Intro
Zafrullah Khan was born in 1893, to a family of Sahi Jats of Daska, in the Sialkot district of Pakistan (See page-1 and 15)(his father and grandfather were members of the Ahl-e-Hadith, see ROR July-1942). You can read about his family in detail in the first few pages of “Meri Waalidah” (My Mother)(1938 and 1981). Watch Dr. Syed Holy Spirit’s video on this topic. He was a puppet of the Khalifa, Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud and the 3rd and 4th Khalifa. He did whatever the Khalifa’s wanted done.

In 1904, his family converted to Ahmadiyya, while MGA and his team were in Sialkot (See ROR of July-1942).

In 1906, Zafrullah Khan visited Qadian with his father for the first time ever. They slept in a small room in the southern corner (facing the offices of the Baitul Mal across the street) of the building which now forms part of the house which belongs to Mirza Bashir Ahmad. Zafrullah Khan alleges that he MGA would sit in a small room of Masjid Mubarak after Zuhr and Asr and people would basically worship MGA. Zafrullah Khan also claims to have went with MGA on his famous walks around Qadian. Zafrullah Khan also remembers Noorudin and his medical clinic. Zafrullah Khan also alleges that he was at the annual Jalsa of 1905, 1906 and 1907. He recalls an incident from either 1906 or 1907, wherein his father, Syed Hamid Shah and Dr. Mirza Yaqub Beg were staying in the room on the eastern side of Masjid Mubarak (this was a room that MGA passed through before entering the mosque itself). Zafrullah Khan and his friends would eat food in this room, it was also being used by Maulvi Muhammad Ali as his main office (See the ROR of July-1942).

In 1907, Zafrullah Khan’s father sent him to Government College, Lahore, for graduate study, and for the first time he had to live away from home (See page 36). He formally signed bait on September 16, 1907 (See ROR of July-1942). He seems to have also attended the Jalsa of 1907. In the ROR of July-1942, Zafrullah Khan claims to have been in Qadian when MGA’s son (Mirza Mubarak Ahmad) died.

In 1908, when MGA died, in April, MGA came to Lahore. MGA died on May 26th, 1908 and Zafrullah Khan seems to have been a party to it, we aren’t sure exactly how. Nevertheless, he claims to have been in Qadian for the election of the 1st Khalifa, Maulvi Noorudin (see pages 37-38). Via the ROR of July-1942, Zafrullah Khan was in Lahore when MGA died, he was fast asleep in his hostel, Sheikh Tamur woke him up and told him on May 26th, around noon that MGA was dead. Zafrullah Khan had been in attendance during lots of MGA’s sittings. Zafrullah Khan was part of the janaza all the way to Qadian. He claims to have stayed for 2 days at Qadian, signed the bait of Noorudin and then returned to Lahore, to his hostel.

In 1911, he goes to the United Kingdom and gets a law degree. He arrived in London on September 17, 1911 (See Autobiography of Zafrullah “Tehdees e Naimat” pages 35 onwards).

In 1913, the ROR of Jan-Feb-1920 reports Zafrullah Khan was at that Martin Historical Society in Lahore and gave a speech on “Islam in Russia”. In this speech he reflected on his trip to Russia in 1913.

In 1914, he received his L.L.B. from King’s College London, in 1914. This was just after the Split in the Ahmadiyya Movement. He was called to the Bar in June 1914, and passed the LL.B. examination of the University of London in October of that year, standing first in First Class Honours (see page 40). His mother swore allegiance to Mirza Basheer ud Din Mahmud, and so did Zafrullah Khan. His father also seems to have swore allegiance to the new Khalifa. The ROR of July-1914 has a one-page essay by him, dated as June 12th, 1914 (from London) and in terms of penalties given to those who convert out of Christianity. At the end of the first week of November-1914, he was back in India. He was hired as an Advocate of the Chief Court of the Punjab and obtained my licence to practise law. He started practice at Sialkot as my father’s junior. He was then at the top of civil practice at Sialkot and maintained a very high standard of professional values. His reputation was correspondingly high. I was fortunate in having him as my instructor and mentor.

In 1915-1920, tt should be noted that Zafrullah Khan never spoke of his first 2 wives, who were sisters and his cousins (Iqbal Begum and Rashida Begum)(not sure what side of the family). Both of these weddings seem to have happened between 1915-1920.

In 1919, the Jan-Feb edition of the ROR reports that Zafrullah Khan presided over many sessions at the Islamia College as the 2nd Khalifa allegedly gave speeches. Zafarullah Khan held the office of Ameer (president) of the Lahore, Pakistan chapter of the Ahmadiyya Community from 1919 to 1935.

In 1924, he famous read out the Khalifa’s speech in London and took the Khalifa to an opera house (in France) wherein women were nude and dancing (listen to Abdul Rahman Bawa sahib explaining this scenario). The Khalifa had claimed to be William the Conqueror before travelling to be London, this was simply one of the many ilham’s of the 2nd Khalifa. He also built a huge mansion at Qadian, you can see it here.

The date of this 3rd marriage seems to be after his father died (late 1926-early 1927). He married Badar Begum, daughter of his classmate in college, Shamshad Ali Khan (of Bihar)(see “Meri Waalidah” (My Mother). She was thus, barely 13-15 years old and Zafrullah Khan was 30, they even claim that there was a dream wherein Zafrullah Khan was fondling his baby.

In 1935, she was fed up with Zafrullah Khan and even had constant consternation with Zafrullah Khan’s mother. Her mother-in-law was dead by 1938. Per Zafrullah Khan, on January 12th, 1937, Amtul Haye was born (see page 125 and 127)(Zaf Khan’s mother had died after this pregnancy). Amtul Haye goes missing thereafter and doesn’t show up again until 1982 (see page 169).

In 1948, Zafrullah Khan was still married to Badar Begum, however, after partition, Badar Begum seems to have filed for divorce and then married the famous Shahnawaz (see also “Zafar Ullah Khan Qadyani” by Muhammad Tahir Abdul Razzaq).

In 1955-56, Zafrullah Khan married a teenage palestinian refugee (Bushra Rabbani), who was already married, had hella sex with her, then let her go).

Dr. Syed Holy Spirit claims that the grandson of Zafrullah Khan was famously married to the daughter of Mirza Tahir Ahmad which ended in a quick divorce.

In 1982, Zafrullah Khan was enduring his final illness and moved back to Lahore, Pakistan and Ahmadiyya sources claim that he was living with daughter and her family. It is unclear where his ex-wife was (Badar Begum, his 3rd wife). His final marriage was in 1955, a short lived and haraam marriage, with a Lebanese girl named Bushra Rabbani, who was living in Syria at the time. Zafrullah Khan stopped in during his trip to London (we don’t know if it was coming or going)(see “Ahmadiyya Movement: British-Jewish Connections” by Bashir Ahmad [1995], pages 325-326). Thus, at the age of 63-ish, he was single and alone. He lived an additional 30 years like this and mostly in New York and different places in New York, he travelled extensively too.

He died in 1985 and was buried in Rabwah, Pakistan in Bahishti Maqbara, it is said that he gave all of his money to the Ahmadiyya Movement.

His children?

He leaves behind one daughter, Amtul Haye (see page 86), who was married to his nephew, Ch. Hamid Nasrullah Khan (another classic cousin marriage), a well known figure in business and social circles of Lahore, along with four grandsons and one granddaughter.

However, its unclear where and when this happened. It could have been in India or Pakistan. Amtul Haye goes missing thereafter and doesn’t show up again until 1982. In 1982, Zafrullah Khan was enduring his final illness and moved back to Lahore, Pakistan and Ahmadiyya sources claim that he was living with daughter and her family. It is unclear where his ex-wife was (Badar Begum, his 3rd wife). Dr. Syed Holy Spirit claims that the grandson of Zafrullah Khan was famously married to the daughter of Mirza Tahir Ahmad which ended in a quick divorce.

