In 1906, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad alleged that Muhammad was “Sahib-i-Khatam” (possessor of the seal of khatam) and could give it out

Intro
In 1906, via Haqiqatul Wahi, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad alleged that Muhammad was “Sahib-i-Khatam” (possessor of the seal of khatam) and could give it out (See pages 36-37, online English Edition of Haqiqatul Wahi)(See also Maulvi Muhammad Ali, “Prophethood in Islam” , 1915, pages 567-568).

Furthermore, on pages 117–118 of the online English Edition of Haqiqatul Wahi, MGA argued that Allah made Muhammad (Saw) the “Khatam al Anbiya” and bestowed the seal (Khatam) to Muhammad (saw), at which point, Muhammad (Saw) bestowed it upon MGA (naozobillah)(See also Maulvi Muhammad Ali, “Prophethood in Islam”  1915, page 571).

Ahmadi’s use this concept for allowing laymen to become “Metaphorical-Prophets” via 4:69 of the Quran (4:70 in the Kadiani Koran).

Did Mirza Ghulam Ahmad ever say Khatam=Best (Afzal)?

Intro
It seems that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad never defined Khatam as Best (Afzal), not even in “Eik Ghalti Ka Izala” (1901). Maulvi Razi was confronted on this very topic just a few days and was not able to quote MGA’s opinion on Khatam as Best (Afzal).

In 1906-1907, MGA referred to Muhammad (Saw) as the “Best of Mankind” (13 times)(via Ahmadiyya mistranslation, needs to be double checked)(See “Haqiqatul Wahi”, online English Edition). Also as “Best of Creation” 7 times. “Best of all Creation” on page 867. “Best of the Prophets” (3 times). “Best of Messengers” (Khairur-Rusul)(twice).

Even in 1915, Maulvi Muhammad Ali collected 261 references (see pages 489-604) wherein MGA denied prophethood, however, in none of these references MGA said Khatam=Best (Afzal).

Ahmadi’s that believe that Humans control their own death via prayers (see Quran, 3:145, 3:146 in the Kadiani Koran)

Intro
Muslims have always believe that Allah wrote the date of death for every single human before they were born and this can never be averted (See ibn Kathir on 3:145)(see the hadith on Allah writing the date of death)(See also 6:2 of the Quran, 6:3 in the Kadiani Koran)(See also 35:11, 35:12 in the Kadiani Koran).

However, Ahmadi’s don’t believe this! Since they follow MGA and MGA prayed for people to die via Mubahila or prophecy. Thus, MGA broke this rule and was brazen about it. In fact, in 1907, while MGA was beefing with Maulvi Sanaullah and Abdul Hakim Khan, MGA alleged that his God extended his life (See Adnan Rashid and Bro Imtiaz discussing this ref at 2:43:25). Nevertheless, MGA died soon thereafter, his life was not extended.

In Dec-2025, Maulvi Farhan Iqbal alleges God has given humans some control of when they die. Maulvi Farhan Iqbal alleges that via prayers, righteousness and good deeds, Ahmadi’s can extend their life (see the clip on twitter and TikTok).

The 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad commented on “Khatam” in Gursdaspur court (1922)

Intro
Per Maulvi Muhammad Ali and his book, “The Last Prophet” (1922), the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad commented on “Khatam” in Gurdaspur court (1922)(see pages 14-15)(via the Al-Fazl, June-26 and 29-1922):

“‘The meaning of this term has always been rendered thus, we do not give any interpretation to it; on the other hand, these are the meanings given to it in the lexicons. Some people also render Khataman Nabiyeen as the last of the prophets, however, in the dictionary, “last prophet” is not the meaning of this term”.

In this book, Maulvi Muhammad Ali proved that all Arabic lexicons/dictionaries defined Khatam as Last. Maulvi Muhammad Ali also showed how the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad accepted the lexicologist wrote LAST.

In this book, Maulvi Muhammad Ali refuted the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s and their usage of Muhammad Qasim Nanautavi on prophethood via Tahdhir al-Nas.

Maulvi Razi vs. Talha Alvi on Muslim Today discussing if Khatam means BEST?

Intro
In Dec-2025, Maulvi Razi debated Talha Alvi (a “Modern Muslim”, and via the Quran and Sunnah) on the Muslim Today youtube channel.

In Summary, Razi threw the firqa card many times, in response to this Talha Alvi highlighted the firqay in Ahmadiyya. Maulvi Razi was supposed to stick to the Quran in this debate, however, he deviated many times and was not able to prove that Khatam means Best from the Quran only. Talha Alvi repeatedly asked Razi to show him proof, however, Maulvi Razi didn’t care to answer.

