Intro
In 2025, the most prominent Qadiani-Ahmadi is Maulana Abdul Awwal Khan Chaudhry (missionary-in-charge since 1988). He seems to be related to Amjad Khan Chowdhury (10 November 1939 – 8 July 2015) and is the great grandson of Abul Hashim Khan Chowdhery, was a former Amir of Ahmadiyya Jamaat Bengal who translated several Ahmadiyya texts into the English language and was buried at the Bahishti Maqbara in Qadian.
Watch my video explanation on this herein. Per Ahmadiyya sources, Ahmadiyya movement reached in Bangladesh (then Bengal province) in 1905 when a man named Ahmad Kabir Noor Muhammad from Chittagong took initiation on the hand of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. The second man to join the community from Bengal was Rais Uddin Khan, of Kishorganj. His wife Syeda Azizatunnisa also took initiation and she was the first Ahmadi woman from Bengal. In 1909 a student named Mubarak Ali from Bogra went to Qadian and also became a member of the community.
The Ahmadiyya movement gained speed in 1912 when a well known sage from Brahmanbaria, Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Wahed, became Ahmadi (See Ahmadiyya Muslim Mosques Around The World – A Pictorical Presentation. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community; Khilafat Centenary Edition. 2008. ISBN 978-1882494514). The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community became officially established in Bengal in 1913 with the name of “Anjuman e Ahmadiyya”. Its unclear how it was managed from Qadian from 1913 to 1947. However, after 1947, it was controlled from Rabwah. In 1971, Bangladesh finally got independence. A sitting Khalifa has never visited. We estimate less than 5,000 Ahmadi’s in the whole country by 2021.
The partition of Bengal was announced on 19 July 1905 by Lord Curzon, the then Viceroy of India, and implemented on 16 October 1905. In a classic way, MGA and his team of writers claim to have prophecied about the partition of Bengal in 1906, a few months after the partition happened (See ROR-Feb-1906). This is another after-the-fact prophecy by MGA and his team. We have covered the full history of Ahmadiyya in Bangladesh herein.
In this famous revelation, MGA was claiming that Bengalis would be conciliated. Meaning that the Bengali people would be given concession, given compensation. MGA mentions this exact revelation in 1907 via Haqiqatul Wahy, he again writes the same. However, by 1911, the Bengal was re-united by the British. Ahmadiyya editors at Qadian began to assert that this was the true purport of MGA’s revelation, which was a lie. In 1947, the Bengal was split up again, the majority of it 85% of land mass went to Pakistan, and 15% was given to India. Furthermore, by 1971, Bangladesh was invented. Thus, MGA’s fake revelation was totally disproven.
In 2024, Maulvi Feroz Alam, is working as the “In-charge Central Bangla Desk” of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat (location is unknown. In 2017, Dr Abdullah Zakaria was working as the “In-Charge Bangla Department UK”, Mawlana Mubarez Ahmad Sunny was working the Central Bangla Desk and Mawlana Feroz Alam was working as the “In-Charge – Central Bangla Desk”. Muhtrum Mubasher-Ur-Rahman was working as the National Amir, Ahmadiyya Jama’at Bangladesh.
In 2025, KTV is reporting that there is a huge push to declare Qadiani-Ahmadi’s as Non-Muslim in Bangladesh (See the clip on Twitter and TikTok). However, this seems to be the Qadiani’s looking for asylum from Bangladesh and furthering their business of human trafficking. Maulvi Razi has mentioned this too. Also in 2025, the owner of PRAN-RFL Group in Bangladesh was found out to be a Qadiani-Ahmadi. Also in 2025, a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi named Abdul Hafeez has left #Qadianism in Bangladesh (see video herein)(See on twitter and TikTok). In addition to this, 185 Muslims from 56 families who had recently converted to Qadianism have reverted to Islam, this happened in the Rupsa Area of Khulna, Bangladesh. Ahmadiyya sources have confessed to this (see full essay in the below)(An official Ahmadiyya twitter account mentioned it too). However, they are claiming that Ahmadis were forced to quit Ahmadiyya (a total lie). All of this happened with the efforts of Khatme Nabuwwat organization called Khatme Nabuwat Markaz Bangladesh. Founder Director Mufti Shuaib Ibrahim Hafi. He is also Amir of International Khatme Nabuwat Movement Bangladesh. It is led by eminent scholar Mufti Shuaib Ibrahim. More peoples have shown their intent to quit the Jamaat, whose detail would be shared later. Also in 2025, the AMJI (aka Mirza family) knows that the Ahmadiyya chanda is running out. Thus, they are begging for asylum from Bangladesh. They can be seen begging Mr. Jamie Staley, Foreign Aff. Officer, Intern’l Religious Freedom, U.S State Dept., Mr. Metthew Beh, Dty. Political/Economic Counselor and Mr. Hermanoschy Bernard, Human Rights Officer, US Embassy, Dhaka at the Ahmadiyya Nat’l HQ. On the Qadiani-Ahmadi side, Ahmad Tabshir Choudhury (Director External & Public Affairs, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, Bangladesh) and Maulana Abdul Awwal Khan Chaudhry (wokring as missionary-in-charge since 1988) can be noticed (not sure of the other two). Also in 2025, the city of Sathkira, Bangladesh has more Ahmadi’s than Muslims. In fact, there are 6 Ahmadiyya temples, which is more than the local Muslims. The Ahmadiyya Movement strategically organizes medical camps to lure in Muslims and get converts. Local Muslims were interviewed and appreciated the help of the Ahmadiyya Movement, however, once these local Muslims found out that they believe in a new prophet, they left association with Ahmadiyya. The Ahmadiyya Movement has also tried to take over additional local Muslim Mosques. Roughly 1000 Muslims have returned to Islam after accidentally converting to Qadianism.