His wives

His first marriage was the classic cousin-marriage, her name was Iqbal Begum (see “Ahmadiyya Movement: British-Jewish Connections” by Bashir Ahmad [1995], pages 325-326). This must have happened between 1915–1920, she seems to have died abruptly, Zafrullah Khan never mentioned her in his whole life or the reason for her death. Shortly after she died, he seems to have married her sister, Rashida Begum. However, shortly thereafter, she also died, and again, no cause or reason was ever given.

After his father died in 1926. He married for the 3rd time, this time with a woman of his choice (see page 126). He married the daughter (Badar Begum) of Shamshad Ali Khan (of Bihar). In 1910, Shamshad Ali Khan was then a student in Government College, Lahore. We were very good friends and corresponded with each other regularly. He was married and had a daughter, who was born in December 1910. At the time when I had this dream she was just over a year old. Shamshad Ali Khan wrote to me in one of his letters that he had seen me in his dream fondling his baby. My mother was fond of Shamshad Ali Khan and loved him like a son. Thus, his house was in a sense adjacent to our house (see page 72). His father-in-law from his 3rd wife was Chaudhri Shamshad Ali Khan, I.C.S. at Giridih in the Province of Bihar, where he was posted as SubDivisional Officer. Chaudhri Shamshad Ali Khan dabbled in the occult (see pages 64-65). On January 17, 1932, a telegram arrived from Bihar that my father-in-law, Shamshad Ali Khan, had been accidentally shot dead and his body was being dispatched by train to Qadian for burial. Per Zafrullah Khan, in 1936-1937, Amtul Haye was born (see page 125).

By the 1940’s, Badar Begum left him and married another Ahmadi, the famous shahnawaz (billionaire), he owned Shezan and many other businesses (see “Zafar Ullah Khan Qadyani” by Muhammad Tahir Abdul Razzaq).

His 4th and final wife was a Palestinian young lady “bushra “, this nikkah was not valid at all, this happened in 1955 (see “Ahmadiyya Movement: British-Jewish Connections” by Bashir Ahmad [1995], pages 325-326).

Zafrullah Khan developed severe granulation of the upper eyelids, from which he suffered continuously from the age of ten to sixteen, and my mother became my partner in my suffering. I was compelled to pass the greater part of the summer days in a dark room and she kept me company most of the time. My affliction became so acute that hair began to grow under the
upper eyelids, so that a portion of each eyelid had to be surgically cut off. In this situation my mother’s tender care of me, her love and her earnest supplications on my behalf became the principal source of solace for me. Separation from each other was agony for both of us (see pages 35-36).

1904

Per Ahmadiyya sources, Zafrullah Khan went to Lahore with his father at age 12 and saw Maulvi Abdul Karim on September 3, 1904 (see page 28). A lecture of MGA would be publicly read in Lahore in his presence, by Maulvi Abdul Karim (called Lecture Lahore later on). My father went to Lahore to hear the lecture and, most fortunately for me, took me along with him. The moment my eyes rested on the blessed countenance of the holy personage I was entranced, and all through the reading of the lecture my admiring gaze remained riveted on that shining face. My mind and soul were penetrated by his truth and I felt I was totally committed to him. I was only a schoolboy, in the twelfth year of my age, but I was convinced that, by affording me this opportunity, God had endowed me richly with His grace.

Per Ahmadiyya sources, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad arrived in Sialkot on the evening of October 27 (see page 28). Per the Review of Religions for Oct-Nov 1904, they tell us that MGA gave this speech to over 10,000 people. It was titled, “The teaching of Islam and their contrast with other religions”. However, by 1916, they admitted that this was a lie.

Nevertheless, the mother of Zafrullah Khan gave the bait of MGA in 1904, while he was in Sialkot. Zafrullah Khan didn’t.

Lecture Sialkot was not the name of this book or lecture, further, it seems to have been published in 1902 (see pages 367-372), 2 years before the lecture itself. Ahmadiyya sources have recently written that this was published ahead of time…as early as 1902, however, that publication is totally missing from the records. Further, recent Ahmadiyya sources tell us that Maulvi Abdul Karim read out this lecture on Nov 2nd, 1903, however, the ROR reports that it was Nov 2nd, 1904, and it claims that MGA gave the lecture, however, that is an obvious lie. This statement by the Review of Religions proves that Ahmadiyya writers, and in this case, Muhammad Ali, they all knew about MGA, they knew that MGA never gave any public speeches, however, they were always trying to make it look like MGA was a speaker….Mahmud Ahmad (1967) seems to confirm the data of the Review of Religions, further, the newest Ahmadiyya sources on this topic dont give any proper references.

The ROR of July-1942 tells us that in 1906, Zafrullah Khan visited Qadian with his father for the first time ever. She was a decent lady who always take care of him. She took Zafrullah to another city to meet her mother.

Miss Nile Winter was younger sister of Mrs Fison. Zafrullah met her when he visited the mother of Mrs Fison. She looked after her mother. Zafrullah met her and also had lengthy correspondence with her through post. She had good taste of literature. When Zafrullah re-visited England in 1924 and in 1927, he went to meet Miss Nile Winter. Zafrullah also mentions to have met her other sister Miss Winter who lived in Brighton.

ZAFRULLAH WATCHED MUSIC CONCERTS IN LONDON ON THE PERMISSION OF KHALIFA OF JAMAAT AHMADIYYA
Zafrullah says he went to cinema and theatre more than ten times as there was no prohibition for such activities by the khalifa till that time.

(Autobiography of Zafrullah “Tehdees e Naimat” pages 35 onwards)

END NOTE
Qadianis to please think, Zafrullah did all that is done by a common young men in his youth time. One has no right to point finger against him but, is it appropriate for such a person to be given the status of “Sahabi” and be mentioned as “Razi Allah Anhu” particularly for one who does all these indecent things thinking it to be permissible by Khalifa. Also think if any khalifa, imam or religious person has the authority to permit his followers to enjoy music, Cinema & theatre in the company of women etc.

Khawaja Kamaluddin, a leading member of the Movement, had arrived in England in the autumn of 1912, and had from time to time spoken to me on the question of the Khilafat. He had also mentioned two of his dreams to me, from all of which I had been convinced that his stand on the question of the authority of the Khalifah was in conflict with the views of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih I on the subject, to which the latter had given expression repeatedly and emphatically. Thus, I had no hesitation in complying with my mother’s urgent direction.

The two case are the 1916, the Patna High Court gave a verdict on Hakim Khalil Ahmad Vs. Malik Israfil case this gave Ahmadi’s to use religious places of Islam for prayers. Whatever the reason, he took advantage of a chance that offered itself of moving to Lahore at the end of
August 1916, in the capacity of Assistant Editor of Indian Cases, which was at that time the only Law Journal that reported selected Judgments of all Superior Indian Courts, and Judgments of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on appeals from India.

The ROR of March-April-1916 alleges that there were lots of opposition by Muslims, however, the Cannanore Ahmadiyya temple is about to get built in the Malabar region. It also reports that in North India Ahmadi’s are also working, giving lectures and etc. Sh. Abdur Rehman was one of the speakers. It seems that the secretary of state for India had come to inquire about why Indian citizens were upset and wanted independence. Ironically, the Ahmadiyya Movement claims to be a non-political organization. Other members of the delegation were Khan Muhammad Ali Khan of Malerkotla, Sardar Imam Buksh Khan (Tummander)(Chief of Qaisrani Tribe, Dera Ghazi Khan), Mirza Bashir Ahmad, Khan Bahudar Raja Painda Khan (Janjua, of Darapur, Jhelum), Zafrullah Khan, Seth Abdullah Alladin, Maulvi Ghulam Akbar Khan, Maulvi Sher Ali and Chaudhri Fateh Muhammad Sayal.

Zafrullah Khan’s career defending Ahmadiyya started in 1921, as he visited Rufus Isaacs, the Governor-General of India. The Ahmadiyya Movement has always been pro-British, since MGA was always pro-British. In June of 1921, the Ahmadiyya Khalifa sent a delegation of Ahmadi’s to Simla to schmooze the Governor-General of India, The Earl of Reading, Rufus Daniel Isaacs, 1st Marquess of ReadingGCBGCSIGCIEGCVOPC (10 October 1860 – 30 December 1935). This would be Zafrullah Khan’s first time working with the British via Ahmadiyya, but not his last. He also had an essay appear in the ROR of July-1921, this was a letter that he wrote to the Civil and Military Gazette.

