In 2023-2024 fiscal year, the AMAUK spent 27 million just to make 29 million, which is a net profit of 2 million (See page 22). Macalvins Chattered Accountants are the auditors of this report, which seems to be via International Standards on Auditing (UK)(ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. They seem to have changed their tax structure (see page 10). On page 15, 522 new asylum cases were registered as compared to 323 from last year and 1,170 new Tajneed (new membership data) applications were received – an increase of 284 from last year. As of January 2024, there were 8,922 Musis in the UK (page 15). For Tahrik Jadid we collected £2.9 million (an increase of over £231,000 over last year) with a participation rate of 82.49%. Ahmadiyya Muslim Jarna’at (Scotland) Limited [AMJ (Scotland Ltd] Charity Number SC050163 and Company No SC649886 was registered as a separate entity with the OSCR (Scottish regulator) to look after the affairs of the Community in Scotland and commenced its charitable work with effect from July 2020 (see page 23). 10 million dollars were given to headquarters, aka AMJI (see page 37 and 38). Total assets were reported as 78 million (see page 32). Land and buildings are stated at historical cost, except for the London Mosque complex, which is shown at its 30th April 1979 valuation of £460,500 (page 34). The UK-Jalsa 2024 costed 4.74 million (see page 38). It costs 4 million dollars for Ahmadi Maulvi’s to be trained and assigned and then working daily in 2024. Property expenses are 4 million, what are these? That’s already 12 million in debt. In the end, the AMAUK spent 27 million just to make 29 million, which is a net profit of 2 million (See page 22). 5 million was spent on Staff Salaries (page 38). Of the 72 million in total assets, Baitul Futuh is listed as 35.8 million, that is roughly 50% of the AMAUK. The Ahmadiyya temple in Alton named Hadeeqatul Mahdi is listed as 5 million, this is where the annual Jalsa takes place. Thus, the first 2 properties are 40 million, which is 55% of total assets. The Ahmadiyya temple in Birmingham is worth 1.7 million, the new site in Bradford is worth 2.6 million, in Hartlepool, the Ahmadiyya temple is worth 1 million, Jamia-UK is worth 4 million, the London Fazl Mosque Complex is worth 1.4 million, the Ahmadiyya temple in Manchester is worth 1.7 million, the Ahmadiyya temple in Mitcham Baitul Ehsan 25 Willow Lane is worth 1.8 million, the Ahmadiyya temple in Scunthorpe is worth 1.2 million, the Ahmadiyya temples in Southhall is worth 1.6 million, the Ahmadiyya temple in Walsall is worth 1.4 million. 15.4 million for 10 properties. The remaining 48 properties= 17 million. Total is 72 million. In 2026 (Aug), I counted 77 Ahmadi moorabi’s (see page 5), total employee cost is 4 million, thus, the average Ahmadi Moorabi gets roughly 52k pounds annually and has all of their bills paid.
The total income for the year amounted to £29,819,493 (2023: £26,406,888). The Statement of Financial Activities includes further details. The amount expended in pursuit of the charitable objectives during the year was £27,797,974 (2023: £25,892,653) up from the previous year.
Ibrahim Ikhlaf is listed as a “trustee” on their official website, however, in the report he is listed as “Secretary Tabligh (Preaching, Propagation & Outreach)”(National Level).
On page 8, they allege that our ITQA (International Talimul Quran Academy) Foundation is performing outstanding work by teaching the Holy Qur’an to over 3,000 people worldwide, with approximately 700 teachers dedicated to this project teaching students from Australia, Europe, the UK, Canada, the USA and the Middle East. This noble endeavour has benefited thousands of children. This is a lie, or skewed information.
On page 8, during the renovation of the Baitul Futuh Mosque complex, there was a moratorium on developing or purchasing new properties.
On page 9, they allege that 40,000 people attended their Jalsa Salana-2024 in Tilford, UK, this is a total lie.
On page 10, When the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK was established in 1987, it was founded under a Trust Deed and functioned as an unincorporated charity. While this structure was suitable for a smaller organisation, it posed significant risks for the trustees, who held the charity’s assets on trust and were personally liable, with an unquantifiable potential for litigation. To mitigate these risks, a new Company Limited by Guarantee is being registered with the Charity Commission. This structure is commonly used by notforprofit charities, and such a company does not have a share capital but is supported by a nominal guarantee of £1, from each Member of the Company.

On page 22, the Association is an unincorporated charity and is governed by a Trust Deed or its Constitution which sets out its objects and powers. The Constitution of the Association was adopted on 21 April 1987 and the Association was registered as a charity by the Charity Commission (No 299081) on 11 May 1988. The original Constitution was amended on 27 June 2010 by incorporating the appointment of additional Trustees, making changes required in the event of liquidation to comply with Section 7 of the Charities and Trustees Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and widening the scope of activities to cover the whole world. In view of the Covid19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) had to be delayed to December 2020 and following a resolution adopted by an overwhelming majority, the Constitution was further amended by building emergency resilience to permit virtual meetings to be held, permitting the AGM to be held at any time instead of the first half year, allowing votes to be cast by digital means instead of by show of hands, making minor changes to the Trustees and Members’ Council and permitting deeds to be signed on behalf of the Association by specific Trustees instead of all Trustees. Under the Constitution, the members of the Majlis Amila comprise the Trustees and constitute the Management Committee that is elected every three years at the Majlis Shura (Consultative Council whose members are elected office bearers and missionaries) which is held once a year. The day to day administration of the Association is carried out by the Management Committee which meets once a month. Administration cascades down into local branch office bearers who are also elected very three years.
On page 23, The Management Committee has formally established a subcommittee, “The Finance Committee”, which deals with the daytoday financial matters of the Association. The Finance Committee presents its significant approvals to the Management Committee each month and also prepares the annual Income and Expenditure Budget for the approval of Majlis Shura (Consultative Council). The Finance Committee normally meets once a week and comprises:
