Intro
Watch my video explanation on this here. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad never commented on 5:111 to 5:115. Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad never commented on it either in his Tafseer-i-Kabeer, since he skipped Chapter 5 of the Quran altogether. Historically, chapter 5 was revealed in the last year of Muhammad’s (saw) life (see Malik Ghulam Farid’s famous 5-volume Qadiani commentary). Nevertheless, chapter 5 of the Quran has always been called Maida (food), or the table with the food on it. This entire chapter was named after the miraculous event which is described in these specific verses, specifically 5:115 wherein Allah agrees to send down from the cosmos (samaa) a table with food on it so that Esa (as) and his 12 disciples could eat, Allah Nuzul’ed the food, which is a physical descending. Some Christian sources have listed more than 12 disciples, nevertheless, the Quran 5:111 to 115 is referring to the last supper story as told from the Bible.

This miraculous event was such a fact in the Muslim world that the title of the Chapter was named after these specific verses. In these verses, Allah essentially teleports a table with food on it from heaven (jannah), through the cosmos (samaa) and to Earth (ardh) for the Esa (as) and his disciples to eat, which is a huge miracle. Even Mirza Ghulam Ahmad believed in the substitution theory for 50 years of his life. MGA claimed that his god told him that Esa (as) was dead, MGA and his team of writers then began to work backwards and deny all phenomenon of humans/food traveling from heaven thru the samaa (cosmos) and finally to Earth. In fact, Chapter 3:133 and 57:21, explain how heaven (janaa) is bigger than the Samaa (Cosmos) and the universe wherein the Earth is located (see Suyuti).  They also denied the the fact that Adam (as) was created by Allah in heaven, and Eve. Allah then physically sent them both from heaven (janna) through the cosmos (samaa) and finally to Earth, they also denied the physicality of the Miraaj of Muhammad (saw) and all other supernatural phenomenon in the Abrahamic religions. Finally, #ahmadis and other Muslims have failed to understand how these verses are actually explaining that the core of the substitution theory. In fact, in 5:115, Allah says specifically that he will punish anyone who disbelieves in Esa (as) after the food and table (Maida) are delivered. As we all know, in the Bible, Judas Iscariot disbelieved in Esa (as) and even informed the authorities of his whereabouts. Thus, 5:115 is explaining how how Allah caused the face of Judas (or maybe some other disciple) to look like Esa (as) and then in a split second, caused Esa (as) to exit Earth (ardh), through the cosmos (samaa) and into heaven (Janah). Thus, Judas Iscariot (or some other disciple) was given a punishment that was never given to any people before and thus explaining how 74:38 (74:39 in the Qadiani Quran)(and 4:110-112, 4:111-113 in the Qadiani Quran) does not apply to this situation. 74:38 is a general rule in Islam, which opposes Christianity in this regard, in Islam, as a general rule, every man/woman, is held for their own sins, no one else’s, however, in the case of Esa (as) an exception was allowed. Just like Muhammad (saw) was given an exception in terms of the 4 wives rule (see 33:50 in Suyuti). Furthermore, 5:115 will forever be linked with 4:147 since it explains as to who was really put on the cross, and how Esa (as) was never hung on any cross. Lastly, Samaa means the cosmos, the 7 paraellel universes between Earth (ardh) and Heaven (Jannah). One more thing, Allah is master of the Earth and the 7 cosmos and all that is between the two (see 38:66). At the very bottom we write how Ahmadi commentators weren’t able to differentiate between Samaa and Jannah, since the concept of parallel universes didn’t exist in their lives.

How many times does the word Samaa occur in the Quran?

