Intro
Mirza Masroor Ahmad says that if #ahmadis become bad, a Jalali-Nabi could come and he might be a sitting Khalifa (see the clip on tik tok), this was via KTV on facebook. Mirza Masroor Ahmad alleged that MGA said this, however, this is a lie, MGA said that a Jalali Messiah could also come, not simply a Jalali Nabi. In 1893, via “A’ina-e-Kamalat-e-Islam”, MGA claimed that the Messiah will come into this world a 3rd time (See page 403 of the online English edition)(See RK-5, page 346).

In 1904, via “Lecture Sialkot” (see page 20), MGA called himself the Last Messiah (akhree maseeha).

Even in 1933, the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s were claiming that a prophet would come after Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.

In 1944, as the 2nd Khalifa claimed to be the “Musleh Maud”, he also announced himself as the “Masil-i-Masih” and as the “zilli” messiah, however, he meant like MGA, not like Jesus (as)(See ROR of March-1944).

In 1965, allegedly, after the death of the 2nd Khalifa, writings appeared from Akhbar-e-Ahmadiyya, London wherein it was alleged that the 2nd Khalifa was the like and counterpart of MGA. It was later republished in the May–July 2009 special Musleh-e-Mau’ud edition of the Monthly Ansarullah.

In 1983, via a session of Majlis-e-Irfan (See pages 71-72), Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleged that MGA was the only Ahmadi prophet (See the scans in the below).

On May 17, 1984, after running out of Pakistan, Mirza Tahir Ahmad answered a question from Khalid Mahmoud about Jalali Prophets at the Fazl Mosque-temple in London. Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleged that there are 2 different attributes of prophets, the first being “Jalal” and the second being “Jamal”. Jalal is a mood that is serious, anger! Prophets with law! (see herein via tiktok and twitter). Mirza Tahir Ahmad on the Jalali Messiah herein.

On Aug-12-1984, at the Fazl Mosque-temple in London, Mirza Tahir Ahmad explains that a jalaali messiah could come, however, not as a prophet.

On July-29-1998, via a Question and Answer session in Arabic with Arab guests (Liqaa Ma al Arab), Mirza Tahir Ahmad was asked about the possibility of the appearance of another prophet after Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. At the 0:10 mark, Mirza Tahir Ahmad jokes and says that people haven’t opened up to the idea that MGA was a prophet yet, how can Ahmadi’s talk of more? At 1:07, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that there will come a time when Ahmadiyya will decay. At this time, Allah will send someone. At 1:46, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that Ahmadi’s don’t believe that MGA is the last prophet in terms of time. Mirza Tahir Ahmad argues that “the last time” will only be that prophet who comes before the Day of Judgement. At 2:00, Mirza Tahir Ahmad argues that MGA gave a prophecy about a prophet who will come just before the Day of Judgement (see the clip on TikTok and Twitter). Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that this is all theoretical possibilities. Mirza Tahir Ahmad then says, that realistically, he doesn’t see any new prophet coming and doing any significant reform work. At 2:55, Mirza Tahir Ahmad explains that Ahmadi’s believe that the Quran and sayings of Muhammad (Saw) have done “tasdiq” of MGA’s arrival as the Messiah. Mirza Tahir Ahmad then says however, after MGA, he doesn’t see any evidence in the Quran or Sunnah about another prophet. Mirza Tahir Ahmad then argues that Ahmadi’s only believe in MGA because Muhammad (saw) said so. Mirza Tahir Ahmad asks to see any hadith from Muhammad (Saw) wherein he said that after the Messiah, there will be another prophet/messiah, after the Mahdi has come and gone? At 4:20, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that prophets are sent by Allah, and no one can stop Allah. At 4:40, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that theoretically, a prophet can come, but practically, if he comes, he will have to produce evidence from the Quran and hadith. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says again, that he can’t find any evidence (See additional noted in the below). At 5:10, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says he will answer that if NO such prophet can come, then why a last warner? Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that the picture that he has painted of this “Warner” (aka Jalalee Nabi/Jalalee Messiah) is not from his own self, instead it is from the understanding of Muhammad (saw). Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that he is referring to that hadith wherein Muhammad (saw) is speaking about the advent of the Messiah and talks about a “good wind” will begin to blow. It will blow for a long time, then, it will be replaced with a bad wind. This would happen until the time when people will become “Ashar e nas”. The Day of Judgement would appear on Ashar-e-nas. At 7:00, Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleges that Muhammad (Saw) predicted the Jalalee Nabi/Jalalee Messiah and what would happen after the advent of the Messiah. At 7:35, Mirza Tahir Ahmad again repeats that per the statements of Muhammad (saw) in hadith. See, Mustadrak Al-Haakim Hadith 3954. Hakim said, ‘This Hadith is Sahih on the conditions of [Sahih] Muslim [3995]. At 8:05, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that no prophet was mentioned in between Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and the Day of Judgement. At 8:57, Mirza Tahir Ahmad infers that the entire world will accept the message of Ahmadiyya, however, after some time, they will reject Muhammad (saw) again, naozobillah. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that the remaining people will be totally wiped out by Allah for rejecting a messiah? At 9:18, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that when Noah (as) was rejected, his people were wiped out. At 10:12, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that MGA spoke about the LAST warner. Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleges that MGA said that there would be a Messiah of “anzat”. Who would appear just before the Day of Judgement. This is the sunnah of Allah alleges Mirza Tahir Ahmad. Allah never punishes a people without sending a warner. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that Allah will be giving them this warning simply as a principal. At 11:06, Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleges that MGA predicted the coming of another Messiah would be rejected by his own people and not have a single believer. Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that he would die without being accepted. At 12:22, Mirza Tahir Ahmad says that Ahmadiyya will be the dominant religion in the world at this time.