He wrote a report about the death of the pope in the Jan-Feb-1922 edition of the ROR. He is also mentioned in the ROR of March-April-May 1922, he housed the 2nd Khalifa, Murrabi Fateh Sayyal, Dard and Mirza Sharif Ahmad. The 2nd Khalifa had came to Lahore to meet King Edward VIII (Edward Albert Christian George Andrew Patrick David; June 23, 1894—May 28, 1972) was King of England & the Dominions of the British Empire, and Emperor of India, from January 20, 1936 until his abdication on 11 December the same year. Edward was the eldest son of King George V and Queen Mary. Edward was officially invested as Prince of Wales in a special ceremony on July 13, 1911. In 1924, after WW-1 had ended a few years had passed, the British government held “The Conference of Living Religions Within the Empire” also called Wembley’s Conference of Living Religions 1924. Ahmadiyya sources claim that the Khalifa was there for the 1st session only and never gave any speeches. While the Khalifa was in London, Zafrullah Khan was also there, its unclear if they travelled together or separately. He gave a speech on behalf of the Khalifa to “The Conference of Living Religions Within the Empire” held in 1924. The English version of the book was first published under the title Ahmadiyyat or the True Islam in 1924 (see preface). In 1976, it was re-published from Qadian, under the supervision of Mirza Wasim Ahmad (MGA’s grandson), and the name of the book was changed to “Ahmadiyya Movement”. Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din of the Lahori-Ahmadi’s was also in attendance.

Nevertheless, the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s were claiming to have 500,000 Ahmadi’s in their fold.

He served as Secretary to Khalifatul Masih II, at the Majlis-e-Shura (Consultative Council) for the first time in 1924, and continued to do so for 17 more sessions. See the ROR of Dec-1924.

An interesting story, while visiting the British govt., just before the Brits broke the final Islamic govt. in the world, Mahmud Ahmad seems to have visited and enjoyed an opera wherein women were scantily clad and frolicking about. In October 1924, on his way back to India, he stayed at Grand Hotel, Paris along with Sir Zafarullah Khan. On 27thOctober, he went to a Cabaret called the Cabaret Duneont to see a show of ‘life and death’. He also desired to see the sexual behaviour and aspects of nudity of the European Society. He took Zafarullah to an opera house and saw obscene scenes and performance of French gay girls. This is his own confession.1 He left the house only after the end of the show.2

In 1927, he acted successfully as representative counsel for the Muslims of the Punjab in the contempt of court case against the Muslim Outlook. In the autumn of 1927, the Muslim Members of the Legislative Council—at the suggestion of Sir Fazal-i-Husain—asked me to
proceed to Britain as their representative for the purpose of presenting the Muslim point of view to leading British public men, in anticipation of the appointment of the Royal Commission on Indian Constitutional Reforms, subsequently known as the Simon Commission. In pursuance of their mandate I spent about six weeks in London and had interviews with a number of leading British personalities. For me this proved valuable education in itself. Sir Fazal-i-Husain was pleased with my report.

Allama Muhammad Iqbal was a Muslim, then a Qadiani-Ahmadi, then a Lahori-Ahmadi, and then? – ahmadiyyafactcheckblog

In April 1931, he was appointed Senior Crown Counsel in the Delhi Conspiracy Trial and took up residence in Delhi. Allama Iqbal also seems to have been in the UK and visited the Ahmadiyya temple (Fazl Mosque) in London (see the scan). Per the scan, Zafarullah khan hosted a lavish banquet in the honour of the delegation of round table conference including Iqbal on 10th of October at the hotel of some Muhammad Shafee. Next day, Iqbal and his colleagues went to London Mosque on request of Farzand Ali. So, as per the scan, Iqbal visited the temple on 11th of October, 1931.

In December 1931, Zafrulla Khan was elected president of the All-India Muslim League. Despite the overt animosity expressed by Ahrari protesters, Zafrulla Khan continued as president of the Muslim League until June 1932 when he resigned from the position to fulfil his next task. Mian Fazl-i Husain had been a member of the Viceroy’s Executive Council from 1930 to 1935 but his
declining health had forced him to take a four-month leave of absence during the summer of 1932. Upon his recommendation, Zafrulla Khan took Fazl-i Husain’s place on the Viceroy’s Executive Council throughout the summer of 1932, which was a bold move considering Zafrulla’s age, inexperience, and lack of seniority. In his diary, Mian Fazl-i Husain admitted: “If it comes off, it will be a startling appointment.” However, Zafrulla Khan’s political aptitude and reputation were developing quickly. His closeness to such eminent personalities afforded him the opportunity to discuss the Kashmir matter personally with the Viceroy in the early 1930’s. Zafrulla Khan was an invaluable asset to Mirza Mahmud Ahmad and the All India Kashmir Committee (AIKC) during the Kashmir crisis, and perhaps even more so following the partition.

Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali is mentioned in the ROR of Sep-1933, he will be representing the Ahmadiyya Movement at a “Conference of Religions”, during Chicago’s Second World Fair, June-Nov-1933. The 2nd Khalifa sent his warm greeting via cable (See the Moslem Sunrise of Apr/July-1933, published in Oct-1933, see page 43). This event was also called “World Fellowship of Faiths” and the first day of events was Aug-27-1933 (see Sep-ROR). Per the Moslem Sunrise of Apr/July-1933 (published in Oct-1933, see page 15), Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali had a speech from the 2nd Khalifa and read it out. The 2nd Khalifa called it the “World Fellowship of Faiths”. Zafrullah Khan also gave a speech at the 2nd Parliament of Religions, organized by the World Fellowship of Faiths at Chicago, ill, USA, which was held in Aug-Sep-1933 (See ROR of May-1934) on Friday Sep-1-1933. It was held in the Hotel Morrison (Chicago).  Dr. Muhammad Yusuf was also there and an official delegate of the Ahmadiyya Movement. He gave a speech on Sep-5-1933 on “Overcoming Racial and Religious Prejudices”. It seems that in this same time frame, Zafrullah Khan met with Elijah Muhammad.

This photo is courtesy of the Moslem Sunrise of Nov-1934.

Maulvi Muhammad Yar Arif (Secretary and assistant imam of the London mosque wrote a report on Ahmadiyya in London on July 20th, 1933, this report was published in the ROR of Sep-1933. He mentioned how Dard gave a speech to many visitors, how Zafrullah Khan was there. Zafrullah Khan had been in England for about 3 months, (June, July, August) and would be travelling to Canada on behalf of the British Government and then to the USA.

The ROR of Nov-1933 has a report from Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali wherein he tells how Zafrullah Khan stayed briefly in Chicago and went back to Toronto, Canada on Sep-7-1933. By the time this edition of the ROR was published, Zafrullah Khan was in England. Zafrullah Khan is doing some type of work with some “Joint Select Committee”. Zafrullah Khan is expected to be back in British-India the 3rd week of December. Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali escorted Zafrullah Khan to Detroit on his way out of America.

The ROR of Dec-1933 tells how Zafrullah Khan is in England and helping the Ahmadiyya mission as best as he can, this is per a report by Maulvi Muhammad Yar Arif.

He gave a speech at the 1933 Jalsa at Qadian (See the ROR of Jan-Feb-1934).

In 1934 he was appointed to succeed Sir Fazal-i-Husain in the Governor-General’s Executive Council on the expiry of his term in the spring of 1935 (see page 77). The ROR of Jan-Feb-1934 reports that he was in England and doing tabligh work. He has an essay in the ROR of April-1934 entitled, “The Future of India”. He is mentioned in the ROR of Aug-1934 as having represented Muslims 3 times at the Round Table Conference. He is mentioned in the report of Dard, it is clear that he is using his job as a method of tabligh. He is also mentioned in the ROR of Nov-1934, he will succeed Sir Joseph Bore as “Commerce Member” of the Viceroy’s Executive Council in March of 1935.

