Intro
A few days ago on 6th July 2018, Qadiani-Ahmadi’s are claiming that a court in Malaysia has declared them as Muslim. See, for example, the facebook page Faizan e Ahmadiyyat.

Yet if you look at the link to a Malaysian newspaper given on the above facebook page, the news report says:

“”Thirty-nine members of the sect had challenged JAIS [Selangor Islamic Religious Department] for trying to charge them with shariah offences, on the basis that Islamic authorities in Selangor do not recognise Ahmadiah Muslims as Muslims.

The court ruled that the Selangor Islamic religious authorities have no jurisdiction over Ahmadi Muslims in the state.”””

In his submission previously, Paiva [lawyer for the Qadianis] said the community should be allowed to practise their faith since they were not considered Muslims by Selangor.

He said Jais could not attempt to charge the community with shariah offences when they had refused to recognise the Muslim sect as adherents.

…

“On the one hand, you say they are not Muslims; on the other hand, you are arresting them and taking them to the Shariah Court to face charges,” Paiva said.

So what happened was that the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s went to court against the Selangor Islamic authorities saying: You can’t charge us with committing offences against Islamic Shariah because you consider us as non-Muslims.

In another Malaysian newspaper the report begins:

KUALA LUMPUR, July 6 ― The Shah Alam High Court decided today that the Shariah Court has no jurisdiction over members of the Ahmadiyya community, as the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) has refused to recognise the Muslim sect as adherents.

What it means is that if a Qadiani commits an act which is an offence in Islamic Shariah (though not against the secular law of the land), he cannot be charged by the Islamic authorities because the jurisdiction of these authorities is limited only to Muslims!

Intro
Ahmadi’s are vicious and ruthless.  Especially the immigrants, the Ahmadi’s born in the West normally don’t care about religion in general.  Ahmadi’s are willing to call anyone a terrorist if they don’t support the Ahmadiyya cause.  They have fought the entire Muslim community in the USA, Canada, Germany and the Uk and many other countries.  Recently, they had a twitter beef with a respected journalist, Cynthia Ritchie.  Cynthia loves Pakistan and Pakstani people….she spent the night at Kashif’s house, has been very friendly with Ahmadi’s.  However, recently Ahmadi’s have turned on her since she wasn’t in full agreement over the false Ahmadiyya persecution narrative.

Intro
Ahmadi’s have been heavily involved in politics since their inception in 1889. In the specific case of Pakistan, Ahmadi’s were ordered to vote for Bhutto in the first free elections in Pakistan’s history (1970). After the events of 1974, Ahmadi’s were now a minority, and thus could never be President or Prime Minister of Pakistan, since that job was only reserved for Muslims (shia/sunni/sufi or any other type of Muslim). After being declared Non-Muslim in Sep of 1974, Ahmadi’s were given minority seats and thus allowed to present a political party if they chose to do so. However, the Ahmadiyya Khalifa at the time, Mirza Nasir Ahmad, wouldn’t allow any Ahmadi to vote or run for political party. As soon as an Ahmadi tried, he was immediately kicked out of Ahmadiyya. @kashifmd was confronted about this and he deflected quickly.

When Ahmadi’s were forced to evacuate Qadian for Lahore, in 1947, their Khalifa, Mirza Basheer uddin Mahmud Ahmad made some bold prophecies. Most of these references come from the book, “The Ahmadiyya Movement, British-Jewish Connections” (1994). This book has been quoted in many academic studies on Ahmadiyya, it is a really good source of information.  Bashir Ahmad begins on this story on page 278. We have also posted scans from the Al-Fazl of Sep-12 and 15, 1947 in the below. We have also found the first ever Al-Fazl edition published from Lahore, Pakistan.

Furthermore, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s son tells us that he (MGA) prophesied that Qadian would expand. In 1948, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad dreamt about being in MGA’s latrine, Khalifa Zani sees a dream that he takes a shit in MGA’s holy bathroom where MGA would shit in his temple and calls this a glad tiding (See all the scans in the below). He keeps doing a Tafsir on how shit means glad tidings!

On Jan 22nd, 1891, MGA and team of editors and ghost writers published Fateh-e-Islam (Victory of Islam)(see Muhammad Ali, see page 491)(read the Lahori-Ahmadi version herein)(also read the first ever English translation from the Lahori-Ahmadi’s in 1923 and from Madras)(Check out Zahid Aziz’s newer English translation herein), and Taudhe Mauram (Elucidation of Objectives)(read the Lahori-Ahmadi version herein) and Izala Auham Part 1 and 2. The ROR of June-July-1940 alleges that this book was published from the Riyaz-e-Hind press and 700 copies were published of which 300 were set aside for Muslims, Christians and Hindu divines who can’t afford it.

MGA quoted 10 verses of the Quran in this book, none of these had to do with Eisa (as) and his alleged death, they are as follows: 3:61 (3:62 in the Qadiani Quran), 3:92 (3:93 in the Qadiani Quran), 5:105 (5:106 in the Qadiani Quran), 61:2-3 (61:3-4 in the Qadiani Quran), 73:15 (73:16 in the Qadiani Quran), 78:28 (78:29 in the Qadiani Quran), 97:3-5 (97:4-6 in the Qadiani Quran). Thus, MGA twisted 10 verses of the Quran in this book.

“The second branch of this operation is the arrangement for the distribution of leaflets, which is underway through divine command for the purpose of Itmam-e-Hujjat [the Conclusive Argument]. Thus far, over 20,000 leaflets have been published – and will forever continue to be [published] in the future, during times of need – to fully convey Islamic arguments to the people of different faiths.” (The Victory of Islam, p. 13)
