Intro
It seems that since 2021, an Indian citizen named Maulvi Shams ud Din Malabari (from Malabar) has been working as the missionary-in-charge of the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s in Israel (which most likely also covers Palestine, Syria and Egypt). The 5th Khalifa mentioned the death of his mother in a Friday sermon on Aug-27-2021. His mother is Sauda Sahiba, wife of Abdur Rahman Sahib of Kerala. She passed away at the age of 74 on 22 July 2021.

It seems that the Government of Israel won’t allow the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s to send their Maulvi’s, thus, only Qadiani-Ahmadi’s from India are allowed to send Maulvi’s. Thus, even in 2023, an Indian man from Malabar is the missionary-in-charge in Israel.