In May-2000, Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleged that MGA predicted that the last appearance of the Messiah would come just before judgement day. When the worst of people would be left on Earth. Mirza Tahir Ahmad alleges that is the sunnah of Allah to not kill off a people without sending a warner first and thus, there would be a last appearance of a Messiah. This Messiah would warn people that the final days are coming.

In 2003 (Feb-3), Mirza Tahir Ahmad answered a question from a young girl named Ayesha Noor about Prophethood and Khilafat. Ayesha Noor stated that MGA called the Ahmadiyya Khilafat as “permanent” (dimey), and better for you, and it will last until the Day of Judgement. Ayesha Noor states that it is safe to say that after MGA (Maseeh-e-Maud), there will be no additional prophet. In response to this question, Mirza Tahir Ahmad stated that MGA prophecied the coming of another prophet, someone who will also be called Eisa (As) in a way, he will come before the of Day of Judgement. He won’t be a Jamalee Nabi like Eisa (as). He will ask the people to accept him, however, they will all reject him and that’s how this world will end. These will be worst people on Earth, they will all deny the prophet of their age (see the clip on TikTok and Twitter).

In 2011, this was also discussed on Rah-e-Huda and will the Mirza family business aka Khilafat last forever. 4:69 (4:70 in the Kadiani Koran) was quoted too! Maulvi Ataul Mujeeb Rashid says that the Ahmadiyya Khilafat will last forever. Asif Basit chimes in and agrees and says that MGA said that before the Day of Judgement, a Jalalee Messiah would appear. Asif Basit carefully says that this is only a possibility, not a certainty. Asif Basit says that the Jalalee Messiah might be a sitting Ahmadiyya Khalifa.

In 2017-2019 era, Mirza Masroor saying similar things (2022).

In 2021, an #ahmadi mullah (Maulvi Farhan Iqbal) claims that an additional Jalaali messiah could come and that MGA made this prophecy.

In 2022, a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi named Adnan Ahmed (@Adnan_Bhalli) argued that perhaps his God will make a future Khalifa as a Jalali Nabi.

In Nov-2024, Mirza Masroor argued that it’s possible for a Khalifa to be a prophet. He even said:  “what is prophethood? it’s only relaying a message”, in a real condescending/arrogant type of way. The clip is on tiktok and twitter.

In Dec-2024, during a “This Week with Huzoor”, an Ahmadi asked if another zilli-nabi can come after MGA and Masroor basically said NO, however, Masroor alleged that MGA claimed that a Jalalee Nabi (an angry Nabi, the opposite of MGA) might come later (see the clip on tiktok and twitter).

All of this is contradicted by Abdul Ghaffar Janbah, who was ex-communicated by the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s for claiming to be a Jalali Messiah and etc.

Khalifatul-Masih IV of the Ahmadiyya Community explained this further, saying:

Jalali tells that he is something different from the other Messiahs before him because the concept of Messiah-hood is jamali. So he is not like the old messiahs. He is something different, and that is only because a warner has to appear before the world is destroyed in the end. The Holy Prophet also tells us that people will become so evil that they will not accept any thing, and their case would be completely gone out of hand. That would be the time when Allah would decide to finish mankind as such. So when such a time comes, there has to be a warner of some sort. So Masih would appear as a jalali one. Nobody is going to accept him because if he is to be followed and accepted then mankind would not be destroyed.

QUESTION-Is it possible that a Jalali [awe-inspiring] Masih will come after the Promised Messiah”?

