Intro
From March 1914 to December 1921, the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s were vicious, violent and aggressive. They did open Takfir (and later denied it), claimed MGA was the real purpose of 61:6 (and later denied it), and claimed that Muhammad=MGA. By 1923, they were ordered to give up all of these pursuits, or to suppress them for a later time. We have found a new reference from Al-Fazl, via Tashizazul Adhan (another qadiani newspaper). In this quotation, the Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud Ahmad is telling Ahmadi’s that if they had their own government, then, anyone who opposes their Khilafat would be killed. In 1936, the Khalifa made similar statements as he wished to have his own fascist country like Hitler and Mussolini.

AL-FAZL Dated : 26 July-1919, says that per Fatwa of Mirza Mahmoud (the Khalifa at Qadiani), Muhammad Ali Lahori was liable to death sentence in a Qadiani Govt. Here is the english translation of the content:

“Magazine Tashizul Azhan of June 1919 has published the old notes of KHALIFA II Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmoud under the title of Dars e Hadees. Explaining a hadees, Mirza Mahmoud writes that Holy prophet peace be upon Him meant to say that take Baiyat of first Khalifa and kill the one, who claims to be khalifa in his presence (like the one’s present in Lahore, i.e. the Lahori-Ahmadi’s). However, this murder order is valid provided we have our own State. This can not be done in the present govt.”
