The Mirza family “land-leasing” scheme, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat International (AMJI) vs. Mirza Sharif Ahmad Foundation (MSAF)

Intro
Mirza Masroor Ahmad and his team of writers/business managers are also guilty of a “land-leasing-scheme” wherein Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat International (AMJI) gives Mirza Sharif Ahmad Foundation (MSAF) a loan to buy properties. In turn, MSAF is buying properties and leasing them (at least some of them, i.e., Islamabad) back to AMJI. For instance, Islamabad has been leased back to AMJI for 99 years in a deal worth £34.5m. There are possibly also other properties that are leased back to AMJI . According to my understanding, MSAF and AMJI are completely separate entities. You can’t invest into charities which means the trustees of MSAF are basically in control. This means that the AMJI has actually no control over MSAF once the debt has been paid back. Secondly, from a business perspective, for AMJI it’s a very shitty deal. That’s why they emphasized that the debt given to MSAF is a social investment as the charity is supposedly used for giving money to the deserving and poor. Imagine giving someone many tens of millions of pounds and getting them back decades later without any actual profit or control (i.e., equity rights). Inflation alone is going to make it a very bad deal.

It should also be noted that the monies collected from Pakistan don’t funnel into AMJI, instead they are stored overseas in tax free havens like Panama.

Mirza Masroor Ahmad blames Muslims in 2023 for everything!!

Intro
Mirza Masroor Ahmad and the Mirza family always blame Muslims for everything. Recently, in response to the Quran burning in Sweden and other events, Mirza Masroor Ahmad alleges that Muslims are to blame and the “Disunity of Muslims is Allowing for the Oppression of Muslims and the Targeting of Islam”. However, this is manifestly inaccurate, Muslims are living under neo-colonialism for over 300 years and are being persecuted by Western powers, that is the real story.

Nurul-Qur’an, Number-1, quotes and background data

Intro
In 1895, MGA and his team of writers decided to start a quarterly journal and named it “Nurul-Qur’an” (The Light of the Holy Qur’an), in 2023, it was translated into English by the Qadiani’s. The first number was issued on and covered the time frame of June, July, and August of 1895. It was published in June of 1895 (see Dard) from The Diya’ul-Islam Press, Qadian. The second number was published in Dec-1895, it was discontinued altogether after this.

This book is barely 50 pages. It starts off with 4 pages of “Guidance”, this seems to be material for an entirely different idea, nevertheless, MGA and his team added it to this magazine as filler. Those 4 pages are followed by MGA’s arguments in the Barahin 1–4. 22 pages from Barahin-i-Ahmadiyya, which is extremely odd. It is followed with a long footnote wherein Reverend Pfander, John Davenport, Reverend Bosworth, Thakar Das and Bishop Taylor are mentioned, this footnote is 16 pages. Another footnote follows, 11 pages, Reverend Pfander in his book Mizan ul Haqq, and researcher Davenport in his book, and Padre James Cameron Lace are mentioned. It also contains the announcement of MGA’s book, “Minanur-Rahman” (5 pages), wherein MGA was claiming that Mecca was the oldest habitation on earth and that in the beginning men were all of one colour and spoke the same language, which was Arabic. “Minanur-Rahman” was never published in MGA’s life and was published posthumously in 1922. MGA also discusses the age of Aisha (ra), MGA argued that there was nothing wrong with girl getting married at 7-9 years old. He did however, doubt the authenticity of a specific hadith which listed Aisha (ra) as 9 years old at the time of marriage. In 1920, Mirza Bashir Ahmad (a son of MGA) wrote that Aisha was 7 years old when she married Muhammad (Saw). The 2nd Khalifa (Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad) said that child marriage is OK in the 21st century and Aisha was 12.

The book
5 pages—-announcement for the publishing of Minanur-Rahman.
22 pages—- from Barahin-i-Ahmadiyya
16 page footnote
11 page footnote

54 pages.