Samaa occurs in the Quran at least 88 times:

2:29, 2:107, 2:117, 3:5, 3:190, 4:126, 4:132, 5:112, 10:55, 10:101, 11:107, 12:105, 14:2, 15:16, 16:3, 16:52, 18:26, 19:90, 20:4, 20:6, 21:16, 21:19, 21:30, 21:32, 22:64, 23:86, 24:42, 25:6, 26:24, 27:75, 27:64 27:65, 29:44, 30:26, 31:26, 34:24, 37:5, 37:6, 38:66, 39:44, 40:57, 41:11, 41:12 (3 times), 42:4, 43:84, 44:7, 44:29, 44:38, 45:3, 45:37, 48:7, 48:14, 49:18, 50:38, 51:7, 51:22, 51:23, 51:47, 52:9, 52:36, 54:11, 55:33, 55:37, 57:1, 57:2, 57:4 (twice), 57:5, 57:10, 59:1, 61:1, 67:5, 69:16, 70:80, 71:15, 73:18, 77:09, 78:19, 79:27, 81:11, 82:1, 84:1, 85:9, 86:1, 88:18, and 91:5.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________Some commentary on these occurences

It occurs in 86:1, which means under the cosmos (samaa). 84:1, which means, when the cosmos (samaa) will explode and the day of judgement will eventually approach, and the Earth (ardh) will also be stretched (84:3) and thus destroyed. In 70:80, Allah tells us how when the day of judgment will come, he will make gravity collapse the 7 heavens (samaawatay) and turn them into a metallic form which looks like copper. 41:11 tells us how Allah then created the Samawatay (the collection of Samaa [7 layers of cosmos]) with smoke, then Allah created gravity wherein all the dust would collect and coalesce and create stars and planets, and Allah purposely tidally locked the moon with Earth so as to cause the seasons and as a safety valve of sorts, controlling the tides and pushing and pulling on the Earth with perfection to allow life to strive. 41:12 (the word Samaa occurs 3 times in this verse) then tells us how Allah created the 7 layers (samawatay, the cosmos) between heaven (Jannah) and the universe wherein the Earth was (ardh) in 2 days and created the physics of all 8 worlds (ardh and 7 samawatay). Allah then reveals how the lowest Samaa (parallel universe) was given more stars then the other 8 worlds and on purpose for its protection. Allah tells us in 44:29 how the Earth (ardh) and the cosmos (samaa) wept for the Pharoah. Allah tells us in 77:09 again how when the Samaa are caused to blow up and all the stars in the universe lose their light (77:08), which means the Day of Judgment will be happening and the Earth (ardh) and Samawatay (cosmos) will cease to exist. 81:11 is another verse which tells us how the Samawatay (cosmos/7 heavans) will be made to explode and etc). 82:1 tells us how close to the day of judgment the samaawatay (7 heavens) will be destroyed by Allah. 85:1 tells us how the 7 heavens are filled with stars. 55:37 tells us again how the Samaawatay will be destroyed by Allah when the day of judgement approaches. In 2:29, Allah tells us that he created everything that is in the Earth and the Samaa, Allah created 7, which are collectively called the samaawatay (samaa occurs twice in this verse). 51:7 tells us how the Samaa (cosmos) is full of tracks, most likely orbits. 91:5 Allah uses the word Samaa to explain the 7 heavens. In 88:18, Allah tells us how the cosmos (samaa) are raised (raffa) above the universe of the Earth (ardh). Thus proving that RAFFA can mean literally raising Esa (as) from the Ardh thru the Samaa and into heaven. In 15:16, Allah tells us how he has created stars in the 7 heavens (samaa). In 21:32 Allah explains how he purposely created 7 layers (samaa) above the Earth and the universe that we are in for protection.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________Samaa in 55:33