Maulvi Razi also told Talha Alvi that the Messiah (MGA) would be the Judge (hakam) and decide via the Quran. In response to this, Talha Alvi says Qadiani’s have 2 firqay (sects), why is Razi crying about sects in Islam? Also, Talha Alvi points out the irony in the Ahmadi quotation of hadith, specifically, how Ahmadi’s metaphorize everything about the return of Eisa (as), however, not the nabi ullah part (See on TikTok and Twitter).

Talha Alvi proved that Khatam was never defined as “best” from any “Kalam-e-Arab”.

In Dec-2025, Ansar Raza said that he doesn’t care about the path of the sahaba (companions)

Intro
In Dec-2025, Ansar Raza was asked by Awais bhai (No Word to Describe on TikTok, @muhammadawaisashraf0) about following the beliefs of the sahaba (companions). Ansar Raza repeatedly said that he follows the Quran, not the sahaba. However, this contradicts that Ahmadiyya arguments on sects (firqa) in Islam and how the saved group of Muslims would be those who follow the example of the sahaba (famous hadith about Muslims splitting into 73 sects). Ansar Raza was behaving as such because he knows that MGA opposed the sahaba and even called Abu Hurraira a Ghabi (stupid) and nadaan (unintelligent). MGA also opposed the ijma of sahaba on the physicality of the Miraj.

Interestingly, also in Nov-Dec-2025, in Calgary, Canada, the Muslims at the Green Domed Mosque also asked for these conditions (the sahaba must be quoted), this caused the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s to flee the debate altogether.

Why do Ahmadi’s believe that Hell is like a hospital?

Intro
Even in 2025, Ahmadi’s believe that Hell is like a hospital, like a mother with an infant (See Mirza Tahir Ahmad in 1986). However, it seems that MGA never said this and this was stolen from the Jews by Mirza Tahir Ahmad.

In 1896, via “Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam”, MGA and his team quoted 4:10 of the Quran (4:11 in the Kadiani Koran) and alleged that in Islam the description of the punishment for those who steal property is a blazing fire. MGA argues that this punishment teaches its adherents to be morally upright and listed this scenario as 1 out of 5 ways to maintain chastity in humans (See page 51). MGA also explains how a person can withhold their property from an orphan or a minor who hasn’t came into his senses and etc. However, a few pages later, in terms of 76:4 of the Quran (See ibn Kathir)(76:5 in the Kadiani Koran), MGA alleged that the “blazing fire” (wa sagheera) only means that for those who reject the truth and have no inclination towards accepting it, not an actual fire (See page 120, “Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam”). Ahmadi’s also allege that via 101:09 (101:10 in the Kadiani Koran), means that Hell is like a mother (fa-ummohoo) with her infant, and have mistranslated the verse accordingly. However, per Ibn Kathir, the verse can be translated as Hell is your mother (His mother will be Hawiyah.) It has been said that this means he will be falling and tumbling headfirst into the fire of Hell, and the expression `his mother’ has been used to refer to his brain (as it is the mother of his head). A statement similar to this has been reported from Ibn `Abbas, `Ikrimah, Abu Salih and Qatadah. Qatadah said, “He will fall into the Hellfire on his head.” Abu Salih made a similar statement when he said, “They will fall into the Fire on their heads.” It has also been said that it means his mother that he will return to and end up with in the Hereafter will be Hawiyah, which is one of the names of the Hellfire. Ibn Jarir said, “Al-Hawiyah is only called his mother because he will have no other abode except for it.” Ibn Zayd said, “Al-Hawiyah is the Fire, and it will be his mother and his abode to which he will return, and where he will be settled.”

In 1907 (March), MGA and his team of writers alleged that Hell is not forever. This belief is completely wrong and is wholly opposed to the Holy Quran and the Hadith. It is proven from
the Holy Quran that after passing through a period of punishment in Hell, man will gradually be saved from the torment of Hell (See Malfuzat-9, online English edition, pages 201-204,
Badr, vol. 6, no. 13, p. 4, dated 28 March 1907).

In 1917, via Maulvi Muhammad Ali’s famous commentary, via 101:09 (101:10 in the Kadiani Koran), Maulvi Muhammad Ali translated “Fa-umahoo” as “abyss”. However, in the commentary, Maulvi Muhammad Ali alleges that it also means “mother”.

