Intro
Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan was married to the Queen of Bhopal, who gave lots of money to MGA for the creation of the Braheen e Ahmadiyya Series (1878-1884). Maulvi Muhammad Ahsan Amrohi (who later became an Ahmadi, then died a Lahori-Ahmadi) was his employee.
In roughly 1884-1885, Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan tore up MGA’s Braheen e Ahmadiyya book and sent it to Qadian in that state, Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan was dead by 1890.
Later in 1907, MGA claimed that he died abruptly (in 1891) as a result of disrespecting MGA’s book (See Haqiqatul Wahy, see pages 581-588). After MGA died, via BA-5, MGA lied and alleged that Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan wrote that the Rafa’a was after death and spiritual, this is a lie.
He seems to have written Hujaj ul Kiramah in late 1883 or early 1884, see ROR May-1908. This book is also called, “Hujjaj Al-Karamah fi Athar Al-Qiyamah”, “A treatise on the approaching of the Day of Judgment and its signs according to Islamic sources”. This book is also mentioned in the ROR of February-1916.
In 2025, Razi quoted this hadith from Ibn Majah and asserted that this hadith announces the arrival of the Mahdi-Messiah in the 14th century, however, it doesn’t say anything like that. Then, Razi alleges that Nawab Hassan Siddiq Khan used this hadith to announce the pending arrival of the Mahdi in India in the 1880’s (this is unconfirmed).

Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan died on May-26-1890.
Maulvi Muhammad Ahsan Amrohi had just lost his job in Bhopal, since Khan had died, MGA immediately hired him. Ahsan Amrohi moved to Qadian and began working immediately.

MGA and his team wrote “Nishan Ismani” (Heavenly Sign in english) and published it in the early part of 1892. They quoted him extensively in terms of the Mahdi.

The ROR Of May-1915 has a letter from the 2nd Khalifa to an unknown ruler in India, in this letter, he quotes Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan and his famous book, “Hujjaj Al-Karamah fi Athar Al-Qiyamah”, “A treatise on the approaching of the Day of Judgment and its signs according to Islamic sources”. This book is also mentioned in the ROR of February-1916.

The ROR of Oct-Nov-1917 also has an article by him entitled, “What distinguishes Non-Ahmadees from Ahmadees”. In this essay, he covers the topic of prophethood. He pointed out 5 distinct differences and even quoted Siddiq Hassan Khan of Bhopal and his descriptions of the Mahdi in Hujaj-ul-Kiramah.

Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khan is mentioned in the ROR of Dec-1943 as allegedly writing that 62:3 referred to the followers of the Mahdi would represent the companions of Muhammad (saw), whereas, the Mahdi himself would represent Muhammad (saw).

“These stars which are called tailed [comets] are written as a sign for the nearness of the era of the Awaited Mahdi and the descent of Hazrat Masih (peace be upon him). Then from 1301 Hijri or 1884 AD the 14th Century shall begin and the descent of Isa (peace be upon him), the advent of the Mahdi, & the Dajjal’s emergence shall happen at the beginning of the century – whichever century that may be.