Qadiani-Ahmadi contradicts Mirza Ghulam Ahmad at speaker’s corner vs. #Smile2Jannah

Intro
A few days ago, a Qadiani-Ahmadi confronted brother Zeeshan (Smile2Jannah)(check out my interview with him herein) at Speakers Corner and was upset about Zeeshan’s (Smile2Jannah) expose’ of Mirza Masroor Ahmad and his terrible pronunciation of basic Quranic phrases. In the course of this discussion, 2:62 of the Quran was brought up and the Qadiani-Ahmadi said that per the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s, even an atheist could go to heaven. The Qadiani-Ahmadi was corrected by his friend in the video, however, the Qadiani-Ahmadi was presenting the idea that per MGA (and Sir Syed), hell is not permanent, and eventually, per MGA (and Sir Syed), all people (even atheist) will make it to heaven. The Qadiani-Ahmadi doesn’t know that in 1906, MGA wrote that famous letter of Takfir to Dr. Abdul Hakim Khan and said that all people (atheist, christians and etc.) MUST accept MGA. Moreover, in 1935, the 2nd Khalifa published a book and in this book he said the same, i.e., that an atheist can go to heaven in the Qadiani aqida.

In 1917, the Lahori-Ahmadi, Maulvi Muhammad Ali published his commentary on the Quran and under this verse (2:62), he writes that it doesn’t actually mean that Christians and Jews can make it to heaven without belief in Muhammad (Saw) and Allah.

Adnan Virk is a Qadiani-Ahmadi too!

Intro
Adnan Virk‘s family came to Canada in the 1970’s, at that point the jamaat in Canada was very small (barely 400 members). He was born in Canada on July-29, 1978. His father is Zakaria Virk (check out his essay in the ROR of 1989 herein)(he was also one of early editor’s of the Qadiani-Ahmadi magazine, “Ahmadiyya Gazette Canada”)(check out his essay’s on the Muslim Times too) and his mother’s name is Taherah Virk. He grew up working at his parent’s gas station and variety store named “Zack’s Variety Store”. It seems that he grew up around the city of Morven, Canada. In his youth, he attended, Ernestown Secondary School (this is a high school), and for college went to Ryerson University (aka Toronto Metropolitan University).

He seems to have chosen a career as a sportscaster and works for CNN. His wife is named Eamon, she doesn’t seem to be an Ahmadi, check out her twitter account herein. In this essay, Eamon seems to have told these people that she is bi-racial and hasn’t said much else. Adnan Virk seems to be loyal to the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s and can be seen herein promoting the fraudulent organization, Humanity First. Adnan Virk was recently spotted at the recent MKA-USA Khuddam Ijtema-2023, with his kids, he seems to be from the North-Jersey jamaat, #Ijtema 2023. Nevertheless, he seems to be a good guy who’s family got trapped in the Ahmadiyya cult. Adnan Virk has 4 sons, he has married since 2007. His sons are named, Maaz Pacino, Shazz DeNiro, Adeen and Yusuf Virk.

Was Ch. Khushi Mohammad Nazir, (M.A. Alighar) (1869 – 1944) a Qadiani-Ahmadi?

Intro
Ch. Khushi Mohammad Nazir seems to have been a Qadiani-Ahmadi. He is the author of the famous Urdu poem “Jogi”, for over 40 years (1894–) he worked for the British Government as the governor of Sirinagar, Kashmir. He died in 1944 and is buried in his house compound in Srinagar, Kashmir. 10+ years later, at Rabwah, his youngest daughter (youngest child)(a medical student) was married into the Mirza family with Hamid Ahmad Khan (a law student). His son-in-law (Hamid Ahmad Khan) mentioned him on his flikr account in the USA in roughly 2009-2013.

Per Hamid Ahmad Khan, Ch. Khushi Mohammad Nazir joined the civil service of the State of Kashmir soon after he did his masters from Aligarh University which should be around 1894. Upon his retirement from the State service he was called by the ruler of Rampur as his personal advisor. After that he settled on his land in Burewali (Layalpur) and used to visit Sirinagar for summer where his sons and nephews held position of influence. The macro details, I do not know. I have to obtain a copy of his Diwan from my wife (his daughter) when she returns from France, which contains a sketch of his life.

Who is Hamid Ahmad Khan? A maternal great grandson of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad

Intro
He was born in 1936, a grandson of MGA’s eldest surviving daughter, Nawab Mubaraka Begum and Nawab Muhammad Ali Khan, and thus a grandson of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. It’s unclear who his parents are exactly. His father is either, Muhammad Ahmad Khan, born in 1910, he was the father of Captain Mahmood Ahmad Khan (Chief Pilot of Pakistan International Airlines PIA) or Masud Ahmad Khan was born in 1913.