In 1986, Mirza Tahir Ahmad said that Hell is like a hospital and they are all like punishment. Smells of medicine, sounds, and this will spiritually reform people.

In 1988, via the 5-volume commentary of the Quran by Malik Ghulam Farid, the verse signifies that the connection of the sinful people with Hell will be like that of a baby with its mother. Just as the embryo goes through various stages of development in the womb till it is born as a full-fledged human being, so will the guilty people pass through different stages of spiritual torture, till their souls are completely cleansed of the taint of sin and they will thus receive a new birth. Thus the punishments of Hell are intended to make the wicked repent of their sins and so reform themselves. According to Islamic concept Hell is a penitentiary.

—the sinful people with Hell will be like that of a baby with its mother.
—the guilty people pass through different stages of spiritual torture.
—till their souls are completely cleansed of the taint of sin and they will thus receive a new birth.
–Thus the punishments of Hell are intended to make the wicked repent of their sins and so reform themselves.
—Hell is a penitentiary.

When I was growing in the 90’s in the Bay Area, my father (Khadim Shah) would always tell people that he believed that Hell was like a hospital (See the Quran 101:09, 101:10 in the Kadiani Koran) and thus all the physical descriptions of punishment in the Quran were only metaphoric, starting with the fire (See Haqaiq-ul-Furqan, Vol. IV, p. 446 and this article, published in 1991, backdated to 1914).

In 2024, Maulvi Mahmood Kausar talks about Hell is like a hospital on a podcast (14:04 time stamp).

In 2025 (Jan), during a Friday sermon, Mirza Masroor Ahmad told Ahmadi’s to stop stealing land from each other and committing other financial crimes (like land grabbing) against each other. Mirza Masroor Ahmad was so mad that he alleged that Muhammad (saw) once thus described a big sin: If a person usurps even a hand span of land from his brother, the entire land underneath even a small pebble of the land usurped will be placed as a millstone around his neck on the Day of Judgement (See Sahih al-Bukhari 2453 and Sahih Muslim 1612a). It is indeed a grave cause for concern when owing to egotistical and personal interest people usurp others in court cases. This is something we need to reflect on.

In Dec-2025, Ahmadiyya employees, Humayon Jahangeerkhan, with Mansoor Clarke and Rabeeb Mirza (works at MTA, translation center) discussed the Ahmadiyya concept of Hell and gave many contradictory arguments.

Sir William Muir was an enemy of Islam

Intro
Sir William Muir published “The Life of Mahomet [Muhammad] and History of Islam to the Era of the Hegira” V-1in 1858, just one year after the great mutiny of 1857. Vols. 3–4 (published in 1861) by Smith, Elder, & Co. together with a reprinting of the first two volumes; title shortened to The “Life of Muhammad”. An abridged edition came out in 1876. The third edition was published with important alterations in one volume in 1894. The present volume is a reprint of this edition. Sir William Muir only used “Al-Waqidi”, “Ibn Hisham” and “Tabari” in terms of sources. Sir William Muir said that he was continuing the work of Pfander vs. Islam.

During the Indian Mutiny (Rebellion of 1857), Sir William Muir, then a civilian official in the North-West Provinces, led the crucial Intelligence Department in Agra, acting as the communication hub for rebel information until British forces regained control, documenting these events in his Records of the Intelligence Department. He served as Secretary to the Governor and later became Lieutenant-Governor, dealing with the chaos from within the besieged Agra Fort alongside his family, chronicling his experiences in personal letters and sketches.

In the final chapters of “Life”(See Sir William Muir, Life of Mohamet, p. 521-522, 1923 edition), Sir William Muir concluded that the main legacy of Islam was a negative one, and he subdivided it in “three radical evils”:

-First: Polygamy, Divorce, and Slavery strike at the root of public morals, poison domestic life, and disorganise society; while the Veil removes the female sex from its just position and influence in the world.

-Second: freedom of thought and private judgment are crushed and annihilated. Toleration is unknown, and the possibility of free and liberal institutions foreclosed.

-Third: a barrier has been interposed against the reception of Christianity.

According to Edward Said, although Muir’s Life of Mahomet and The Caliphate “are still considered reliable monuments of scholarship”, his work was characterized by an “impressive antipathy to the Orient, Islam and the Arabs”, and “his attitude towards his subject matter was fairly put by him when he said that ‘the sword of Muhammed, and the Kor’an, are the most stubborn enemies of Civilisation, Liberty, and the Truth which the world has yet known'” (See Edward W. Said (2006). Orientalism. Penguin Books India. p. 151. ISBN 9780143027980).
