Intro
As we all know, MGA took all of his “progressive-islam” ideas directly from Sir Syed, since himself, Noorudin and Abdul Karim were all influenced heavily by Sir Syed. In fact, they began denying the miracles as performed by Esa (as) and confirmed in the Quran by 1884 (see BA. vol. 4). Nonetheless, below is the reference on this topic. The ROR of May-1938 quotes the Al-Hakam of May 30th, 1908.

MGA denies that humans came from monkeys. He claims that only humans can create humans and so on and so forth. However, what about the mule? What if monkeys were a form of Jinn?? MGA doesnt seem to be capable of explaining this, since he was stuck in 20th century science and also denied the human ability to leave the Earth, i.e. his rejection of a physical ascension of Esa (as), MUhammad (Saw) and Idris (as).

“”kia huzoor masla e irtiqa ka qail hain? yane ya k ensaan na or onay halaat sa ahla halaat ma taraqi ki ha, Bandar sa insaan bana or rooh kis waqt paida hoe?. answer: farmaya hamara ya mazhab nahi k ensaan kisi waqt bandar tah magar ahista ahista dum bhi kat gae or pusham bhi jati rahi or taraqi kartay kartay insaan ban giya. ya aik dawa ha jis ka suboot es dawa k mudhe k zimay ha. chahay k koi bandar paish kiya jaway jo ahista ahista taraqi kartay kartay insaani halat ma a jaway. ham aisay baydaleel qisay kahaniyon par kiyon kar iman la saktay hain. albata ya to ham mantay hain k Adam boht sa guzray hain. magar mojoda halat k ma’taht jo ham rooz mashahida kartay hain k insaan sa insaan paida hotay hain. Bandar sa insaan ya insaan sa bandar kabhi kisi na paida hota nahi daikha ho ga. ya to aik noveloon ka qisa ha. hamaisha nooh sa nooh he paida hoti ha. Khuda na apna qanoon hamari aankho k samnay rakha hua ha k gadhay sa gadha or gorhi sa gorha, bandar sa bandar paida hota ha. ab es k khilaf jo koi daway karta ha k bandar sa insaan b paida hota ha us ko apnay daway ki dileel b paish karni chahiya. ya kah daina k shaid aisa ho giya ho, shaid k kiya manay? hamaray sath to Allah ta’ala na aik mashahida dileel k toor sa rakha hua ha, es k khilaf kahnay waloon ko koi baiyan dileel paish karni chahiya warna zinni batoon or sirf dawoon sa koi amar hujjat nahi ho sakta.””  (((Al-hukm 30 may 1908 page 5)))
