection too and it also never happened (naozobillah)(See 5:110).

In Nov-2025, the True Islam UK youtube channel streamed and at 1:56:00, Maulvi Raheel mentions 5:110 of the Quran, Allah restrained (kafaftoo) the children of Israel from touching Eisa (As) and his mother.  Maulvi Raheel infers that Allah protected Eisa (as) from death only. He then quotes 5:67 of the Quran.
