Intro
In 2025, Maulvi Razi raised this issue again about the beliefs of Suhaib Webb (screenshot from 2019)(4:57 time stamp). Maulvi Razi said that Suhaib Webb believes that Eisa (as) died (like Imam Malik). However, it should be noted that MGA called this a secret and thus, there is a huge contradiction. At 9:49, Maulvi Razi admits that Imam Malik believed in the physical second return of Eisa (as). At 10:10, Maulvi Razi invited Suhaib Webb to reject the idea of Eisa (As) returning.
In reality, via the screenshots below and video, Imam Suhaib Webb explains how Imam Malik believed that Eisa (as) is dead and Allah will revive him and send him to Earth for his second coming. Moreover, Imam Malik claimed that Eisa (As) died the death of sleep and would physically descend and kill the DAJJAL. Clearly, Imam Suhaib Webb clearly believes in the substitution theory and he connects 43:61 with the physical return of Eisa (as).
A few years ago, the Qadiani-Ahmadi employee, Razi ullah Noman aka #Ahmadianswers tweeted an ilzami jawab (allegatory response, basically trash talk), wherein he accused Suhaib Webb of believing that Eisa (As) died in India. Thus, #ahmadianswers has been proves as a liar and someone who purposely distorts information. return.

Shah Wali-ullah also supported and endorsed the substitution theory. Ibn Hazm also supported and endorsed the substitution theory. Even St John of Damascus and his tract ‘Heresy of Ishmaelites’ confirms the substitution theory (749). Even Salaaboo in 20:71 proves the Substitution theory for Esa (As).
