By 2023, there are less than 50 Qadiani-Ahmadi’s in the entire country. Roughly 98% of the country is Christian. In 2021, we see Bilal Ahmed, Missionary, Zambia, however, we don’t see any other Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi’s or any mosque, they seem to run a school and get money from the government. It seems that a school was opened in 2021.
In the 1990’s, Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi Asif Basit (the cousin of Akber Chaudhary) claims that his father was sent to Zambia as “Waqf-e-Zindagi” and served many years, he also claims himself to went and lived in Zambia. In 2008, it wasn’t mentioned in the famous booklet of Ahmadiyya Mosques around the world. Technically, Zambia is under the Qadiani global company, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat International (AMJI).

The Muslim Sunrise of July-1976 was edited/published by Mian Muhammad Ibrahim (a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi) and from Dayton, Ohio. Imam M.S. Shahid (Missionary-in-Charge, USA) is the consulting editor and Dr. Khalil Ahmad Nasir is the contributing editor. The arrival of Mirza Nasir Ahmad is announced, he seems to have already arrived (he landed on July-20-1976) before the publishing of this edition. It is claimed that there are 10 million Ahmadi’s in the world. It is alleged that the attendance at the 1975 Jalsa Salana at Rabwah was the highest ever. Imam M.S. Shahid (Missionary-in-Charge, USA) has an essay. The Ahmadiyya Movement alleges to have 10 million members worldwide and alleges to be an International Organization. They allege to be operating in Ghana, the Gambia, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Canada, Guyana, Trinidad, the USA, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Yemen, Argentina, Australia, Burma, Bukhara (Uzbekistan), Egypt, Borneo (Brunei?), France, Gulf states (maybe Qatar or the U.A.E.), Hong Kong (China), Iran, Italy, Thailand, Lebanon, Muscat (Oman), Yugoslavia, Iraq, Turkey and Malaysia. It is alleged that in the USA there are 26 jamaats, 300 mosques in Ghana and over 100 mosques in Indonesia. A new mosque in Sweden is mentioned, the Fazl mosque in London is declared as the oldest mosque in Europe (a lie, the Woking is the oldest), 1 mosque in Holland (Netherlands) and 1 mosque in Switzerland, and 2 in West Germany (Frankfurt and Hamburg). The Ahmadiyya Movement then shows its 5 temple-mosques in the USA, St. Louis, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Ny and Dayton. The Dowie prophecy is mentioned. Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Zambia’s delegation approached the area councilor for Kanyama constituency to enlighten the civic leader in regard to the Jamaat’s humanitarian services.
On receiving a brief explanation, the Area Councillor invited Zambia Jamaat to partake in a cleaning programme that was organised by the Lusaka City Council under a Presidential Directive.
On 27 February 2021, in response to the cleanliness programme arranged by the Area Councillor of Kanyama Constituency, 18 Khuddam led by Munir Ahmed Nasir Sahib, a devotee teacher at the Jamaat’s School, and I participated with great enthusiasm and joined the rest of Kanyama Constituency Community in the voluntary cleaning programme armed with shovels and wheelbarrows.
In amazement and joy, the local people and the council administration praised the unprecedented gesture of the Jamaat. The councilor acknowledged Jamaat’s services on his Facebook post and said:
“Thanks [to] Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission for participating in today’s Keep Kanyama Clean Programme, to all the CBEs, WDCs and the market committee leadership we will remain grateful forever”.
This also served as an opportunity to share the word of Allah the Almighty with the constituency’s predominantly Christian community and we invited them to the peaceful teachings of Islam Ahmadiyyat.
