Intro
Many years ago, I figured out that the famous Ahmadiyya Mohalla in Qadian falls under Ward No.6. In the 2026 local elections, the representative from Ward No. 6 was elected as unopposed, her name is Atiya Tul Waheed.

There seem to be either 15 or 16 total Ward’s in Qadian, of which Ahmadi’s have the highest populated Mohalla.

In the 2026 election:

–Akali Dal Badal won 6 seats
–Congress won 4 seats
–AAP won 2 seats
–Independent won 2 seats
–BJP won 1 seat

15 total seats for 15 total wards. It seems that there used to be 16 wards and now there are only 15.