The Ahrar and Ataullah Shah Bukhari were wanting to have functions in Qadian. There was lots of turmoil. In fact, the famous Judge Khosla ruled against the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s in this scenario, however, this was overturned. Muhammad Zafrullah Khan was a close friend of Governor Emerson and even had taken his mother to meet with Governor Emerson’s wife in an attempt to secure support for the Ahmadiyya movement. Governor Emerson was concerned about the behaviors of the 2nd Khalifa.

Governor Emerson approved of the Ahrar conference in the vicinity of Qadian in 1934 and stunned the Ahmadi Khalifa. The governor assured the Ahmadi Khalifa that he would take care of the security of Qadian, however, the Ahmadi Khalifa still sent out letters to the various branches of Ahmadiyya in British India and asked for young men to be sent to Qadian to patrol the streets, since there was no police department. This seems to have angered the governor. He ordered that all visitors of Qadian (see the 6th paragraph from the bottom) be recorded and that every Friday Khutbah of the Khalifa to be recorded and sent to him for review (see page 270). This is a very strange reaction by the Governor of the Punjab, his motives are unknown. However, the Ahrar conference took place and Ataullah Shah Bukhari delivered its keynote speech. Ataullah Shah Bukhari was then promptly arrested for anti-government speech.
Bukhari was sentenced to 6 months. He did fight his case on appeal, wherein Justice Khosla reviewed the judgement of the high court and commented as such:

“In order to enforce their argument and further their cause they called into play weapons weapons which would ordinarily be termed highly undesirable.  They not only intimidated the person who refused to come with their fold with boycott and ex-communication and occasionally threats of something worse, but they frequently fortified the process of proselytizing by actually carrying out these threats.  A volunteer corps was established at Qadian with the object, probably of giving sanction to these decrees”

“To propagate their ideas and to expand the number of their community, those people (the Mureeds of Mirza Mahmud Ahmad) started using such weapons and methods which are generally considered objectionable.  So that those persons who refused to tow their line, were subjected to (social and economic) boycott and expulsion (from the town or community), and at times, they were threatened by dire and ghastly consequences.”  (see PDF 593/623).

He was at the 1934 Jalsa at Qadian and gave a speech on “Socialism and Economic Ideals in Islam”.

Zafrullah Khan is mentioned in the Moslem Sunrise of Nov-1934.

In the same edition (Moslem Sunrise of Nov-1934), Zafrullah Khan writes a letter of congratulations to Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali and the Ahmadi’s in the USA as they opened their first ever Mosque (on Wabash).

The 2nd Khalifa claims to have had a vision (roya) wherein he wasin Egypt and and a battle was in progress in Libya between the British and Italians (this is a Friday Sermon (June 26, 1942) of the 2nd Khalifa published in the Al-Fazl. The 2nd Khalifa alleges that he saw British troops getting backed down! The 2nd Khalifa then finds his younger brother (Mirza Bashir Ahmad) in the vision and told him that since they owned guns, they would be fighting the Italians independently. The 2nd Khalifa alleges that he must have opened fire on the italians and backed them up. The 2nd Khalifa then alleges that he saw the fighting going back and forth, however, in reality, this was in the newspapers and the 2nd Khalifa was doing the normal “after-the-fact” prediction that MGA did all the time too. Ahmadi’s wanted to be non-Muslim in 1946-1947, just to give the Gurdaspur district to India during the Radcliff Commission

1948

When Muhammad Ali Jinnah died, he refused to pray his funeral services.

Sir Zafarullah Khan went to attend Jinnah`s funeral . In his own words :

“So! My intention in being there was to offer the congregational prayers along with everyone else—- if I had not intended and fervently desired to pray for my leader, would it not have been more logical and make sense for me have stayed home— and not having come to the funeral?

He did not attend the funeral , not because he wanted some Ahmedi to lead it (which was very unlikely anyways) , but because it was being led by a person who considered ahmedis to be kafir , In words of Zafarullah Khan :

“I was told that the cleric (mullah) who was to lead the prayer was none other than a person named Shabir Usmani who had used vile and abusive language against the founder of the Ahmadiyya movement.”

Now tell me that will any one offer prayers behind a person who abuses his prophet / Messiah ??

This man (Shabbir Usmani) had declared that Shia were Kafir too , ironically he led the public funeral prayers of Jinnah ; A Shia whose coffin was transported from the Governor’s House to the burial location constantly accompanied by a black Alam (flag) on which was inscribed “Ya Hazrat-e-Abbas” !!!

“The [Sindh High] court pro-ceedings bear evidence of the last rites observed by Miss Jinnah immediately after her brother’s death. Witness Syed Anisul Hasnain, a Shia scholar, deposed that he had arranged the ghusl (last bath) of Jinnah on the instructions of Miss Jin-nah. He led his namaz-e janaza (funeral prayer) in a room of the Governor General’s House at which such Shia luminaries as Yusuf Haroon, Hashim Raza and Aftab Hatim Alavi were present, while Liaquat Ali Khan, a Sunni, waited outside the room. !!

As Pakistan’s first Foreign Minister, Zafarullah Khan addressed the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan in the days leading up to the passing of the Objectives Resolution. The Objectives Resolution, which combined features of both Western and Islamic democracy, is one of the most important documents in the constitutional history of Pakistan. It was designed to provide equal rights for all citizens of Pakistan, regardless of their race, religion or background. Zafarullah Khan was quoted as saying:

It is a matter of great sorrow that, mainly through mistaken notions of zeal, the Muslims have during the period of decline earned for themselves an unenviable reputation for intolerance. But that is not the fault of Islam. Islam has from the beginning proclaimed and inculcated the widest tolerance. For instance, so far as freedom of conscience is concerned the Quran says “There shall be no compulsion” of faith…[22]

“The Head of The Ahmadiyya Movement” by Muhammad Zafrullah Khan (1950) is published.

We have found a book by the grand liar and political puppet of the British Government, Muhammad Zafrullah Khan. This book seems to have been written in 1950, while Muhammad Zafrullah Khan was the foreign minister of Pakistan. He totally lies and claims that the entire coast of Sierra Leone is now Ahmadi. By 2019, there are over 6 million people in Sierra Leone, of which 4 million are Sunni-Muslims, Ahmadi sources continue to lie and claim 500k Ahmadi’s in 2019.

This edition of the Ahmadiyya Gazette (June-1950) also has some of the diary of Rashid Ahmad from March 4th to April 8th-1950 from Rabwah. Rashid Ahmad talks about all the water that is available in Rabwah. Om March-12, Rashid Ahmad gave a speech (he talked about American Ahmadi’s) at an Ahmadiyya event in Sarghoda. Rashid Ahmad explains how he rubbed shoulders with Sheikh Mubarak Ahmad and he told Rashid Ahmad about how clean Qadian used to be, it seems that Qadian was extremely dirty and had sewage in the streets in the early 1950’s. Mufti Muhammad Sadiq gave a Friday Sermon while the 2nd Qadiani Khalifa was in Lahore. Rashid Ahmad met Dr. Mirza Munawar Ahmad (son of the 2nd Qadiani Khalifa).
Rashid Ahmad mentions how an Ahmadi Maulvi from Holland had just returned to the headquarters. Rashid Ahmad alleges that there was an Ahmadi from Sudan who was in Rabwah. Rashid Ahmad mentions how Maulvi F. R. Hakeem gave a speech at the school that Rashid Ahmad at on “Islam in West Africa”. Rashid Ahmad alleges that Maulvi Abdul Khaliq was sent to Iran as a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi. Rashid Ahmad alleges that Saud Ahmad was sent to West Africa (either Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ghana or Nigeria). Rashid Ahmad alleges that money was collected in Rabwah for the American Fazl Mosque (which was a private residence). Rashid Ahmad explains how Ahmadi’s regularly did tabligh/dawah in their locale (a 15 miles radius around Rabwah). In April of 1950, Maulvi Muhammad Ibrahim returned from serving 3 years in Italy and 2 years in West Africa, he is the brother-in-law of Maulvi Ghulam Yaseen (who was working in the USA). The wife of Maulvi Muhammad Ibrahim had died in Rabwah and left 9 children to be raised by their father only, in these circumstances, Rashid Ahmad was allowed to marry one of his daughters. The 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa had severe gout in those days. Rashid Ahmad alleges that the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa was sitting with his doctor in a Majlis-e-Shura and was constantly taking medicine. Mufti Muhammad Sadiq told Rashid Ahmad that he spoke 7 languages, including Esperanto (a total lie). Maulvi Nur Ahmad Munir (allegedly a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi working in Syria) gave a speech at the school that Rashid Ahmad was attending. Rashid Ahmad alleges that Mufti Muhammad Sadiq led many Friday prayers in 1950 since the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa was sick. Rashid Ahmad alleges that a German Ahmadi named Mr. Abdul Karim Duncker was in Rabwah. Rashid Ahmad alleges that Zafrullah Khan was in Rabwah in April of 1950. The Ahmadiyya Gazette (June-1950) promoted Ahmadiyya books for sale too, the famous English commentary of the Quran (partial) is marketed. New World Order by the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa is also for sale and “The Economic Structure of Islamic Society”. “Where Did Jesus Die” by Jalal ud Din Shams is also for sale. A book entitled, “The Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam” (written by the 2nd Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa) was endorsed at the 2nd Annual Qadiani-Ahmadi USA Jalsa (in 1949 in Dayton) and revised by Zafrullah Khan and then published. The London mission of Ahmadi’s published “Introduction to the Study of the Holy Quran”.