Hamid Ahmad Khan lived in Qadian from 1936 to 1947, whereupon he moved to Pakistan with his extended family. He moved to the UK in 1961 and then settled in the USA in 1965 and remained there until he died in roughly 2014.

Who is Mirza Naeem Ahmad? A son of the 2nd Khalifa and grandson of MGA

Intro
Mirza Naeem Ahmad was the son of the 2nd Khalifa and his 5th wife, Aziza Begum. The life of Mirza Naeem Ahmad is unknown. His mother married the 2nd Khalifa in 1926. His maternal uncle (Mir Muhammad Saeed, also spelled Mir Muhammad Sa’id) is famous Ahmadiyya history as the first ever pseudo-missionary sent to Medina (See ROR of Oct-Nov-1917). They claim that his father was an “earnest” Ahmadi, Abu Bakr Yusuf.

At Rabwah, in the 1950’s, he married Amatul Momin sahiba, she passed away at the age of 68 in 2009). She was the paternal granddaughter of Mirza Sharif Ahmad and maternal granddaughter of Mirza Aziz`Ahmad sahib. Her father was Sahibzada Mirza Zafar Ahmad sahib and her mother was Amatul Naseer sahiba.

Financial data from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat International (AMJI) prove the corruption of the Mirza family

Intro
So I dived into the Jamaat’s financials today and have to admit that I have more questions than answers.

Firstly, to understand the Jamaat, you have to see it as different charity-companies. Firstly, you have the umbrella charity which is the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat International (AMJI). Its Annual Statements can be seen here. This charity is financed by its sub-charities, such as the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK (AMA UK). In example, in 2021, AMA UK had an income of around £26m (see here). Around £10m of its income, representing around 40%, went to AMJI. Thus, AMJI gets financed by its sub-charities such as the UK, Germany, the US etc.

AMJI most recent annual report is from 2021. The annual statement shows that AMJI had an income of around £51m. If you take a look at its balance sheet that explains how the money is used (i.e., properties, cash etc.) you will see that nearly half of its assets are held in cash (£ 31m) and the other half is given to the Mirza Sharif Ahmad Foundation (MSA) (£35m) as debt.

You can then take a look into MSA’s annual reports to understand how the money was used. In fact, it manages around £44m worth of assets. Most of its assets are properties as explained by the annual report, including the Mubarak Mosque constructed in Islamabad. In addition, it has some income as form of donations (£1.4m) and trading activities (£394 k), that arise from rent receivables. It is, however, fair to say that most of its assets are bought using the money received from AMJI.

All these points look a bit complicated and come with new questions such as who actually controls these entities? why is the Mubarak Mosque managed by MSA? However, answering those questions seems impossible since those informations are not covered by the annual report and hence would be merely speculation.

One of my main problem out of many problems described in these reports arises with the following quote found in MSA’s annual report of 2021: “On 1st January 2022 a 99 year lease for the Islamabad property was granted to AMJ International for the sum of £33 million. This amount was offset against the social investment liability, reducing the balance to £1.5million”. According to my understanding that would mean that the Islamabad project has a value of around £34.5m because MSA would not lease the property over value which would mean that they would be getting more money than they should and hence ‘ripping off’ AMJI. However, in case MSA is leasing the property under value then the value of the property is even higher, even further proving my next point. I would hence assume that they are leasing it using a fair value.

With that information in mind consider that the main goal described in the annual report of the main head of the Jamaat, namely AMJI is explicitly described as the advancement of Islam-Ahmadiyya. As explained, AMJI owns around £66m in total assets (incl. the debt to MSA). Now, compare it to the £34.5m which is Islamabad valued at. How is more than half of the money of AMJI used to finance Islamabad?

The worth of AMA UK’s assets was reported to be in total of around £76m in 2021. How can anyone justify that the property in Islamabad has a value of around 45% of what is needed to run the whole operation in the UK, one if not the wealthiest Jamaat in the world?

We hear so many stories of people sacrificing everything to donate in the cause of this community. For what? How can KM5 be okay with people hungering, as he explained in many of his Friday sermons, if the financial focus of the Jamaat seems to be clearly Islamabad?

I am honestly shocked that the whole community misses its goal, judging by its financials. I would welcome everyone to fact check me and look for themselves.