We have argued over and over again how humans were initially created in heaven, and were sent to Earth by Allah (only adam and eve). We have also proved that in islamic theory, it wasn’t only Adam (As) and Eve who traveled between Heaven and Earth, in fact, this was always possible, however, with the permission of Allah, in between heaven and Earth are the cosmos (samaa). In 55:33, Allah explains how he purposely trapped humans on Earth, since the escape velocity is 25,020 mph, and only possible with rocket technology, which Allah only allowed humans to discover roughly 70 years ago. In fact, Allah has purposely placed the cosmos (samaa) with 7 layers and thus so far away that humans will never develop the technology to reach heaven (since reaching heaven would only be possible after going through 7 parallel universes. This is exactly what Allah is explaining in 55:33. Allah emphatically says that without his permission, no human can travel from Earth to heaven. Moreover, he dares the Meccan’s to try in 55:33. Furthermore, MGA claimed that humans couldn’t reach space and the moon, which has been dis-proven now. Finally, 5:17 proves that Heaven is a parallel universe and there is in-between space between Heaven and Earth that humans will never be allowed to breach with any technology, only allah can allow it. One last thing, Allah’s powers are unlimited. This is a standard, which Ahmadi’s are violating (see the Quran, 65:12, and 35:1, and many others). Finally, Allah is “Lord of all the worlds”, “Rubbil alameen”, this phraseology appears in the quran 44 times, thus proving that our universe isn’t the only one in existence.

Jannah in the Quran

Jannah occurs in the Quran roughly 121 times. Sometimes it literally means a garden, whereas the majority of the time, it means the garden of heaven.

It occurs in 2:25, 2:35, 2:82, 2:265, 2:266, 3:15, 3:136, 3:195, 3:198, 4:13, 4:57, 4:122, 5:12, 5:65, 5:85, 5:119, 6:141, 6:99, 7:19, 7:27, 9:71 (twice), 9:88, 9:99, 9:110, 10:09, 11:108, 13:4, 13:23, 15:45, 16:31, 17:91, 18:31, 18:32, 18:33, 18:35, 18:39, 18:40, 18:107, 19:60, 19:61, 19:63, 20:76, 20:117, 20:121, 22:14, 22:23, 22:56, 23:19, 25:8, 25:10, 25:15, 26:57, 26:85, 26:90, 26:134, 26:147, 31:8, 32:19, 34:15, 34:16 (twice), 36:33, 36:34, 36:55, 37:43, 38:50, 39:73, 39:74, 40:8, 40:40, 41:30, 42:7, 42:22, 43:70, 43:72, 44:25, 44:52, 46:14, 46:16, 47:6, 47:12, 47:15, 48:5, 48:17, 50:09, 50:31, 51:15, 52:17, 53:15, 54:54, 55:46, 55:54, 55:62, 56:12, 56:89, 57:12, 57:21, 58:22, 59:20, 61:12 (twice), 64:9, 65:11, 66:8, 66:11, 68:17, 68:34, 69:22, 70:35, 70:38, 71:12, 74:40, 76:12, 78:16, 79:41, 81:13, 85:11, 88:10, 89:30, 98:8.

Jannah doesn’t have a creation story, it is sometimes translated as the garden, Allah doesn’t tell us how he created it, Allah does tell us how he created the Samaawatay (7 heavens and Earth (ardh).
_____________________________________________________________________________________________The Earth (ardh) and the Universe + the 7 samaa (samaawatay) were created in 4 days

Per the Quran, verses 41:09, Allah created the Earth (ardh) and the universe that the Earth is in (in 2 days)(See Suyuti and Ibn Kathir). 41:10 tells us how Allah created the mountains and most likely put oil into the ground and other natural resources like Sugar, Coal, Tobacco, Water, Potatoes, Chocolate, Spices, Salt and many other things. 41:12 then tells us how Allah created the 7 layers (samawatay, the cosmos) between heaven (Jannah) and the universe wherein the Earth was (ardh) in 2 days and created the physics of all 8 worlds (ardh and 7 samawatay). Allah then reveals how the lowest Samaa (parallel universe) was given more stars then the other 8 worlds and on purpose for its protection.
____________________________________________________________________________________________What’s the difference between the Ardh (the Earth and the universe that the Earth is in)and Samawatay (the 7 heavens) and Jannah?

The Janaah doesn’t have stars and will never be destroyed by Allah, whereas the Samawatay and Ardh will destroyed by Allah towards the day of judgement. This is the key to understanding this entire topic. Hell will also remain forever after the day of judgement, thus, there will only be 2 parallel universes when Allah decides to end the life-span of humans in the Ardh (Earth) and Samawatay (7 heavens/cosmos).