Thus, the headquarters of Ahmadiyya in the USA moved about 1000 miles away. Zafrullah Khan has an essay on “Religion and its function”. There is an article by a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi working in Switzerland/Germany named Shaikh Nasir Ahmad about Ahmadiyya in America, he mentions the Dowie prophecy, this is the first time the Muslim Sunrise mentioned the word Dowie in 30 years. 2 books of Sufi M.R. Egyptian newspaper, Al Balagh writes:

“Islamic teachings are infused into his own spirit just like politics, because he takes guidance from the verses of the Holy Quran in his discourse or his speeches which he presents……before the United Nations. And we have seen him reciting the Quran in Arabic and then translating it into English. He also offers the prayer whenever its time comes, whether he is in any of the sessions of the United Nations, he makes sure to pray. He is also famous for……the longest speech ever delivered from the platform of an international body like the (United Nations), and this is the speech that was presented before the Security Council during the debate on the Kashmir issue. He is among those politicians who are good at oratory and……his style of speech is impromptu, yet his speech is better than those who prepare speeches. And finally, he is known for his ‘Islamic’ international policy, and that he is among those who most believe in the need to revive Islamic power in the world so that its countries…..can become strong in their proper place””. The protocol officer told me by the way , after (we) arrived in Holland .that if we (want) to avoid the meat of pork , Ham , Bacon (etc) then we should not purchase mince (Qeema) from the market because Mince from the market is having mixed meat. After getting the warning , we use to avoid at reception in Holland the meat Balls .Once Annual Reception of International Court of Justice was conducted in Peace Palace Chaudry Zafar Ullah Khan was Judge of that Court .We had seen he ( Chaudry zafarullah ) was eating Meat Balls while dipping it again & Again with Mustard Chutney with Enjoyment .I ( Shahab ) told Iffat (wife of shahab ) that today we are guests of chaudry sb , so Mince must have been ordered rightly .She told me to wait and to ask it about it .
Both of us went to chaudry sb .After saying sallam she asked chaudry sb that this is your reception . You must have ordered Mince as per Instructions .
Chaudry Sb replied the department of reception is separate .They must have brought Mince (Qeema) rightly .Check out this Kabab.
While Iffat narrated her concerns (To chaudry sb) about Mixing of Meat in Mince (Pork etc).Chaudry Sb replied not to Investigate so much as this is also the sayings of HAZOOR .
On the matters of Religion Iffat was very Outspoken . She replied with Raciness that This is Said By Your Hazoor (Qadiani leader) Or (is it said) by Our Hazoor ( Holy prophet PBUH ) ?

The history of Ahmadiyya in Mauritius

In a secret government report, this was about the 3-month residency permit of Fazal ilahi Bashir (who seems to be an Ahmadi mullah working in Mauritius). Zafrullah Khan is intervening from London and asking for an extension. There seem to be 2 sects of Ahmadiyya in Mauritius at this time, the new Ahmadi murrabi from Rabwah seems to be heading the splinter sect. Before him, an ahmadi by the name of Bashir Edin Obaidullah (1954)(his name is also Hafiz Bashir ud Din) was the missionary-in-charge from Rabwah. The new Murrabi Fazal ilahi Bashir has a dispute with the local president of the Ahmadiyya Anjuman, which is operated legally from Mauritius, not Pakistan.

Fazal ilahi Bashir is asking for a residential visa for 5 years, however, the British Government doesn’t want to give it (since he has caused a disturbance). Zafrullah Khan met Sir Thomas Lloyd about this whole problem. Naseem Saifi even sent a letter from West Africa.

Fazal ilahi Bashir is being sued by local Ahmadi’s for libel and thus his visa was extended in short durations, however, the government would not issue a 5 year residential permit. Some of this was covered in the ROR of 1957.

The President of the Ahmadiyya Community in 1955 was Abdul Hamid Zeadallay. He eventually apologized to Maulana Fazal ilahi Bashir. By 1958, the 2nd Khalifa ordered the closure of all Ahmadiyya Anjumans. Most of the dissidents formed a group, they even fought other Ahmadi’s, they refused to listen to the Khalifa and his orders from Rabwah.

The 2nd Khalifa had decided to go to Europe in 1955 (Ahmadiyya sources allege that this was for medical treatment after he had got stabbed). Thus, the story starts on the night between 29 and 30 April 1955, the 2nd Khalifa and his entourage departed for Damascus from Karachi via a KLM flight. The 2nd Khalifa was accompanied by his two wives, Maryam Siddiqa Sahiba (Umm-e Mateen), Syeda Bushra Begum (Mehr Apa), his son Sahibzada Dr. Mirza Munawar Ahmad Sahib, his two daughters, Amatul Jameel Sahiba, and Amatul Mateen Sahiba. Also accompanying the 2nd Khalifa was Sir Chaudhary Zafrulla Khan. (Tarikh-e-Ahmadiyyat, Vol. 16, pp. 502-503).

Its unclear how and when he met up with the Khalifa.

1961 to 1964

In the summer of 1961, Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan, President of Pakistan, stopped in London on his way to the United States for an official visit. He had known me for several years and we were good friends. He sent for me to London and told me he wanted me to go to the United Nations as Pakistan’s Permanent Representative. I told him that he need not have a feeling that as I was now without a job he must provide me with one. He assured me that he was anxious to improve Pakistan’s representation at the United Nations and was keen on my going there. Thus, between 1961 and 1964, he was Pakistan’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations. From 1962 to 1964, he was also the President of the UN General Assembly.

In 1963, Abid Hanif confessed to be involved in the famous Mubahila challenge vs. Billy Graham, which was issued by Sheikh Mubarak Ahmad in 1963. In fact, Abid Hanif and 2 other Ahmadi’s were arrested for their antics vs. Billy Graham. At the #WCJS25 #WCJS2025 #WestCoastJalsa, an Ahmadi named Usman Jamil revealed a story wherein Zafrullah Khan was unhappy about this arrest and he kept asking Abid Hanif and his associate to say istaghfar (20:17 time stamp)(7:07:04).

1974

Muhammad Zafrullah Khan seems to have written a controversial book in 1972 (published in 1974) entitled “Agony of Pakistan”. This book is not on alislam.org. In this book, he urged the Government to guide its citizens in promoting Islamic way of life, observe Islamic moral standards and provide teachings of the Quran and Islamic studies for Muslims of Pakistan. Back in 1948 and 1949, Zafrullah Khan even supported the famous “objective resolution”.  Zafrullah’s defense of the objective resolution after a Hindu member Bhupendra Kumar Datta criticized it. Zafrullah Khan wasn’t the only Ahmadi to ask for this. The Musleh Maud (2nd Khalifa) said so repeatedly. MGA even asked for laws to punish blasphemers. Ahmadis-the moderate fundamentalists-pioneered the very Islamization of Pakistan they now decry.