ANSWER-If at some point the conditions of jihad of self-defense arise as described in the Holy Quran, then it is possible that a Messiah will wage such a Jihad of the sword. Hadrat Muşleh Mau’üd”, wrote:

The founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement clearly wrote, “The Holy Prophet said that ‘Isä the Messiah will postpone wars.” From this we learn that whatever the Promised Messiah has written about jihad is only in the meaning of postponement, not in the meaning of permanent abrogation. The Promised Messiah” has given this same explanation concerning the tem- porary postponement of jihad, that it is not I who am speaking of the postponement of jihad, rather, the Holy Prophet said this. From one excerpt of his”, it is clearly apparent that during a time in the future, it is possible that it will become necessary for Muslims to fight and the need for religious wars may arise. He” writes, “It is possible, entirely possible, that at some time such a Messiah comes on whom the apparent words of ahadith can be fulfilled. I have not come with the sovereignty and king- dom of this world, but I have come in the mantle of a dervish and in simplicity. When this is the reality, then what difficulty is there for clerics? It is possible that this desire of theirs also be fulfilled at some time.” (Anwarul ‘Ulüm, vol. 23, p. 409)

In this regard, the Promised Messiah” himself prophesied the coming of such a Messiah at the end of the latter days. He” wrote:

No

It has also been made apparent to me that after the passing of a period which will be a time of goodness, reformation, and prev- alence of the unity of God, it is ordained that disorder, idolatry. and transgression will again make a return in the world. Some will destroy others like insects, ignorance will prevail, and again the worship of the Messiah will begin. The ignorance of making a created being into a God will greatly spread. In the last part of this last age, all of this disorder will spread from the Christian religion. Then, the spirit of the Messiah will again come into great agitation and will seek its descent in a jalali [awe-inspir ing) manner. Then, with his descent in a wrathful manifesta tion, that age will end. Then the end will come and the world will be wrapped up (Ruhani Khaza’in, vol. 5. p. 346).

Hadrat Khalifatul-Masih IV of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community explained this further, saying:

Jalali tells that he is something different from the other Messiahs before him because the concept of Messiah-hood is jamali. So he is not like the old messiahs. He is something dif ferent, and that is only because a warner has to appear before the world is destroyed in the end. The Holy Prophet also tells us that people will become so evil that they will not accept any thing, and their case would be completely gone out of hand. That would be the time when Allah would decide to finish mankind as such. So when such a time comes, there has to be a warner of some sort. So Masih would appear as a jalali one. Nobody is going to accept him because if he is to be followed and accepted then mankind would not be destroyed (Question Answer Session, Aug 12. 1984).

It must be remembered here that it is possible for prophets to come afier the Promised Messiah”. The Holy Prophet said:

There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus”. He will descend (Sunan Abi Dawid, Book 38, Hadith 4,310).

Explaining this Hadith, Hudür said:

To say that the doors of prophethood have completely closed, neither I have the right, nor you. If Allah Almighty says that He makes prophets, then who are we to say that no Prophet will come? That is why the Promised Messiah” has stated that it is possible that in the future if you move away from faith, then in order to bring you back to faith, he may send a jalali nabi [prophet]… Therefore the knowledge that has been given to us by the Holy Prophet is this that there will be no prophet between him and the Promised Messiah”.

So there would be no prophet in between them, but thereafter. Allah knows best. The Promised Messiah” has obviously alluded to this and said that it is possible that a prophet may come (Gulshan-e-Waafe- Nau Khuddamul-Ahmadiyya Class, February 5, 2017).

The Promised Messiah” wrote:

I accept, and repeatedly say that not only one but more than ten thousand Messiahs can come, and it is possible that one come with apparent awe and prosperity (Ruhani Khaza’in, vol. 3. p. 251).

However, any Messiahs that come would come under the authority of the Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad”, they would not come outside of his dispensation. The Promised Messiah” said:

There is no room for a Messiah other than me to set foot after my age, if you reflect and do not transgress. I am the promised one of this age, and there is no age after me. O liars, in which age will you cause your imagined Messiah” to descent? (Rubani Khaza’in, vol. 16, p. 243).

Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was the advent of the Messiah as prophesied by the Holy Prophet, both in its jamali sense and its jalali sense. The Promised Messiah” wrote:

I announce that I am the messenger of the awe-inspiring descent of the Promised Messiah, which is that until now was the mer- ciful descent of the Promised Messiah. From now the awe-in- spiring descent will begin. This means that before people were softly taught with mercy. However, now God Almighty will wam with his awe-inspiring and wrathful means, and it is to announce this matter that I have been commissioned (Rubini

Khaza in, vol. 22. p. 417). Any Messiah that comes after Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad”, whether jamali ot jalali, would not be separate from his dispensation. Hadrat Khalifatul-Masih V explained that if a Jalali Messiah appears at the end of the latter days as a prophet, he would be one from among the Khulafa’ of the Promised Messiah” (Hudür Kay Sath Jami’ah-UK

Tulabah Ki Nashist, December 15, 2013; (Gulshan-e-Waqfe-Nau

Khuddamul-Ahmadiyya Class, December 12, 2015)

The concept of a bloody Messiah who will force people to con vert to Islam is a false belief because it contradicts the Holy Quran. The Messiah of the latter days is prophesied as a spiritual reformer who comes during a time of spiritual darkness. If a Messiah will ever wage Jihad of the sword in the last part of the latter days, it will only be within the Quranic definition of Jihad and in self-defense.