Per the Moslem Sunrise of Jan-Feb-1974, the impressions of Rabwah are given by a Qadiani-African-American convert, Hasan Hakeem of Waukegan. He mentions how the brother of Zafrullah Khan received them in Lahore (Asadullah Khan), they had flown in from Karachi. From Lahore they travelled in a mini-bus to Rabwah where they were received by Mirza Mubarak Ahmad and Maulvi Abdul Qadar Zaighum. Muzaffar Ahmad Zafar has an essay in this edition wherein he also talks about his trip to Rabwah. It is mentioned how Chaudry Sharif Ahmad Bajwah is back in the USA (on Dec-20-1973) after spending time in London. Maulvi Mian Muhammad Ibrahim is also mentioned and how on December 14, 1973, he gave a speech at the Trinity Evangelic Divinity College, Deerfield, Ill. On December 20, 1973, the missionary Imam Ibrahim, assisted by Bro. Rafiq Salam and Aminullah, delivered lectures in Dunbar High School, Dayton, Ohio, and the trio removed several misunderstandings about Islam during the question and answer session. EIDUL AZHA was solemnly celebrated at the Dayton Mosque on January 4, 1973, and the event received a prominent coverage in the Daily News. The Dayton Jamaat gave a befitting reception to Alhaj Abdur Rahim Zafar (now named Muzaffar by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih) on Sunday, January 13, 1974. On his return from Rabwah as a member of the American delegation Bro. Muzaffar who came back highly inspired made a stirring speech covering all that had impressed him besides the dynamic personality of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih. (The text of his speech appears elsewhere). Our congratulations to Bro Yaqub and Aminullah of Dayton who have been gifted with the blessings of Hajj this year. Bro. Yusof Latiff and his wife from Boston also had the honor of performing the Hajj. Muhammad Siddique Shahid Gurdaspuri is mentioned as well as his work in NY. Abdul Raqib Wali (of the Boston Jamaat), President, on the meeting Sunday, December 16, 1973, at Phillip Brooks House, Harvard University, at 2 p.m., Abid Hanif was also mentioned. The Editor of the Muslim Sunrise is Maulvi Mian Muhammad Ibrahim. The Advisory-editor is, Imam Sharif Ahmad Bajwa. Contributing editors are Hasan Hakeem, Dr. Basharat Ahmad Munir, Dr. Qazi Muhammad Barkatullah and Dr. M.M. Abbas. This magazine was published from the Dayton Mosque, 637 Randolph Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45408.

Per the Moslem Sunrise of Jan-Feb-1974, there was a 7-man delegation to Rabwah from the USA, this was the first time something like this had ever happened. Members of the 7-man delegation were Rashid Ahmad (leader), Abid Haneef (Boston), Abdur-Raqib Wali (Boston), Abdul Kareem of Boston, Fazal Omar of Waukegan, Hasan Hakeem of Waukegan, Ill and Alhaji Abdur Rahim Zafar of Dayton later joined the delegation in Rabwah. It also mentions the newly found Shroud of Turin. The Speech of Mirza Nasir Ahmad at the Jalsa at Rabwah on Dec-28-1973 (the 3rd day) is given. Mirza Nasir Ahmad announces that there will be a 100-year jubilee in 1989 to commemorate 100 years of Qadianism.

1975

The Muslim Sunrise from Dec-1975 was edited/published by Mian Muhammad Ibrahim (a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi) and from Dayton, Ohio. Khalil Ahmad Nasir has an essay wherein he discusses the “Fifth Spiritual Summit in NY in 1975″ and how Zafrullah Khan was invited to speak. An essay by Zafrullah Khan is also given. A speech by Bashir Ahmad Rafiq (head Maulvi on the Qadiani London temple, the Fazl mosque) is given which he gave in Copenhagen, Denmark (at the Ahmadiyya temple therein via an annual Ijtema). In this speech, he alleges that the first 3 Qadiani-Ahmadi Khalifa’s were predicted/prophesied, he quotes the famous speech at the 1956 Jalsa at Rabwah (Khilafat-i-Haqqa). The travels of Mirza Nasir Ahmad are presented, they also discuss the Nusrat Jehan Scheme Fraud. It is alleged that Mirza Nasir Ahmad laid the foundation stone of an Ahmadiyya temple mosque in Gottenburg, Sweden as part of the “Centenary Fund” on 9-27-1975. This “Centenary Fund” was launched at the 1973 Jalsa Salana at Rabwah. This was the first Ahmadiyya temple-mosque built (started) under the “Centenary Fund”. The history of Ahmadiyya in the USA is then given by various authors, Rashid Ahmad, Sheikh Nazeer Elahi, the wife of Sufi Muti-ur-Rahman Bengali, Dr. M. Yusuf Khan and Zakria Virk (his son is the famous Adnan Virk of ESPN)(in Canada). The history of Ahmadiyya in Canada is also given. It is mentioned how Mirza Mubarak Ahmad came to Canada on tour in July-1975, Maulvi Mian Muhammad Ibrahim and Imam M.S. Shahid (Missionary-in-Charge, USA also accompanied him. After retirement from the International Court of Justice Chaudhry Zafrullah Khan became a permanent resident of the top floor flat of the Mission House in the UK. At that time I occupied the first floor. During this period of 8 or 9 years, I was blessed with repeated occasions of being very close to him. It was our good fortune that, every day, he had all his meals with us. My wife took good care to serve him the kind of dishes that were suitable for his health. After dinner, Chaudhry Sahib would habitually talk about the current events and certain occurrences in his earlier years. For me his talk was like lessons provided in an academy. I learned a lot at the dinner table.

The Nov-1977 issue of the Muslim Sunrise was edited/published by Mian Muhammad Ibrahim (a Qadiani-Ahmadi Maulvi) and from Dayton, Ohio. Maulana Ata-Ullah Kaleem is the new Missionary-in-Charge, USA and is the new consulting editor and Dr. Khalil Ahmad Nasir is the contributing editor. Mirza Mubarak Ahmad was in the USA and was given a reception by Ahmadi’s in Dayton on Nov-9-1977. Mirza Mubarak Ahmad speech is reproduced, he mentions the Ahmadiyya scam of Wasiyyat. Dr. Khalil Ahmad Nasir also has an essay. An essay by Bashir Ahmad Rafiq is also given, “Deliverance from the Cross”, which was turned into a book, it is also announced that in June 2–4, the Ahmadiyya Community in the UK would be holding a conference entitled “Deliverance from the Cross”. All of this has to do with the Shroud of Turin (which was proven to be a fake many years later). It is alleged that Zafrullah Khan also wrote on the topic.

1978

The Jan-June-1978 issue of the Muslim Sunrise was edited by Dr. Khalil Ahmad Nasir with Maulana Ata-Ullah Kaleem (who is the missionary-in-charge, USA) as the consulting editor. Dr. Khalil Ahmad Nasir’s home address is given for private letters. Mian Muhammad Ibrahim’s departure back to Rabwah is announced. An essay by Zafrullah Khan is given. An essay by Maulana Ata-Ullah Kaleem is also given. An essay by Maulvi Shaikh Nasir Ahmad (Maulvi in Switzerland) is also given, he discusses the Yuz Asaf theory and the Shroud of Turin. Ahmadiyya locations around the world are given: Ghana, the Gambia, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Canada, Guyana, Trinidad, Sri Lanka, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Denmark, Great Britain (2 locations), Germany, Holland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and they also give 5 Ahmadiyya locations in the USA, 2141 Leroy PL, N.W. Washington D.C., 637 Randolph Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45408, 1064 Union Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., 112225, Pomeroy Road, P.O. Box 338, Athens, Ohio, 45701, 2522 Webster Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219 and 4448, S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago, ill, 60615.

While living in the UK and retired he wrote, “Ahmadiyya the Renaissance of Islam” (1978), this was just four years after the “Rabwah-terrorist-attacks” (See pages 347-348). In this book, he totally lied about the cause of the Rabwah train attack.

Quote
“””In the middle of 1974 they devised a plan which was aimed at provoking anger and
rancour against the Ahmadiyya Cominunity which unfortunately succeeded only too well in its immediate purpose. An incident was staged at the Rabwah railway station, which was so managed that a party of students who belonged to an organization bitterly hostile to the Movement succeeded in provoking a number of Ahmadis, who happened to be present at the railway station when the train carrying the students arrived, into a conflict in which slight injuries were inflicted on some of the students in the party. At the next stop of the train preparations had already been made to receive the students as heroes who had suffered grievous injuries in the cause of Islam at the hands of the members of the Movement. Fiery speeches were made and the incident was painted in lurid colours. The utterly false and misleading accounts of the incident were further embroidered in the press next morning, with the addition of such false, fictitious and horrifying details as that the students had been cruelly maimed, that some of them had their tongues cut out and that others had their genitals cut off. This sent a wave of horror throughout the province and all sorts of premeditated atrocities were let loose against the members of the Movement~ ;In the inquiry subsequently conducted by aJudge of the Lahore High Court into the incident, it was established by the medical evidence produced that all the injuries alleged to have been received by some of the students were simple bruises and scars and not a single one of them was grievous.

For reason’s undisclosed the report of the inquiry has not been published so far. This lends colour to the speculation that the administration does not come out too well in the report. Be that as it may, it is a fact that in the widespread disorders that followed upon the Rabwah incident, as it came to be known, a number of Ahmadis were killed, maimed and injured, and there was large-scale looting and destruction of properties of Ahmadis. In not a single instance did the police or the civil authorities intervene to extend their protection to the victims of violence, no investigation was made into any of the numerous outrages committed against the persons and properties of the Ahmadis, no one was arrested or tried in respect of any of them, and no compensation was awarded to any Ahmadi for the loss inflicted upon him. There were several instances in which the police openly and actively encouraged the unruly and disorderly elements to do their worst.””””

The Qadiani-Ahmadi’s forced the Government of Pakistan to honor Zafrullah Khan–2021

As we all know, the Qadiani-Ahmadi’s are always working behind the scenes trying to get converts. The Ahmadiyya community falsely claims persecution for asylum, however, behind the scenes, they are able to pressure the Pakistani government and get them to honor traitors like Zafrullah Khan. Zafrullah Khan was a traitor to Pakistani’s, he purposely lost Gurdaspur and purposely lost Kashmir and thus, Muslims in these regions of British-India have been persecuted for over 100 years. Even Justice Muhammad Munir on Zafrullah Khan purposely losing Gurdaspur district during partition.

Even today, in 2021, the Ahmadiyya Movement has key people posted to look out for their global business interests. Karim Khan is one major Qadiani politician, Imran Ahmad Khan is another. In the USA, Amjad Khan and Qasim Rashid are working in a similar capacity.

Sir Zafrulla Khan Sahib’s services for the Palestinian cause

Sir Zafrulla Khan Sahib’s services for the Palestinian cause

Ata-ul-Haye Nasir, Ahmadiyya Archive & Research Centre
Zafrullah Khan Sahib
Hazrat Chaudhry Sir Zafrulla Khanra addressing the UN General Assembly

Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya has always been at the forefront to advocate the rights of Muslims. Recently, the Palestine-Israel conflict has erupted intensively, but it is not a new issue. It has a long history, and history is evident that Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya has always spoken up for the rights of oppressed Palestinians.

When the partition of Palestine was under discussion in the United Nations, Hazrat Chaudhry Sir Zafrulla Khanra presented the true aspects of the issue in the most impressive and persuasive manner.

Hazrat Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khanra himself states that as Pakistan had become a member of the United Nations just a few days before his first speech, the Arab delegations did not give any importance to the Pakistani delegation, and they seemed to have no expectations from us on this issue. (Tahdis-e-Nemat, pp. 520-521)

Zafrullah Khan

After his speech on 7 October 1947, the Arabs were greatly pleased and overjoyed, as it represented their emotions and point of view in the best possible manner.

A top Indian daily newspaper, The Statesman, wrote the next day in its editorial:

“For the first time, the voice of Pakistan was heard in the counsels of the United Nations on a burning topic of worldwide significance when the leader of this country’s delegation, Chaudhry Zafarullah Khan, addressed the United Nations Palestine Committee at Lake Success on Tuesday. It was a telling speech which tore into shreds the specious pleas put forward by the advocates of the partition of Palestine.

“Chaudhry Zafarullah did not merely indulge in rhetoric when he described the partition plan as ‘physically and geographically a monstrosity’, he proceeded to prove this by unassailable arguments.

“Answering the contention that the migration of more Jews into Palestine should be permitted because the displaced Jewish people desired to go to that country, Pakistan’s spokesman asked whether the Americans would consent to relax or abrogate their own immigration laws if displaced persons of various other nationalities desired to enter the United States and settle there?

“Would America, he further asked, agree to take in the five million displaced persons of the Punjab if they desired to leave the scene of their suffering and cross over to the United States.

“We have little doubt that the Arabs will rejoice to find the voice of Pakistan so powerfully raised in the United Nations in defence of their cause. The addition of the independent sovereign state of Pakistan to the comity of free Muslim peoples of the World is already beginning to have its effect on international affairs.” (The Statesman, 8 October 1947)

Then, the same newspaper quoted an Arab spokesman, in its 11 October 1947 issue:

“It was the most brilliant and exhaustive survey of the Arab case regarding Palestine that I ever heard.”

Hazrat Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khanra argued:

“The United Nations cannot subscribe to the principle that a racial or religious minority, whether arising from national development or created as a result of immigration, can insist upon the breaking up of a homeland or shatter the political, geographical and economic unity of a country without the consent and against the wishes of the majority.” (TG Fraser, Partition in Ireland, India and Palestine: Theory and Practice, New York: St. Martin’s Press [1984], p. 176)

Dr Chaim Weizmann – a Zionist leader who became the first president of Israel – had cited the partition of the Indian subcontinent as a precedent for Palestine’s partition.

While negating this point, Hazrat Sir Zafrulla Khanra stated during his speech of 7 October 1947, that it was wrong to compare these two matters. Hazrat Sir Zafrullah Khanra argued that even though the majority party of the Indian subcontinent [Hindus] was not eager, both parties eventually agreed to the partition of India, and if both Jews and Arabs agreed that partition was the only solution, Pakistan would be the first country to vote for such a course. In India, the Muslim minority was an integral part of the population, while in Palestine, a minority was created artificially by settling Jews against the express will of the people. (SM Burke, Pakistan’s Foreign Policy: An Historical Analysis, London: Oxford University Press [1973], p. 138)

The Weekly Mujahid (later Hilal), a magazine of the Pakistan Armed Forces, mentioned in its 20 August 1948 issue that from October to November 1947, Sir Zafrulla Khanra successfully led the Pakistani delegation at the United Nations, on the issue of Palestine.

During his UN speech of 28 November 1947, Hazrat Sir Zafrulla Khanra stated:

“This is a solemn moment, solemn in the history of the world, in the history of this great – let us hope, at least – great organisation. The United Nations is today on trial. The world is watching and will see how it acquits itself – again, perhaps, not so much from the point of view of whether partition is approved or not approved, but from the point of view of whether any room is to be left for the exercise of honest judgement and conscience in decisions taken upon important questions […]

“It is said that if the partition is not accepted, there would be no room left for a solution. On the contrary, if the partition is accepted, fatal steps will have been taken. The Arabs and the Jews will have been set by the ears and never again will there be any chance of bringing them together. Far too many unfinished vendettas will then bar the way.

“If you delay and do not take the fatal step, you still leave open to the Arabs and the Jews the chance of a conciliatory solution through which they combine and work. It is not that if you do not take a final decision today, your jurisdiction to decide anything is barred. It means that neither of these two solutions is acceptable and that something else must be found.

“The responsibility remains with you. Do not throw away that chance. Do not dose a door that may not be opened again. The United Nations must find a solution which is not only just and fair, but which has the best chance for success as regards the largest number of Jews and Arabs in Palestine.”

At the end of his speech, he stated:

“The representative of the United States made reference to the prayer and the wish that I expressed at the end of my statement to the Ad Hoc Committee. I again utter it humbly, sincerely, and earnestly, ‘May He Who controls all hearts and knows their innermost thoughts and designs, Who alone can appraise the true value and foresees the consequences of all human action, in His Grace and Mercy so guide our judgment that what we decide here today shall promote and foster the peace, prosperity and welfare of all His creatures, Jews, Arabs, and Gentiles alike, and shall redound to His Glory forever.’

“[Arabic] Our last cry is; All praise is due to God, the Lord of all the Universes.” (UNISPAL, 2nd Sess., A/PV.126, UN Doc [28 November 1947])

President of the UN
Hazrat Sir Zafrulla Khanra as the President of the UN General Assembly

PR Kumaraswamy, in his piece, Beyond the veil: Israel-Pakistan relations, stated:

“Pakistan was represented by its able and articulate Foreign Minister, Sir Zafrulla Khan (1893-1985). Capitalizing on his legal background, he vehemently argued that the UN had no legal or juridical authority to partition Palestine […] Zafrulla Khan thus became the most articulate opponent of the partition plan. In the words of one Israeli official, he ‘was undoubtedly one of the ablest and most impressive delegates present from any country.’” (Beyond the Veil: Israel-Pakistan relations, Memorandum 55, Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies, Tel Aviv University [2000], p. 22)

In reference to the brilliant advocacy of the Palestine cause by Sir Zafrulla Khanra at the United Nations, Khwaja Hasan Nizami wrote in a letter addressed to a Pakistani, dated 6 March 1948:

“The fact of the matter is that Chaudhry Zafrulla Khan has done a job for which 80 crore [800 million] Muslims of the World owe him a debt of gratitude. I never hesitate to mention this fact to all, the intelligentsia and the common people alike. Even in my speeches at big public gatherings. I freely express this view.”

Faisal al Saud wrote a letter to Hazrat Sir Zafrulla Khanra on 5 May 1948 and thanked him:

Zafrulla Khan

“It is with great regret that I learned of your departure on Friday and wish to take this opportunity to express to you our heartfelt thanks for your close cooperation and the noble stand which Your Excellency has taken, not only during the meeting, but since the question of Palestine has been put before the United Nations.

“Allow me to state that your high principles have created a desire on the part of all righteous persons to identify themselves with the efforts of Your Excellency, not only on behalf of all the Arabs but Moslems all over the world as well.”

In May 1948, Hazrat Chaudhry Zafrulla Khanra told the British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Ernest Bevin, that Pakistan would never recognise the state of Israel. This caused a stir in the international media, especially in New York.

Al Sayed Ahmad Asim – Sajjada Nashin of Dargah Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani, Baghdad – wrote in a letter to Hazrat Chaudhry Zafrulla Khanra, dated 5 July 1948:

“I avail of this opportunity to thank you from the core of my heart, on my behalf as well as on behalf of the family of Hazrat Ghaus-ul-Azam, for the great Jihad you waged in a purely Islamic spirit in support of the Holy Land of Palestine before the United Nations. I earnestly pray that Almighty Allah may grant you full recompense for your services and enable you to further serve the cause of Islam.”

Abdul Hamid Al-Kaatib stated in his article published in a magazine Al-Arabi:

“Muhammad Zafrulla Khan is the person who proved to be the champion in defence of Palestine’s rights. While defending the rights of Arabs in regard to Palestine, he used all qualities of his God-gifted speaking power and legal and political capability. The pulse of his speech rhythmed with the real Islamic spirit.” (Al-Arabi, June 1983)

When the issue of Palestine was still fresh, the mufti of Palestine issued a fatwa (verdict) against Hazrat Chaudhry Zafrulla Khanra, and Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya. Upon this, General Abdul Rahman Hassan Azzam Pasha, who was the Secretary-General of the Arab League, stated:

“We know it very well, that Zafrulla Khan is a Muslim with respect to his words and character. He had been successful all around the world in defending Islam, and it had been his distinct feature that he successfully supported every point of view which had been adopted in defence of Islam. For this, his respect has instilled in people’s hearts, and the hearts of the Muslim world are filled with thankfulness for him.” (Jaridah Al-Akhbar Al-Qahiriyyah, 23 June 1952)

Former vice-chancellor of Karachi University, Dr Ishtiaq Hussain Qureshi stated in his book, The Muslim Community in Indo-Pak Subcontinent (p. 98) that the Arabs found the most capable means to present their Palestine case in the United Nations in the person of Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khanra.

Upon the demise of Hazrat Sir Zafrulla Khanra, many newspapers published reports in which his services for Palestine and the Arab world in general, were appreciated.

Daily Nawa-i-Waqt stated on 2 September 1985:

“Quaid-e-Azam sent him to the United Nations as leader of the delegation for representing Pakistan on the issue of Palestine, where his well-argued speeches created a significant place for Pakistan in the hearts of the Arabs.”

The Muslim of 2 September 1985 stated that in 1947, he was specially nominated by Quaid-e-Azam to represent Pakistan in the United Nations, where he brilliantly advocated the case of Palestinian Muslims, which made the Arab world thankful to him.

The Dawn of Karachi, 3 September 1985, stated in its editorial:

“He earned the abiding respect and admiration of the Arab and other Muslim nations as a defender of their interests.”

Jang of 3 September 1985 reported a session of Federal Cabinet of Pakistan:

“The cabinet expressed great grief upon the demise of Chaudhry Muhammad Zafrulla Khan […] The cabinet paid tribute to him for presenting the cause of Palestine and the third world in International institutions and conferences, and his services in the International Court of Justice.”

Then, the Daily Nawa-i-Waqt of Rawalpindi and Lahore wrote on 3 September 1985:

“In addition to the Kashmir issue, the way he presented the point of view of Pakistan in advocating the freedom and sovereignty for Palestine and many other Arab countries (Morocco, Tunisia and Libya etc.), is still being appreciated in the Arab countries.”

The Daily Jang of Rawalpindi wrote in its editorial on 4 September 1985:

“His services in relation to the Palestine issue are also unforgettable.”

On 6 September 1985, Jang (Lahore) reported:

“Syria’s acting ambassador [to Pakistan] Isa Suleman stated in his message on behalf of the president Hafez al-Assad and the Syrian government, that the Syrian government immensely value all of his [Sir Zafrulla Khan’sra] efforts which he exerted for defending the rights of Arabs and specifically in regard to the dispute of Palestine.”

Fadhil Jamali, a former foreign minister of Iraq, stated:

“In fact, it was not possible for any Arab, however capable and competent he may be, to serve the cause of Palestine in a manner in which this distinguished and great man dedicated himself. What was the result of the debate in the United Nations is another matter. But, it must be acknowledged that Mohammad Zafrulla Khan occupies a pre-eminent position in defending the Palestinians in this dispute. We expect from all Arabs and followers of Islam that they will never forget this great Muslim fighter.” (Al-Sabah of Tunisia, 10 October 1985)

In a personal tribute, King Hussein bin Tallal of Jordan said:

“He was indeed a champion of the Arab cause and his ceaseless efforts whether among the Muslim and non-aligned countries or at the International Court of Justice will remain forever a shining example of a great man truly dedicated to our faith and civilization.” (The Review of Religions, Sept-Oct 1986, p. 6)

These were just a few glimpses of the appreciation Hazrat Sir Chaudhry Muhammad Zafrulla Khanra received for his great services for the cause of justice for Palestine.

His services, however, were not limited to Palestine only. He advocated the rights of many Arab countries. That created immense respect for his country – Pakistan – in the eyes of the Arab Muslims.

Palestine Zafrulla

Alas, his own country did not value him later, so much so that today, some ignoramuses even label him as a “traitor” of Pakistan. We shall let the readers be the judge.

May Allah the Almighty remove all suffering of the Palestinian people and may true justice prevail in the world. Amin.
